The carpet was stained. The pillows were worn out. The bed spreads were worn out, bath sink was stained, shower handle didnt work properly. Overall, just nasty.

AC didnt work, room stunk like old carpet, the water smelled like sewage I brushed my teeth and washed my face in it i realized after washing my face how nasty the water was I am seriously worried about E. coli. There was an ironing board but no iron there was a coffee pot but no coffee. the bed pillows might of been 3 " thick, if you bunched them up they were like scrunched up card board , The bed stunk the bedspread was from the 1980s with the rough lining there was no top sheet to compensate for the scratchy cover the sink had a dirty rust ring around the drain the commode was the smallest , shortest on I have ever seen . The board of health seriously needs to inspect this place do not stay here it is horrible. I am very sensitive to odors and had to use my emergency inhaler the next morning. while leaving we talked to the people a few doors down they had no AC either and yes, we called the front desk he never answered. we had a reservation at 7 pm so we left the AC running to hope it would cool the room by the time we got back, it did not.

- Alanna (4/5): Not a good place to stay!!! - The owner was very rude. Started hollering at us about our pet. Also there were no towels in our room so we had to go ask for some. Gave us a nonsmoking rom but someone had been smoking in there so we asked for another room and he was rude about that. Not our fault. So he started calling whoever stayed in that room that smoked in it a very ugly name. No one wants to hear that. So yes we WILL NOT be staying there again. Definitely not a hospitality place for sure.

- Verified traveler (6/5): It's adequate for a night of rest. - It is ok for the price. The place is very dated and could really use renovations. I was there from Friday to Sunday morning and housekeeping did not pass by , not even to see if I needed anything. The bedspeads had burn holes , the towels are a bit like sandpaper. Toiletries are microsized. The carpet could use replacement or at least a really good shampooing. It's a bit of a dump to be honest. The mini fridge is a good size , the water pressure in the shower was great , the bed was comfortable, and the Indian lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Room was advertised to have a mini fridge and microwave, however I had to buy an adapter with additional outlets to have the fridge work and there was no microwave. I was there for almost a week and was not offered additional or clean towels, had to take my own trash out and the sheets were not changed while I was there.

There was a mix up with the reservation when we first got there but they fixed it the next morning. The area where you got your ice from was a messing storage room. I hate to say anything bad about a place but this was not a very good place to stay. One night was enough.

They happily accommodated us. I would recommend this place to anyone whether you are a tight budget or not. The staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed.

- Erica (6/5): Stay at your own risk - I know you get what you pay for, but man it’s ridiculous how you reserve one room and get something else. I asked for a king, down stairs (due to my husband’s knee injury) and ended up getting an upstairs double bed room. Didn’t argue because it wasn’t no point because I couldn’t cancel the room and rooms were limited in town because of the event that was in town. But I will NEVER stay here again because you don’t get what you ask for. Then the tv had static when the people talked. The microwave was making noise when you heated up your food. The towels were thin and old. We had to go to Walmart to purchase towels for the weekend. The air conditioner knobs were broken so we had to use a key to turn the air to a comfortable temperature.

- Daniel (6/5): New Year’s Stay - Last minute plans to go out for a long (2 day) New Year’s Eve and Day trip near the casino. Finding a room at a decent price we had to give them a try. All in all it was a good stay.

The doors do not shut correctly, the bed linens are stained, the showers do not work good. The beds are uncomfortable. We arrived very late. We stayed two hours and was very uncomfortable. We showered and left. Would not recommend anyone stay at this place.

He was being extremely nosy about our kids and personal belongings and would sit in a lawn chair out in the parking lot to watch us come and go out of the hotel. When we asked for extra towels we were told no and to reuse what we had.

The carpet needs replacing because it was filthy and the bed sheets were thin and worn out. We couldn't watch TV because it only showed 2 channels and they were fuzzy. - Kerrie (4/5): - Was out of town for wprk and stayed one night amd paid for king suite got to check in and get told its not available but i can have 2 twin beds and reason its not available is the water is off up there. Not to mention when you pull up to the hotel they have furniture for sell everywhere and also stuff for sale in the lobby area plus stacked everywhere in the pool area advertising free Wi-Fi and and when you correctly enter the password its unavailable so i guess he didn't get wifi.
- Josh (4/5): - Could use more thorough cleaning, a dry stiff dirty rag left draped over the shower rod. The shower pressure was equivalent to a pressure washer, it hurt a little bit. The pillows was thin. The tv was like watching a damaged vhs tape. The WiFi… what wifi? It hardly stayed connected. The fridge worked well. Food left in microwave from I’m assuming the last guest. Never seen a bug so that’s a plus. Ac was pretty good. Location isn’t far from casino or food.
- Richey (4/5): - Lady at the front desk was very nice. Toilet stopped up easily and counldnt get them to fix. Finally had to ask for a plunger to fix it myself. Shower didnt function properly. Water pressure would increase and decrease drastically and sometimes turn off altogether while in use. Standing the shower with soap all over and no water. It was also difficult to operate because it was broken.

Cracked mirror, dinosaur tv with minimal channels, toilet tank kept emptying and filling back up. We stayed once before and it was not like this but this time $130 was way over priced for a person to sleep a few hours

- Sharla (4/5): Too hot to sleep - Weather was amazing. Hotel didn’t provide but 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Sweated all night. Ac would kick on kick off 7 seconds later throughout the night. Pretty place on the outside. Inside not so much

- Verified traveler (2/5): Not a great place to stay ! - Nothing worked and had to paid for 2 dogs, no breakfast, no drain cover in bathroom to take tub bath. Coffee pot broken, towels were a sheet of material, felt I was ripped off for $101.00. Won’t be back. Door was not sealed and light came in around door.

- Darren (2/5): - The Deluxe Inn excels at being sub mediocre. The front desk person was curt and rude. My wife went to the front desk to get an additional towel and the man snapped at her as if he was doing her a favor so we just went and bought towels and left them there for them. The bed was utterly abhorent with no fitted sheets. The Non-smoking room reeked of smoke and the video and audio did not match on the television. Suffice to say I can not positively recommend this motel to anybody and that pains me.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Wasn’t the cleanliness - I’ve stayed here before so I gave it another try. The room had blood on the carpet and the shower didn’t work. The TV kept going in and out.
