• Arnold (6/5): - The location for us was great. It was roomy, great for shops Off street parking was great. There was no air conditioning in the main bedroom The air conditioning controls weren't working. The chandelier in the main bedroom looks dangerous. There were fleas in the carpet.

• Fernanda (7/5): Nice place needs some TLC - The property is in urgent need of some TLC , beds are comfy everything was quiet clean except for smelly dishwasher, dirty cups and cooking trays. The outdoor area needs new furniture and the garden is in desperate need of some TLC. The kitchen tap makes a continuous noice as the water drains, we could not figure out why. The dishwasher was very smelly, two of the stove burners do not work.

• Lorraine (7/5): Great base for a family holiday. - Very good size and internal layout. Convenient for grocery shopping. It is not across the road from the beach as described. It is a good 3-4 minute drive. Not a problem if you are aware. Some furnishings very tired. Precarious light over bed in master bedroom.. needs removing. But all in all a lot of effort had been put in to the home to make our stay comfortable. So would recommend.

Made our trip so much more memorable, was also close to everything in a quiet neighbourhood. Nothing it was an amazing place to stay... so luxurious!

We were given inconsistent information (e.g. check out time). The owner broke our verbal contract (email agreement for our booking) by subsequently raising the agreed amount to be paid in cash on arrival - not legal under the Fair Trading Act and Australian Consumer Law.
