- Dalton (8/5): Overall it was just okay. Kind of overrated. - The location was great. Easy access to the stadium. The fire alarm system needs to be updated. The light is annoying! Tried to cover it up and the alarm went off. Also I was told that I could get to the stadium during game time but I got there got stuck in traffic I was traveling from NC with my son. So we had to go find somewhere to hang out until we could get in. Called hotel and no one was helpful at all. Was on hold for at least 25 minutes and I hung up.

This hotel has it all, from great dinning in the hotel to a multitude of restaurants within steps out the hotel doors, and fun sports shopping as well. The center lawn had outdoor movie night and live music while there and the braves games only added to the fun and electric atmosphere. The staff was phenomenal and attentive to every need you may have. The hotel has a great swimming pool for kids and adults alike, as well as great workout facility. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

- byronhS2286YN (8/5): Make your Braves visit a memorable one! - The Omni is a nice hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, fast elevators and a level of accessibility unparalleled in baseball stadium visits! Walk out the door and you are AT the park!! The wide variety of stellar restaurants, a sweet movie theater and the team store all minutes walk make the experience a truly memorable one. The staff struggled with charges, charging us for valet parking when we only dropped off our luggage and then double charged us rather than refunding it. We eventually got one charge refunded. Not the end of the world, but truly the only annoyance from an otherwise perfect stay.

I would stay away from the restaurant. The waits every day for seating and food were long. The food itself wasn't very good. The service wasn't very good, they even brought me burnt bacon the last day. I mean burned completely black. I would expect that at Waffle House, but not at this price point. Great hotel, but I would stay away from the restaurant.

- radiumy (6/5): Positive stay with one serious issue on checkout - I stayed here during a very busy weekend for an event, which also happened to be opening night for the Atlanta Braves, so the hotel was clearly at full occupancy. Overall, the experience was positive — staff across the hotel were friendly and welcoming. However, I did have one concerning experience on checkout day. I was in a meeting room from 8–10am and returned to my room around 10:15am, before checkout time, only to find that a housekeeper had already entered and started cleaning. The door was closed, and I had not checked out yet. There was no indication from outside the room that anyone was inside. It honestly felt like I had walked into the wrong room. I understand the hotel was likely trying to turn rooms quickly due to high demand, and I would have been understanding of that. What was disappointing was the response from the front desk supervisor, who was defensive and dismissed the concern — and no one offered an apology. I hope the hotel can review this process, as entering a room before checkout without confirmation raises privacy concerns. With a more customer-focused response, this could have been handled much better.

- Sightsee746767 (10/5): Another Great Omni Experience - Another excellent stay at the Omni. We were greeted by Ashley at the front desk who was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Our room was spotless, quiet (not a game night), and comfortable. The shower made us want to move in permanently. 2 small things but would not stop us from returning: first, self parking is at the main garage for the battery and we were told by the valet we'd have to walk the main driveway to get to and from the hotel. We would have valeted but we needed to access our vehicle for work several times during our stay so keeping our keys was necessary. On checkout we found there was access to the garage from the 3rd floor which would have been much safer. Second is only a big deal if you don't like lavender (we are both allergic to it). All the soap, shampoo, conditioner etc is currently lavender scented so we were a bit stuffy. Fortunately we had some with us. All in all we cant wait to visit again for another great stay.

From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional and truly set the tone for our visit. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank-you to Antonio at the coffee bar, who made our mornings feel extra special. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make our coffee experience memorable — you can tell he truly loves what he does, and that positive energy starts your day off right. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early due to an approaching blizzard, but Victoria at the front desk made a stressful situation much easier. She helped us check out quickly and handled everything with kindness, patience, and care, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of The Battery, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and so much to do. It’s easy to get to and an ideal spot whether you’re visiting for a game, a getaway, or just to enjoy the area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta.

The staff are great, very friendly and engaging. but the room was showing signs of wear, the phone didn't work, I could hear guests listening to loud music late into the night. Overall, just not the experience I've come to expect when staying in "luxury" hotels. Just save 100 dollars a night and go down the street.

We brought in the New year in our room with a view of the Battery. It was amazing! There lobby was decorated with Christmas decor and before our departure on New years day (it was very busy) the staff remained calm and we were also offered coffee and treats while we waited for our car.

There are two parking options: a $58 valet (without tip) or a $60 parking garage per night, and not on a game night. I find these prices to be unreasonable, and I wasn’t made aware of them until showing up. The bed was unsupportive and the bathroom quite small. My shower head was about 2.5 feet from its opposing wall, such that it made for an uncomfortably tight squeeze to shower. I asked for a toiletries bag and was handed a toothbrush and toothpaste only. The room doors closed loudly, waking me constantly. I expected more from a luxury hotel.

We booked the “Santa’s Landing” suite for my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. The suite was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with festive touches that delighted the kids the moment we opened the door—truly a winter wonderland designed with care. A heartfelt thank you to Mari, Shelly, and the entire team, who provided exceptional, personalized service from start to finish. They added special custom details just for my daughter and her friends, and it was clear that every gesture was done with genuine warmth. The girls especially loved the milk and cookies and the hot cocoa bar, and “mom” appreciated the surprise adult beverage (complementary and very much enjoyed)! The staff made our stay not just comfortable, but joyful. Their attentiveness, creativity, and kindness turned a simple weekend getaway into a birthday my daughter will remember for years. - Tammey (10/5): I would stay again if I’m going to a concert in the area - Everything was amazing the location is amazing and Rashawn was wonderful checking us in ..The staff all around were amazing .. I absolutely loved it Valet costing $58 and one of them was kinda rude..

The lady at the desk was exceptional and made every effort to get me a great room and she was so nice to me. I really enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. It was excellent! Nothing it was perfect.
- jessicapD1438WO (10/5): Omni at Battery Park - This Omni is absolutely amazing - the hotel is beautifully designed and of course in an excellent location with The Battery. My husband stayed with some friends for his 40th birthday and the procurement manager, Jason Brown, was so kind and absolutely went above and beyond to make his stay so special! If you are a baseball fan, nothing compares to the experience of staying in the balcony rooms here. Such amazing views! The staff were all so nice and helpful, the restaurant selections are great and the design is just incredible. We will absolutely be back for another stay!
