Guest Reviews
- Sourabh (9/5): -
- Chris (9/5): - Friendly staff and very helpful. Noise from adjacent highway.
- Jana (6/5): Well well well. Reviews lied. This is truthful - Nothing really The sheets were torn, the towels were tiny, the beds were metal and loud, lots of cops all night, woke up to the coroner and lots of police outside on the first floor with a group of people leaning on my car, like they owned it. No closet to hang up my close. Scary floors and no blankets or television remote. The people were nice but in a kinda suspicious way. I saved 100 dollars but not worth it. I should have stayed at a closer hotel in town. Felt like I was in a Texas Chainsaw Masacre movie. The other guests were sketchy looking too. 👌
- Dwinell (7/5): -
- Matthews (6/5): Good - Clean n quiet Needs breakfast
- AMOS (10/5): -
- Anthony (6/5): -
- Michael (4/5): Overpriced - The room was mainly clean the check in was pretty smooth. The old Indian guy giving me dirty looks and being noisy when I was trying to organize my car for work
- O'Donnell (8/5): -
- Shanique (5/5): -
- Curtis (7/5): -
- AMOS (10/5): -
- Jason (10/5): - Rooms were very well kept up and well maintained inside and out. Had to leave
- Kimberly (8/5): I Would Stay Again - There was a grocery store across the street, a convenience/restaurant store next door and Johnny's Pizza and more just right down the road.
The room was nice and clean.
There was a small dining table, microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot in the room.
The TV had great channels. The shower had a wand handle. It did not have any USB/Type C charging ports.
There was not any type of breakfast.
- Felice (10/5): -
- Robert (10/5): I loved it - I would stay there again Everything was prefect
- Emma (7/5): -
- James (9/5): -
- David (7/5): -
- Chelsey (10/5): -
- Steve (3/5): Very basic - Room was clean, just very basic. Tiny bar of soap, 2 very thin tiny towels. Just very, very basic. Room smelled of weed, which got better after AC turned on.
- David (10/5): Great Hotel - The room was huge with a huge king bed and spacious bathroom with all of the amenities plus a small dining table and chairs to sit and eat
- Korie (9/5): Would definitely stay again! - This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed! It looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but the owners were very nice and the room was SUPER clean. They had their toddler out and about, so it felt pretty safe there. The location is in walking distance (and in sight of) a restaurant/bar, convenience store/gas station, and market. The road to the hotel was right next to the on-ramp for I-20- just take caution there.
- Wendy (8/5): - Cheap rate, basic room no frills but comfortable bed and good air conditioning.
- Christopher (1/5): Bad - Nice and clean The first two times I stayed was nice this last time however I stayed in room number 103 and I swear it’s haunted woke up three times with the same dream felt like my soul was being pulled from my body woke myself up yelling help all three times will not be staying in that room again
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anil (6/5): Cheap for stay - Close to highway Cleanness of the bed
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -

- Helms (7/5): Good -

- Ivan (4/5): - The beds were nice and the linens were clean. Worms found in the bathroom. Rednecks fighting outside all night.
- Layne (8/5): - In room next to office. Had to park on other side of building and at times noises coming from office area. Very clean.
- Antron (10/5): - Great stay
- Jonathan (6/5): Adequate - I wanted the convenient location next to the truck stop, which was great. I was asked if I wanted smoking or nonsmoking, said smoking but he gave me a nonsmoking room anyway.
- Layne (10/5): - Room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Will stay here again.
- Wanda (10/5): - Quiet. Easy check in. Super nice staff/owner. Easy to get to. Great price. Will 10/10 stay there again next time I visit.
- James (8/5): Nice surprise. - Didn't look to inviting when I pulled up, but the room was excellent. Very clean, maybe recently renovated. Pretty quiet, decent Cajun restaurant nearby, that was also a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again.
- Nathan (10/5): Very quiet lovely and peaceful and well worth the money and time. - The rooms were very clean and sanitary. Around the property was very nice quite and cleaned. Beds were made, had clean bedding, clean tub and ect. Great staff there was no wait. Just wonderful all the way around There's not one thing I could complain about.
- Susie (7/5): Good - None available N/a
- David (9/5): Good value. - Not fancy but nice. Very comfortable bed and good AC and shower. I’ve stayed here several times. Owners have upgraded down through the years. The property has actually improved quite a bit over time. Floor could have been a bit cleaner. Was OK, but needed to be mopped.
- Raul (6/5): Decent property for the value - Easy freeway off/on access. Convenient parking to ground floor unit. Room smelled of previous smokers. Towels appeared old and worn; need to be replaced.
- Zhizhou (7/5): Good - Stay one night here on the road trip. Pet friendly.
Not clean enough, facilities are old. But no too much complaints for the price.
- Stephanie (6/5): - Their was a dead bug( at least it was dead) on the floor. The floors were so dirty that when walking barefoot (don’t recommend) our feet turned black. We ask for a nonsmoking room but it smelled like old cigarettes and that all of our stuff now smells like it. Comforter had a cigarette burn in it. Beds were okay, not the greatest. Not the worst place we’ve stayed in but definitely not on the top of the list either.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (10/5): Quiet - Location Na
- Jane (5/5): My stay was just a night- nothing to brag about. Mediocre - Everything was ok. Nothing exceptional just plain ole Jane. There was nothing to really like or dislike.
- R (10/5): Fantastic - Zero complaints - very simple, a little older, but super clean and rooms maintained everyday. Beds and pillows were great and sheets/comforter were just like home.
Will stay here anytime we're in the area.
- Brooks (7/5): Good - Quite place Nothing
- Noa (8/5): Very good - I really liked the bed and that the sheets were not white like at most hotels...
Perfect location close to hwy. The shower/bath tub was really small.
My room was located on the top floor all the way at the other side from where the staircase was. Only one staircase to go up. 2 staircases would be very helpful..
- William (6/5): Pleasant -
- Grace (4/5): Dirty - Front desk was friendly. The rooms need SERIOUS tending to. The pillows are stained, as are the bed sheets and pillow covers.
- Frisch (7/5): Good -
- John (4/5): All appliances worked. Bed looked clean and linens were good. Good secure locks. Bathroom bad - no breakfast Bathroom in bad shape. Something black in toilet.
- Susie (7/5): Good -
- Miller (6/5): Pleasant - Quite Not very well maintained.
- Frisch (6/5): Pleasant -
- David (7/5): Overall, a good experience. - Comfortable bed. Floor and bedding could be a little cleaner. Not sure that the sheets were fresh.
- Monte (8/5): Very good -
- Karla (8/5): Very good -
- David (6/5): It was easy to find. It was not expensive. - Location and price. A little dated and the room didn’t have lamps alongside the bed. Needs regular pillows.
- Edwin (7/5): All in all it was a good one night stay - Location, bed was comfortable. Towels and linens were clean. AC cooled nicely. Dusty, I had wipe the dust off the headboard. cobwebs in bathroom. The walls and doors needed to the cleaned. They had the typical dirt from long time use. I should have taken pictures, but didn’t.

- Edmunds (10/5): Exceptional -
- Byrd (9/5): Small getaways - Convenient for me with location for work. Helpful staff. Overall peaceful stay for my small getaway. The air conditioner wasn't working the best but I made do just fine.
- Tabbyann76 (8/5): Very good - Convenient and good price. Not enough light to do my paperwork well, but I travel with a lamp.
- David (8/5): Nice room. Good value for the money. - I have stayed there several times down through the years. I always sleep well there. The beds are comfortable and it’s pretty quiet. Room was clean. They need to fix the ice machine. It’s been down for a while.
- White (5/5): Passable - Clean strong water pressure, comfortable bed & Quiet. The odor was strong. Not pleasant!
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Adrian (10/5): Ac broke needed a cool place to stay - Easy access Outside rooms
- Reed (7/5): Good - Sam was very polite & very accommodating to us. If you're looking to get a restful, & peaceful night's sleep, with no frills or anything fancy, this is the place. For the price, it was all we needed. My only complaint would be that the sheets on my bed looked very worn & yellowed. Some of the hand towels & wash cloths could also use replacing.
- Amber (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great. I was by myself and they put me close to the office! Very nice.
- Karman (10/5): I've stayed in some expensive motels and the beds weren't this good - The beds were like sleeping at home. I slept like a baby.
- Camron (2/5): Anywhere but here - No hot water. Room was dirty and needed painting. There was a dripping noise in the wall that went all night long making it impossible to sleep. Overall it was not a good experience.
- Of (1/5): Worst place to stay - They allowed pets, and it was $10.00 per pet. I got a whole $10.00 back, because I complained about the accommodations. Micro fridge was clean. Everything was awful. I booked a non smoking room. I requested a room on the ground floor, which I got. The sign on the door, read, no smoking. I walked in, after a long day on the road, to the stench of cigarettes. At first, I thought it was coming from next door. This wasn't the case. I decided the smell would probably dissipate, and proceeded to shower. I noticed cigarette burns on two areas of the tub. Yuck. So, obviously this wasn't a non smoking room, as advertised. When I went to get in bed, I noticed cigarette burns in the comforter. The bed smelled funny, so I used my bath towel as a place to lay my head on. I woke up, feeling stuffed up, and sick. This place is a dump. I was told by management that I requested a smoking room. I don't smoke.
- David (8/5): Great value for a comfortable room. - The room was surprisingly clean, not perfect but very good. I’ve stayed here several times down through the years and I think things are better with the new owners. They may have owned it several years now, but it is pretty well maintained and clean. Ice machine didn’t work.
- Ronnie (8/5): ok . you get what you pay for - convenient access to interstate highway could have been a little cleaner and had a better smell in room
- Trevor (8/5): A no-frills place to stay. Did what I needed. - The lady at the front was friendly and helpful. Room was reletavily clean. Only issue I had was price could be a bit better as it doesn't really offer any amenities, but charges as much as the places that do.
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional -

- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Rob (8/5): Very good -
- Yalanda (3/5): Poor -
- Jennifer (4/5): You get what you pay for🤷♀️ - It was clean, the water pressure in the shower was strong and hot, and the bed was comfortable. We chose this place because it had good reviews and the next closest hotel was 20 minutes away. The pictures I seen were accurate, I knew it was somewhat dated. First, don't ask me if I want smoking or non, then stick me in a room where you allow smoking. It stunk like cigarette smoke, now our luggage and clothes also stink. Also, there were burn holes in the comforter and burn marks along the bathtub. Second, they had a Walmart bag for the garbage bag, really!? Third, speakers were busted on the TV, which wasn't even up loud, so we kept hearing static. Next time we will drive the extra 20 miles to the next hotel.
- Danielle (8/5): great, clean stay for travelers - very comfortable bed, clean, had microwave/fridge and coffee. easy check in and allows dogs. seemed like a pit stop hotel so quiet, no long term stay folks or loud people would be nice to get some sort of breakfast for the price, even just to go items
- Rustam (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brett (6/5): Pleasant -
- Quin (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Keith (9/5): Good reviews are spot on for this place. - Delayed by a long traffic jam, I unexpectedly needed overnight lodging. This hotel was safe, quiet, convenient, clean, and affordable. Believe the good reviews.
