• Anna (9/5): Great location with exceptional staff. - The location was excellent. Silvana was exceptionally helpful and the room was very clean, The room was a little tight with two large suitcases and the bed was too hard.

• Véronique (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix ,très bien situé, très propre, confortable avec un très bon accueil avec - Emplacement idéal à 15 minutes à pied du Colisée et à 5-10 minutes de la station de métro Manzoni. Bar-resto juste à coté pour prendre un petit déjeuner , supermarché tout proche ainsi qu’un très bon resto (Michel Ange) conseillé par notre hôte. Literie impeccable, chambre très calme, propreté de la chambre. Notre hôtesse Svitlana est très attentionnée ,très disponible et réactive. Ménage fait( impeccablement) tous les jours. Réservation effectuée avec une bonne promotion sur booking rendant le prix très correct pour la qualité du logement et sa situation. Je recommande.

• Sindy (10/5): Das sauberste Zimmer das ich je gehabt habe! - Es war sehr sauber! Noch nie war ich in einem so sauberen Zimmer! HUT AB! Die Tücher wurden täglich gewechselt und das Leintuch in diesen 4 Nacht bestimmt mind. 1x. 3 Möglichkeiten um den Koffer zu deponieren. Für das, dass die Gastgeberin dies alleine macht (Empfang, Reinigung etc) war es super. Empfehle ich zu 100%. Falls ich nochmals auf Rom gehe, würde ich dieses Zimmer erneut buchen! Föhn war für meine Haare, zu wenig stark.

• Adriano (9/5): Ótima localização com todas as facilidades que a região oferece. - Adorei a atenção por parte da colaboradora Svitana que foi incrível, ela foi super atenciosa e sempre muito disponível. A localização do hotel permitiu comodidade para andar sem tanta necessidade de transporte, tem muitos cafés e lugares para conhecer na região. O quarto e banheiro eram super limpos, a cama e lençóis confortáveis.

• Pavlo (10/5): Всім рекомендую для оренди!!!!!!!!! - Помешкання в гарному будинку. 5-10 хв до Колізею та вокзалу. Поруч багато кавʼярень та ресторанів. Продуктовий магазин. Неподалік метро. В номері є все необхідне. Сусідів не чути. Нас зустріла пані Світлана. Нас так тепло та привітно ніде ще ніколи не зустрічали!!! Розказала всі цікаві місця, як і коли до них дістатись, та всі тонкощі перебування в Римі. Мої найщиріші рекомендації !!!!! Все сподобалось

• Lorna (10/5): Great Room, Great Host, Great Location - Silvana was very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, clean and freshened up each day. Toiletries provided if needed. A short walk to the metro station and a 10minute walk from termini metro. Easy to catch the bus to anywhere in the city just outside the apartment. Plenty of eateries nearby and Silvana was extremely helpfully providing us with a map of the key areas. Although it was lovely and peaceful, you could hear a few noises from the neighbouring room. Not enough to keep you awake though. I would also suggest maybe the offer of an alternative hair dryer as the one in the bathroom is very weak. All in all, a fabulous place to stay! I wouldn't think twice about booking again.

• Marvin (10/5): Super séjour - Super accueil, disponibilité de l’hôte. Très bien situé, quartier sécurisé , à 10min du Colisée, et 5 min du métro, avec ascenseur, résidence sécurisée. Ménage effectué tous les jours avec changement du linge de toilette. Pas de petit déjeuner mais machine à café et quelques gâteaux disponibles à l’accueil en libre service ! Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur juste à la sortie de l’immeuble dans un bar/restaurant. N’hésitez pas.

• Αιμιλια (10/5): Καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ καθαρό - Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και πολύ καθαρό. Καθαρίζανε κάθε μέρα τα δωμάτια. Δίπλα σε μετρό και αρκετά κοντά στο Κολοσσαίο. Η Σιλβανα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και μας έδωσε και αρκετές πληροφορίες για το πώς να κινηθούμε στην Ρώμη.
• Claire (10/5): A great 4 night stay ! - Great value for money in February. Owner was very friendly. Just 15 min walk to colosseum and less to train station or to catch coach to airport. Very clean, comfortable bed and super shower. Lots of cafes in the area.

• Valeria (7/5): Great location, friendly staff and comfortable stay. - Even though everything was self-service / communication was online, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the bed was also super comfortable. The room was cleaned every day which was lovely. There was water dripping from the ceiling above the shower which didn’t leave a great feeling. Also, if there were a coffee machine in the room it would have made it even better.

Was perfect for what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the coffee machine that was available for use. Would stay again!

• Paloma (10/5): - Svetlana és molt amable i atenta, la rebuda i la sortida van ser fàcils i genial. L'habitació és gran i el lavabo està equipat. Hi ha bona neteja i hem estat molt còmodes. Des de l'allotjament hem anat a peu a tots els llocs més turístics de la ciutat. A més, la parada de metro està molt prop i és molt fàcil moure's. A l'entrada de l'allotjament hi ha una cafetera i alguns dolços per esmorzar. Vam poder deixar l'equipatge abans de l'hora del check in i també després del check out. L'experiència en general ha estat molt bona.

Location is AMAZING- walking distance from the colosseum, metro station and great restaurants. Also felt safe walking back from dinner late at night. The room itself was small but perfect for what we needed. Very clean, bed made and towels changed daily. As others said, walls are quite thin but thankfully our neighbors were not loud- just heard typical coughing, sneezing, brushing teeth/running water. Not unbearable and we were so tired from our daily adventures, we fell asleep on the comfy beds immediately

• Lou (10/5): Splendide - Les appartements se situent dans un bel immeuble dans une rue passante, mais à l’abri du bruit, car les appartements donnent sur la cour. Nous avons aimé la proximité des lieux à visiter. Nous étions à 8 minutes à pieds du colissé! Très bon rapport qualité/prix. L’hôte était une charmante jeune dame ! Au petit soin et très gentille! Nous reviendrons ! Milles mercis!

• Ζαφειρία (10/5): Πολύ καλή επιλογή! - Ήταν ένα ευχάριστο δωμάτιο, πολύ καθαρό και με πολύ καλές παροχές! Είχε καφέ και σνακς κάθε μέρα! Είναι κοντά στο Κολοσσαίο και σε στάση του μετρό με αποτέλεσμα να γυρνάς όλη την πόλη εύκολα! Η Σίλβανα είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενική και βοηθητική για όλα!! Όλα ήταν ωραία!

• Zsófia (10/5): - A szoba nagyon tiszta és tágas, a fürdő is mindennel (szappan, tusfürdő, sampon, hajszárító) felszerelt. Érkezésünkkor a hűtőbe volt víz bekészítve. Az előtérben volt kávéfőző, croissant. Közel a belváros, 10 perc séta a Colosseum, bolt 2 perc sétára. A távozás napján ott hagyhattuk a csomagokat, ami nagy segítség volt.

• Martine (8/5): Amazing neighborhood - The location was fabulous! The air conditioning was very tricky and annoying. For whatever reason, it would automatically shut off and -if you noticed- you'd have to open and close the window to restart it. Also for solo travelers, get a second key so the air conditioning will be on when you get back. Often times I'd return from a long day in the heat, only to find my room warmer than outside and it would take about 2 hours for it to cool down.

• Amanda Elis (9/5): Foi ótima - Fomos bem tratadas , anfitriã muito gentil e educada, se esforçou para nos ajudar ambiente muito limpo e aconchegante, nada a reclamar , Reformado e bonito Fica a cerca de 900 metros do coliseu Elevador de prédio antigo, muito pequeno, não usamos por medo. Outra opção foi ir de escada e são muitas escadas para chegar ao quarto , para nós não foi problema , mas para idosos seria complicado Frigobar não gelou bem e o secador não funciona
