SANTIAGO (5/5): I’m sorry but I will not come back - The Wellcome its grate …professional team in all levels… The bar it’s amazing… The 7th floor it’s the worse that I trying in all my hotels trips experiences. Why ? Because there, the rooms are nice, bathrooms also have a good design even if need some refresh cleaning…!a lot huge stains . The major point it’s that I trued two differents rooms in same floor (7th) and when you are already out form the lift, the smell come from canalisations so smell very stronger ..!! The air conditioning and don’t work at all !!! So in the rooms even with ten cleaning air smell very very stronger and bad…!!! They tuck I time to change the room for last night and it was better but still … The location area ? For my humble opinions and its personal , it’s very bad location..!! Makati area more convenient…

Antonio (7/5): - Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good value for money. Swimming pool with a view to the bay is a must. There was a used handkerchief on the bedroom floor. The shower smelled like mold. The lock did not seem to work. When I raised with the hotel the issue of cleanliness and the lock through a text message using a number with which they had contacted me for the check in, they did not answer. I did not raise this at the counter though.

Our room was awesome especially the person in charge cleaning our room. I loved the hot chocolate at the lobby. Overall Staff were cheerful, very polite, neat and very helpful. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and treated us very well. Unfortunately the suburb itself showcased the extreme wealth disparity in the surrounding area, at no fault of hotel itself. Otherwise it was beautiful.

WorldWideTravel88 (10/5): Interesting Design - This hotel fits well with the MGallery brand hotel because the design is interesting and clearly not a boring cookie-cutter hotel. The executive lounge (for Accor Platinum and Diamond) is on the ground floor in a large atrium which is quite nice, and the rooms look good as well in gold color scheme. It's not the best hotel to get a suite upgrade as Accor Diamond because they don't have many of them, but the price is quite competitive by Manila local standards. I would recommend this hotel particularly to guests who do not need extra space.
159josephy (8/5): Speakeasy with delicious food and cocktails - Ruby Wong is a neat speakeasy in the Admiral Hotel. They have a compact menu of well-executed Cantonese food and very creative cocktails. They also have live jazz music on Fridays and Saturdays (but not during Holy Week). Our server, Jessica, was very attentive but we had to follow up with the bar to chase down a few delinquent cocktails. Overall, it was a great night at this speakeasy.

ridelro (8/5): A Scrumptious Gastronomic Treat With A Golden View - Visited for a dinner buffet at Admiral Club. Leaving this review here since this is the link staff provided us with. Loved this buffet. While dinner offering wasn't as sizeable as bigger hotel buffets, the selection was very good when it comes to taste and presentation. It sowcased their focus on flavor and not just variety and it was fairly evident. Loved the meat section, I think this is the buffet's best suit. Their pick-and-cook format worked well for us, ensuring fresh preparation of proteinsand can we say a good watch as the chef sizzled them. If you have kids they're going to love the burger patties. The sauces that came with these were also a standout, particularly the mushroom gracy and wine sauce. To be honest, seafood options weren't extensive but how deliciously they were prepared by the chefs made up for it. The scallops particularly were memorable. Baked fish were topnotch. Dimsum and noodles were good, most notably their laksa. It was hearty and tasty which could be quite hard to pull of in a range of soup offerings. Great job on the Asian options. I'd come back for the honey chicken. I'm hard to impress when it comes to Japanese and Admiral was not an exceotion to this and could be better. Pastas were simple, just the way I like my pastas. Smaller items were nice and made our experience more interesting as well. The cheeses, while not so many, were good along with the nuts and drizzles. Their confit station was a standout. Bread spreads were a delight with things such as apricot butter, truffle butter and yes even muscovado. Pastries and desserts had such a variety especially for a smaller buffet. Some faves were the egg tarts (not super eggy, good job), fresh cuts of fruits, and their ice creams with endless flavors (kinder bueno was such a treat!). Drinks were nice. Tea options and coffee are okay. Loved the ambience, very cozy for a city hotel. Let me also note that the food were displayed well with just the right decor and leveling (I could be very particular about that). Come earlier and you get an elevated view of Manila bay at golden hour perfect for pre-dinner drinks that reminded us of sunsets at Rima in Shang Boracay. The place is clean, unpretentious, and not crowded. Staff were as attentive as they could be given their number. What lovely and accommodating folks they were, always asking how our food were and always made sure we got everything we need. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Parking was included and sufficient. We recommend this if you want a quick getaway with just a little sprinkle of luxury. Looking forward to going back.

The pool area was so gorgeous and relaxing, and the buffet dinner and breakfast was so varied and delicious! I had my party at Ruby Wong Godown and my guests were all so impressed: from the beautiful decor to the food! Eric (5/5): They need to fix their reservation problems! - We reserved an executive twin room but they gave us a King room and pulled a small extra bed as the second bed. This bed was as hard as a rock and meant that one of us slept on a great bed and the other on a very uncomfortable one. Our reservation was very clearly for a twin room and so they absolutely failed.

frederickp286 (10/5): Great experience with minor issues - I stayed at Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery for two nights as an Accor member. Overall, the experience was good, though there were a few areas that could be improved. I was hoping to get a room with a nicer view, but unfortunately my room overlooked the street where people were publicly urinating, which wasn’t the most pleasant sight. Considering the hotel’s positioning, a better view would have made the stay more enjoyable. I also had dinner at the Admiral Club. The food selection was very good—from the grilled items to the Indian dishes and desserts, everything was enjoyable and well prepared. However, the service could use some improvement. Given that the hotel is Michelin-rated, I was expecting more attentive, top-notch service. I found myself raising my hand multiple times just to get a server’s attention, and at one point I was literally waving my arm for about a minute. It might help if servers had clearly designated stations or tables so guests can get assistance more easily. As an Accor member who has also stayed at properties like Fairmont Makati, where service feels very polished and attentive, I was expecting a similar level of hospitality here. That said, despite these minor issues, the overall stay was still more than satisfactory.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel ! La vue de la chambre donnant sur une « cour intérieure » est en faite l’intérieur de l’hôtel, aucune communication avec le jour ce qui fait un peu bizarre.

They have good selection of food and they all tasted good, salmon sashimi was fresh, and their ice cream selection and its container is cute. Coffee was also balance! What's best about this place is that pets are allowed and we got to celebrate my mom's birthday with our dog hassle-free. Will definitely go back!

We dined during Chinese New Year 2026, and the dragon and lion dance performance made the evening extra festive and memorable. We were even lucky to catch the lovely sunset by Manila Bay, which made the view and ambience even more special. 🧧🎊🌅 We also really appreciated that they allowed our two dogs to join us and even gave them pet treats — such a thoughtful gesture.🐾🐶 The food selection was premium and everything we tried tasted great. The view of Manila Bay and the beautiful ambience made the whole experience even better.🌅 Service was excellent. Mr. Yeoj, Princess, Henizzy, Jobert, Donne, Vince, Roi, and the rest of the chefs and staff were all kind and very accommodating. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.🤍
