- Ronald (9/5): we love it and would definitely come back if they could fix those little problems we had. Thank you for being such nice - I love the property. It’s very modern, extremely clean and very detailed. The chalet was great for 3 adults and 2 kids and the scenery overlooking the mountains and the gondola was awesome. They also put humidifiers in every room so that was great. location was great, 2 minutes to Rhythm rental and 5 minutes to Evergreen Ski school but that school is not great at all. We usually stay in homes so we can cook breakfast but Fuku Chalet did not offer any basic condiments or seasoning like salt, oil, soy sauce, ketchup or anything. For staying a week, we had to buy those ourselves and then carry it back home because we didn’t want to waste. Also, there was no mirrors in the house except for the one small one in the upstairs bathroom and it was inconvenient for us to walk back and forth. and they could have a pair of scissors for us to use.

- May (9/5): A warm hearth in the heart of Hakuba - The functional design of the house made it extremely comfortable during our 3D2N stay for a family of 5. Especially liked the multiple plug points located conveniently around the house -- which made it so convenient for charging multiple camera devices/phones for co-working. The kitchen was well-designed to accommodate 3 people cooking at the same time which made it fun for us to bond as a family. All appliances were well cleaned and provided for. The view was the main hit of the entire cabin -- the living room became the heart of the entire stay. The best view however was the view from the bathroom on 2F :) We could hear the noise from the opposite rooms and from downstairs which made it uncomfortable during bed time.
- June (9/5): lovely winter memories it gave me! - the location and the view! ski in and out of happo one resort - only a slope down to happo one gondola. excellent property but the facilities in it could not match up. 1. tv is small - had to strain to watch it from the sofa. 2. Sofa needs to be more comfortable - it’s now planks with cushion. 3. Dryer is not effective - had to air clothes on staircase railings. 4. no snow toys or sledge for outside play but given the property itself, view and excellent location, it was still an excellent stay.
