• Faheida Elymie (7/5): - Superb location. It was just a stone away from Hospital Pakar USM and shops, laundry, eateries were abundance. Not to say I didn't like but it could be improved. Honestly, the price were what you're paying for. If you're being cheapskate, just deal with what you get. For the price paid, i think what i received were fair. It wasn't the best or greatest, but it was not poor or bad. Amenities and cleanliness can be improved.

• Hafiz (7/5): Good Stay. Recommended. Will stay again in the future - 1. Location : It was exceptional. Really accommodate. At below of the hotel, got 7e, Laundry (Dobi), got 2 bank nearby, restaurant. Just across of the hotel, got a Cafe for coffee. Supermarket is nearby. Hospital also nearby. 2. Staff : Good and helpful. Check-In process also smoothly. 3. Lobby : Nice. Got water-dispenser on every floor, refrigerator at the lobby 1. Air-conditioned - probably need regular maintenance schedule (just for improvement) - my room only got few technical problem on the last day(3rd day) but the staff immediately fix it. 2. Probably can add-up more for hang the cloth for customer (for the customer that stay more than 1 day) - (just for improvement)

• Wan Norhaziki (1/5): Not recommended. - First, no staff at the counter when I arrived to check-in so needed to wait for few minutes, the room was smelly, toilet's floor was a bit sticky, water heater in the toilet was not functioning, no electric kettle provided in the room, small space room.
• Kakma (5/5): - Staf yang baik dan mesra. Kebersihan bilik dan ruang lobi baik. Penghawa dingin sejuk dan nyaman. Tilam. Tilam yang digunakan sudah lama kerana apabila kita baring, Spring tilam dapat dirasai oleh belakang badan kita. Begitu juga dengan bantal. Sudah lama dan tidak gebu.

• Zainab (5/5): Bit worn and used but decent for price for short stay. Right next to USM hospital - Common room had water fountain, iron board, broom, toilet roll, microwave, hot water, cutlery. So could just sweep my room whenever. Staff always there. Very nice Construction around the road all day and ALL night. Could not sleep. Windows don’t have mosquito nets and slightly broken with a gap. Mattress a bit springy
