- Michael (4/5): Hassles but a convenient place. You didn't actually read my earlier message to you, did you? - No breakfast. Easily bought nearby. Staff were nice but nobody actually spoke English as promised. A/C strong, though remote was a mystery. Bed could have fitted my 5' 10" body - absolutely average height at home. I could have gotten the instructions I asked for to use the room safe. Your website showed refrigerators in rooms in several different room types, which I needed for prescription medications, but the hotel actually offers no refrigerators in ANY of their rooms, so your website is false. They did borrow one from somewhere for me, however. Some lifesaving medications (which mine weren't), absolutely must be refrigerated -- think insulin.

The room was very tired looking and of average size. The bed was very comfortable which was a plus point.

- YU MEI (6/5): - I was there only for a night. Didnt felt safe cause my room does not have a latch. I checked in late so they did upgrade me to a window room instead of windowless. The view was great. But the room without latch is uneasy for a girl travelling solo. There was some mould on the corner of the floor and old stains on the sheet as mentioned by other reviewers. Hence, I actually brought my own sheet to sleep on during this stay 😅 Location is good near KL Sentral. But it is at the second row behind the main street. Hence walking at night alone felt a bit uneasy. No problem for a guy or if you travelling with a friend though. In the day light it was not a problem for me. There is 24hours eateries walking distance from the hotel if you need to take a bite. Hence it's convenience. There is a storage for you to put your stuff after check out, but there is no numbering system or staff manning them, everyone put and take their luggage by freely. So there is a risk of people mistakenly take your luggage out etc. But you can take your chance with it if need be. Would I reconsider staying again? Yes, due to the price and I slept well when I was there. =)

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked. The room is very small. The ammenity kits were not provided. There was a hole on the ceiling in the bathroom in room 209.

It looks like the room size in this area is quite small so it fits me since I travel alone and only bring one medium luggage. The room itself is clean with enough amenities. The receptionist staff is only doing their job without any smiles and greetings. You can still hear other people outside your room. The bed size is smaller than the standard size

The price , i booked for Rm92 +/- including discount and it comes up RM110 excluding deposit payment. The room was small and compact , I don’t feel its worth for the price at all.

Its located very near to KL sentral so you wont have to leave extra early to catch the trains but ask properly for the location since its different from the double M hotel, i got confused last time so yah...Its connected to NU sentral also, so again, you wont be starving here lah XD...the room is nice, i only use it to sleep at night and for prayers, oh they even provide the kiblat direction, so its very convenient.. the comforter got like a bit of stain, im not sure if its blood or what but i brought my own disposable sheet, so all good. I wish they got a microwave tho to heat things up at night. oh my bathroom mirror's light not working, the one on the mirror not the bathroom light, but it doesnt affect me that much...
