The area could be noisy. ie There was loud patriotic music blasting from the near by school from 6:30 to 9:30am on my first morning. It only happened once so may be this is a Monday thing? The room and furniture was a bit worn. The roof and pool area looked abandoned.

Cleaning staff were great also. Towels…..another hotels name sometimes on them, and threadbare. Some bedding had holes in also. Pool was dirty so we would not get in. No seating area on hotel balcony as in photos.

- Ingolf Manfred Albert (10/5): - Very good location. The soft beds are very comfortable for us. The room is spacious. The receptions speaks english and Very helpful. We took a private taxi to the Lua House Cafe at the countryside to rent a bicycle there and back for 750.000vnd. Mexican and all other restaurants plus 2 mini markets right next door. 7 minutes walk to the beach. Only what we didn't liked is if you want to go to the toilet the door of the bathroom blocks your way.

- Jessica (1/5): Terrible stay - zero accountability - Location We booked three rooms for a 7 night stay and the problems started right from the start. Firstly, the rooms didn't match the pictures. The superior rooms do not have a seperate shower area as shown in the picture. When I asked the hotel to move to the rooms in the pictures we were told - no sorry we are full. You can report to booking. One room didn't have a fridge and then did bring one up but it didn't really work. The other problem was the hot water in one room didn't work. The switch in the ceiling kept turning off which required them to come up every time we wanted to shower. In one room there were nails sticking out of a desk that my MIL cut herself on. Shown in the pictures. What was further distressing was the attitude of the staff - stating basically just tell us and we will fix. Well who wants to spend their vacation reporting something every day and dealing with maintenence people in their room. Instead of doing the needed repairs they just continually put people in those rooms to turn a profit. As a "goodwill gesture" we were offered 1/21 of a refund - 400k VND - enough for a massage for one person. Sadly not booked with credit card as this stay would have been a full charge back on 2 or the 3 rooms. Still waiting on booking to reach out to me to rectify the situation.

- John (9/5): Terrific value, no frills but everything you need. - Terrific value for money, it was cheap compared to a lot of other hotels but they got all the basics right: the room was cleaned daily, the shower, bed and AC were all very good, the staff were lovely, they have a laundry service where you pay by the kilo (rather than by item which a lot of places do and is much costlier). There was nothing bad - it delivered a good room for a great price.

Бассейн на 8 этаже понравился теплый и красивый вид на город. У нас было позднее заселение ночью, нас встретили и быстро разместили.

- Alena2520 (6/5): - The staff were friendly. The location was great and convenient for getting around. The hotel had hot water, good Wi-Fi, and the room was cleaned every day. One of the highlights was the nice warm rooftop pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. From the moment you enter the building, there is a strong smell of mold throughout the entire place. Our room was especially bad because it didn’t have any windows, and the smell was awful and very uncomfortable. The building itself clearly needs serious restoration. The furniture is very old and heavily worn. Even though the towels are changed every day, they are so old that they feel unpleasant to use, even when they are freshly cleaned. If you have breathing problems or mold allergies, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The cleaning ladies are trying their best, but the overall condition of the place makes it very difficult. The rooms, furniture, and bathroom tiles are very worn and neglected. Even the bathroom door was rotting and couldn’t be properly closed.

- fern (8/5): Excellent location with super reception and cleaning staff - Excellent location in the middle of Da Nang tourist area so perfect for beach and restaurant access. The staff really made this a very good hotel stay experience as they were polite and helpful. The cleaning staff were superb and cleaned everyday, super quick even if we didn’t put the sign in the door! Comfortable and adequate room for the price. No window which we were told about on arrival and shown so it was our decision but this could have been made clear on the booking. And the air con did drip water.

- OLGA (9/5): - Хороший отель. Свои 3 звезды вполне оправдывает. Чисто, каждый день уборка, нет живности в номере (как часто бывает). В бассейне теплая вода, плавать комфортно. Персонал приятный и всегда поможет. Расположение супер, всё необходимое было рядом. Единственное, что не оправдало ожидания - вид из окна, он был на какие-то недостроенные здания. Но так понимаю, здесь такое встречается довольно часто, если выбираете "вид на город". Я бы обновила полотенца.. Кажется они уже староваты, мягко говоря.

Expect mouldy tile grout and curtains, dated interior and you can tell your stay is not going to be a good one when you are welcomed by a list of prices for damages/missing things.

- Oshima (8/5): Good central location. Good value. - Location was pretty central. Plenty of places around to eat, buy necessaries, not far from beach. This property only accepts cash payments. This is listed on booking.com but easy to miss. Also, since booking.com mentions credit card and ID needed to check-in, etc... easy to assume that CC are accepted. I had to go get VND from an ATM late at night.

O quarto é limpo, ar condicionado funciona bem, chuveiro também é bom. A equipe do hotel sempre atendeu tudo que foi pedido e são bem simpáticos. Queria agradecer a Nhi que fez o check-in e checkout que ajudou em tudo que foi preciso. Tudo perfeito para estadias curtas.

Joyce and her colleagues are incredibly warm and helpful, the house is super beautiful (exactly my style), and everything is very clean. Plus, the location and price are great. I've extended my stay several times and will keep coming back. I consider this accommodation "my home in Da Nang" 🤩

- Ekaterina (10/5): Вернулись бы сюда еще раз - Проживали в этом отеле сначала 7 дней потом после поездки в Хоян ещё 4 дня.Оставляли чемоданы на хранение за что им огромное спасибо.Отель не большой,но уютный.Уборка каждый день со сменой постельного белья и полотенец,что не в каждом отеле есть.Шампунь и гель есть в больших флаконах,а мыло зубные щетки и паста одноразовые ложили каждый день.Бассейн на 8 этаже,чистый,не большой под крышей с видом на город.Мини холодильник вообще не холодит-это минус.До моря недалеко минут 5,но через оживленную дорогу.Отель находится в туристическом центре на 3 линии.Номер средний с двумя окнами и большими кроватями и мягким матрасом.Всё понравилось особенно цена отеля в сутки.Девочки на ресепшн всегда приветливые и улыбаются.Даже заселили нас без денег под залог паспорта пока мы не поменяли деньги ❤️ Холодильник

And as soon as housekeeping finished preparing my room, she immediately let me in without delay. It was smooth, efficient, and much appreciated after a long trip. Great service! Room is small, just fit a bed with narrow space around. But with the price I paid with all the listed benefits it can be seen as affordable. The location is the best. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafe, and local vendors. Taxi can get you right to the door. Swimming pool at rooftop but I didn't check. Other staffs are friendly and helpful. I even referred the hotel to my cousin.

- Ruslan (7/5): Good - Very nice staff. The girls at the reception are just the best - wonderful, welcoming and helpful. They will help you quickly solve any problem that arises. Pleasant price-quality ratio sometimes. For short stops - ideal. In some places the rooms are a little shabby. And the roof with the pool does not work.

- Vincent (8/5): Good hotel to sleep in a good location - I think this hotel has seen its best years, as it’s a little run down and the rooftop with the pool is also closed. BUT this is reflected in the price. The personell is really friendly and the keep the place comfy and kinda clean. The location is great and if you wanna get your moneys worth this hotel might be for you. Info: there are rooms without windows, which I had and didn’t mind.
- Lisa (6/5): Average stay in a central hotel next to a construction site - I had a superior room, which is quite small and with no window. I didn't mind this as the room was dark and I could sleep. The bed was comfortable and shower had hot water. Internet worked and was strong speed. Terrible construction next door on two days of my stay. The whole hotel walls shook and it was unbearable. I asked the hotel staff if can they ask out how long it go. They refused to ask, so I had to go next door and ask myself with Google translate. The lady I spoke to was laughing the whole time about it. This is extremely poor customer service. Turns out the workers were knocking down entire walls of a house, which is why it was so loud. The water from the shower went over the entire bathroom floor as there was no shower screen. A/C was missing all its panels, so you couldn't direct any air flow. TV had awful reception. Soundproofing generally wasn't great and you can hear all the sounds from the neighbours upstairs. Room smelt terribly of bleach after cleaning. Not ideal when your room has no window and misfunctioning A/C

- Iuliana (7/5): Good - The girls at the reception are very lovely and welcoming, helping to solve an issue immediately, speak good english. The guard man at night is very very nice and respectful, also very helpful. Can't find a better staff !They greet you with a truly genuine smile! The shower had hot water, and the bed was soft. I just did not like the view from my room and, arriving in a windy day and rain, was not nice for me. But, I would go back at this hotel again.

This hotel and its rooms are very cozy, clean, with modern appliances. The room is quiet, there is no noise from other residents. I highly recommend this place to stay.
