Klaus (7/5): Top Lage für Sightseeing, aber nichts für Leute die Nachts einen erholsamen Schlaf finden wollen - Top ausgestattete, saubere Apartments mitten in Altstadt, was zwar optimal für Besichtigungstouren ist, jedoch nichts für jemanden, der Nachts einen erholsamen Schlaf sucht, Bis morgens um 5:00 geht hier täglich die Party ab, und selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern im 5. Stock ist hier kaum Ruhe zu finden. Auf die von uns gebuchten Frühstückboxen sollte man besser verzichten und sich lieber morgens in einem der Cafes selber versorgen. Dazu warten wir noch immer auf die Rückerstattung der Kosten für einen Tag nicht gelieferte Frühstücksboxen.

Erik Beak (2/5): **Absolut nicht empfehlenswert – schlimmste Unterkunft, die ich je hatte** - mir fällt dazu nichtst ein.....,vielleicht dass ein Mini-Balkon vorhanden war..... Ich möchte andere Reisende ausdrücklich davor warnen, dieses Apartment zu buchen – es war eine der schlechtesten Unterkunftserfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe. Bereits beim Check-in war klar, dass etwas nicht stimmt: Die Person, die uns das Apartment gezeigt hat, kannte sich selbst nicht damit aus. Sie war nicht in der Lage, uns die Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage zu erklären, und hat offen zugegeben, mit dem Apartment nicht vertraut zu sein. Das Ergebnis: Wir konnten die Klimaanlage/Heizung während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nutzen. Hinzu kam, dass eine der Bettwäschen sichtbare Schmutzflecken aufwies – ein absolutes No-Go in jeder Unterkunft. Das mit Abstand größte Problem war jedoch der Lärm. Das Apartment liegt mitten in einer Zone, die buchstäblich von Bars umgeben ist, die bis in die frühen Morgenstunden laute Musik bei weit geöffneten Türen spielen. Die Gäste stehen auf der Straße, schreien, johlen, tanzen und singen – und das ohne Unterbrechung bis 6:30 Uhr morgens. Kaum ist diese Geräuschkulisse vorbei, rückt die Müllabfuhr an und macht weiter Lärm bis 7:00 Uhr. An Schlaf ist schlichtweg nicht zu denken. Wer in Porto schlafen möchte – und das sollte in einer Unterkunft eigentlich selbstverständlich sein – sollte dieses Apartment unter allen Umständen meiden. Der Name „Nightlife" ist das einzig Ehrliche an diesem Angebot.

Obvio es una zona de ocio nocturno si no te gusta el jaleo de noche no es el lugar, en mi caso en encanto He estado varias veces en los últimos años en este alojamiento y se empieza a notar el paso de tiempo, necesita trabajos de mantenimiento en las instalaciones y habitaciones

Preis für die Wohnung in Downtown Porto mit Co working space ist gut, sehr sauber, sehr zentral, empfehlenwert. ...Wenn die Fenster mit doppelverglassung wären...kann man besser einschlafen :))

La responsable aurait dû me donner le code d'accès à l'établissement bcp plus vite, surtout que la réservation était validée et payée... Bref après un temps infini , elle a fini par me donner le code.... Ça a gâché notre arrivée au Portugal... Heureusement que pour la suite tout a été ok.

marta (9/5): - Que haya alguien esperándote justo a tu llegada para enseñártelo todo, darte las llaves, explicarte el funcionamiento de los códigos de entrada es de agradecer. La chica que a nosotros nos atendió era amabilísima. Nosotros reservamos una habitación para dos personas con perro. El baño, la cocina, la cama estaban muy limpias y equipados con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. Hasta te ofrecen aceite, vinagre, sal y especias de buena calidad. La única cosa negativa que tiene este alojamiento es el ruido nocturno de los pubs y discotecas de alrededor, pero digamos que no es culpa del alojamiento en sí puesto que este está muy bien aislado cuenta con doble ventana. Si vas a ir lleva tapones. Por lo demás la experiencia es perfecta.

Entraram em contacto comigo antes da minha chegada para confirmar o horário e garantir uma entrada tranquila no quarto, ao qual aprecio. Apenas um aviso, se ficaram durante o fim de semana estejam preparados para o barulho dos bares até altas horas da madrugada.

Maria del mar (1/5): Nefasta seguridad y nula profesionalidad!! - La ubicacion En mitad de la noche sonó la alarma de incendios, tuvimos que llamar 2 veces para dar aviso ya que después de 30min nadie venía, cuando por fin vinieron se les había olvidado traer las llaves del cuadro de mandos para saber la causa, se fueron sin dar explicaciones mientras la alarma seguía sonando de forma ensordecedora... tuvimos que llamar a la policía porque teníamos miedo, vinieron, comprobaron todo y con ellos volvimos a llamar para ver quien iba a venir a apagarla y por qué se habían ido sin decir nada ( ahí le explicaron el olvido de las llaves...) El resumen una noche en vela, con miedo y encima dando gracias que no fuera un incendio porque hubiéramos acabado fatal todos los huéspedes... El hotel se ha desentendido de nuestra queja.

Ritsuko (9/5): 観光場所にアクセスしやすく、快適に過ごせる。 - チェックイン時にスタッフの方が建物のドアの前で待っていてくれたので、タクシーを降りて少し迷ったが、助かった。また、ドアの暗証番号の確認や、作動の仕方、部屋の設備なども簡単に説明してもらえ、安心感も持ててよかった。（貸しアパートの場合、スタッフと一度も顔を合わせないこともある）レロ書店のすぐ近くで、サン・ベント駅にもアクセスしやすくロケーションがよい。部屋のサイズは２人で過ごすには十分で、設備も充実し、日当たりもよく、快適にすごせた。夜が賑やかな場所と覚悟していたが、滞在中は騒音が気になることもなかった。ゴミの出し方がわからなかった。一応、まとめてきたはが、部屋においたままにしてごめんなさい。

Pas de poignées pour se tenir à la douche Pas d'intimité dans les toilettes (lumière, bruit, ) porte coulissante ouverte en haut pour l'esthétique mais pas pratique. Mais surtout : Le bruit nocturne des noctambules de la rue Galerie de Paris où il y a une dizaine de night clubs. malgré le double vitrage et les boules Quies les décibels dépassent le SUPORTABLE de 22h à 7h. La mauvaise foi du loueur qui indique que c'était précisé dans l'annonce et qu'il fallait s'y attendre puisque c'est NIGHTLIFE ! A Fuir ! De grâce que Booking.com le retire de ses choix car ce genre d'établissement ternit son image. Je ne conseille à personne de louer ces appartements.
Manuel (5/5): El turismo de borrachera no es compatible con otro turismo. - La ubicación fantástica Las instalaciones bien Completo y practico El colchón incómodo pero lo peor fue el ruido horrible que hacía imposible dormir. Hasta las 4 el ruido era infernal y cuando paro la música la gente borracha que ocupaba la calle gritaban como monos aulladores histéricos y daban patadas a los cascos vacíos que había por el suelo. Por la mañana un equipo eficaz de operarios municipales dejaron de nuevo la calle limpia.

Babette (6/5): Only stay here if you party or can sleep through the noise until 7am. - Good size apartment. Although on one hand the location was good being it in the city centre, it’s also surrounded by nightclubs. I’d only recommend staying here if you’re able to sleep through music until 7am or are going to join the party yourself. You will feel and hear the bass/music as well as hearing people screaming and shouting on the streets.

Cora Sophie (7/5): Lage gut, Wohnung schön, aber laut - - Lage sehr zentral in der Innenstadt - Wunderschöne Dachterasse - Wohnung hübsch eingerichtet - Küche gut ausgestattet, mit Kaffeemaschine - Betten bequem - Internet funktioniert gut - Sauber - Wohnung befindet sich auf einer Partymeile. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock so dass wir am Samstag das Gefühl hatten mitten in einem Club zu sein, es war sehr laut und alles hat vibriert. Wir haben nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt, dies wäre aber nur möglich gewesen wenn wir bereit gewesen wären eine ganz neue Unterkunft woanders in Porto zu beziehen. An den anderen Tagen war es besser, aber es ist jedenfalls immer zu laut um z.B. mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. - Wir wurden mehrmals per WhatsApp gefragt um wieviel Uhr wir einchecken und mussten dies auch noch bestätigen und 30 Minuten vorher noch einmal bekannt geben dass alles nach Plan läuft und trotzdem war keiner da obwohl wir pünktlich waren. Nach etwa 15 Minuten Warten im Regen haben wir den Code für die Tür erhalten und wir haben nie einen Mitarbeiter zu Gesicht bekommen (dieser wäre erst 45 Minuten später vor Ort gewesen aber da waren wir schon in der Stadt) - Die Tür zum Badezimmer ist nur eine Schiebetür die nicht bis zur Decke reicht - Man steht mit einem WhatsApp Kanal mit den Mitarbeitern des Unternehmens in Kontakt. Diese sind zwar sehr freundlich, aber ich hatte den Eindruck dass sie nur überteuerte Unternehmen empfehlen zu denen sie ein wirtschaftliches Nahverhältnis haben, z.B. einen Transfer um 30 Euro obwohl Uber nur 13 Euro kostet oder eine Gepäckaufbewahrung um 28 Euro obwohl es etwa 100m von der Wohnung eine um 8 Euro gibt (Bounce Luggage Storage, diese haben wir genutzt), somit keine echte Hilfestellung. Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Check-out ist bei dieser Unterkunft nicht möglich.

Barbara (7/5): Central e barulhenta - Localização central, perto de tudo! Muito barulho noturno dos bares/discotecas, principalmente 6.ª feira e sábado até ás 6h!
Marcel (8/5): Mooie studio, goede ligging, wel veel lawaai . - Het appartement en de locatie in het centrum Het geluid op straat tot 6 uur . Appartement 102 ligt aan de straat waar veel bars zijn die de deuren open hebben. Ook de bar schuin onder ons had de bassen flink aanstaan. Na een paar dagen gaat dit toch irriteren. Neem dus oordopjes mee.
