From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and I especially want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Oya. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference and added a personal touch to the service. The room I stayed in was very clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was delicious, fresh, and offered a nice variety to choose from. Overall, I’m very thankful for the hospitality and care provided by everyone at The Buke Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I tram stop to Taksim Square , 2 stops to Galata Tower and Galata Port, 4 stops to Blue Mosque. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from hotel at Osmanbey. Tv - Only one channel with English speaking programmes, the news channel.
- Gary (7/5): £50-£60 a night is the maximum I would pay to stay here again. Mainly because it was just a place t - The room was basic but nice. Shower was very good. Staff very friendly. No English speaking but that is never a problem for myself. There was no bar which is a missed opportunity financially for the Hotel. I would have been happy to chill for a couple of hours with a beer or two maybe? The Breakfast was to be honest terrible. How can a Chef not be able to cook eggs/Omelette properly? Breakfast Staff were nice though.

- Hadi (4/5): Not very impressed. I expected better. - Nice house keeping person, very cheerful and helpful. Only two electrical plugs to use in the room. People these days have electronics to charge. When I asked the reception for one, I was told would have to buy something from the store to give me more access to plugs. I am only visiting here, why do I need to buy one so I can throw it away after I leave? Window was broken, hard to open and close. Smoke smell came from all over the place although it was a no smoking facility. People in next room were loud and fought late at night. As per the description, there was no coffee maker. No hot water for evening showers. There was no additional pillows or blankets available. Items in bathroom were broken.

The man Israfreel helped and the girl at the resection language in English. The stuff at the restaurant. The cleaning ladies Kadryea and Rayheen helped me alot. There was a hole in the shower cabin's ceiling driping water from the bathroom above. Not all staff members speak English. Coffee machine at breakfast makes instant coffee. There is no separate space in front of the hotel to park temporary for pick up / drop off luggage - you have to do it in the middle of the street.

I had a late checkout and until I showed it in the application, they did not confirm me on their own screen. There was no quality sound deadening between the rooms

When I requested to change the room - the staff at the reception declined my demand and was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Next day I spoke with the manager of the hotel and he solved the situation- I was given a room at the 4 th floor.

- Alizio (6/5): Honest review - Location only! This is my 6th and last time at this hotel. It used to be really good and I was rating them 8 and 9, however due to my bad experience now, I give them 6 and I will not come back again. Check in was complicated, they put me in a room on the ground floor (I have requested a room in a higher floor) they told me they ate fully booked, then they managed to put me in a room on the 6th floor. The room was ok, TV options arr bad, only 1 channel in English and it is news, everything else was in Turkish which does not make sense? The toilet bidet does not work properly. It does not blow up water, and it only blows a small amount. I told them about this, and nothing was done. The location is great, the breakfast was good, One of the 2 elevators is always broken, and the other one smells bad most of the time. Also, housekeeping doesn't do a good job cleaning the rooms. In addition, staff barely speak English, not even basic and this is a big problem and they respond to you by saying yes and we understand, but in fact they don't and nothing gets done. Finally, this was the deal breaker, Last night, one of the staff opened my room door and got inside with another resident at 12:20am! I don't know what he was thinking but I was sleeping with my underwear and I freaked out and got up, he apologizd but it was too late, I could not sleep after that and I had to be in the airport at 6am. So yes, this is my experience at Buke Hotel. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!

- Marina (1/5): Stay away from this hotel if you value cleanliness - The staff were nice, and helped as much as they could. When we shared our concern, we shifted room, but the room we were shifted to also had mold, and a horrible smell. We booked a stay at Buke Hotel and, upon entering our room, immediately noticed a musty smell. Upon inspecting the bathroom, we found mold on the walls, the faucet, and the shower enclosure. The room's walls also had stains. We requested a refund from the hotel, but our request was denied. The picture of the hotel must be outdated, since the stains on the walls and in the bathroom was not visible when we booked. day three, we woke up to find that the toilet was not functioning due to a lack of water supply, making it impossible to flush. We have taken photographs to document these issues and requested a refund for the remaining duration of our stay, since we had to check out earlier from the hotel since the smell was unbearable. Booking never answered us, not on email nor telephone.

- Mnzava (8/5): I had a pleasant stay - I liked all I the first morning I asked for Iron, and I was told it is not available I have to wait 2 hours while I was ready to go out. The next days it was available at my room all days.

The staff were very helpful, it was clean, the breakfast was very good. As a personal preference, I like when there's support for the soap and toothbrush, I had to leave them on the counter.
