Guest Reviews
- Renata (10/5): excelente - O local é ótimo, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, tem mercado próximo e vários restaurantes, enfim, eu voltaria com toda certeza. As Fotos são exatamente como no local
- N. (10/5): Perfect! - Perfect stay... will definitely return!!!
- Denise (8/5): - It was nice. Well located. The elevator wait times were annoying but the way it is in a big building like this.
- Denique (10/5): Perfect Getaway - Check-in and check-out was straightforward. The location is excellent with no noise issues. The room is amazing, perfect for couples, wouldn’t recommend for families because there isn’t much privacy within the condo. There were minor things missing from the room that may cause small inconveniences, such as tissue paper for example. However, there is a Longos directly across the street. Only other con was the kitchen sink seemed to be clogged.
- Steve (10/5): - Great location, nice apartment, close to arena and downtown
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We missed our meet and great due to plane delay and our mobile phone wasn’t working so it was a little tricky to find late afternoon.
But it was beautiful overall
- Eric (10/5): 51st level eye view of the Lake - Very convenient location next to train station abd metro fir exploring clean abd midern studio apartment
- Bruce (8/5): Never judge a suite by the view... - There are pros and cons of staying in these suites. Suite and view was great but construction, tv channels, parking, and elevator wait times diminish it from being excellent. I had a nice suite with city and lake view on the 51st floor. That part was excellent. I wish i was about all the construction in the immediate vicinity. I would not have stayed there. There is no onsite parking. So i paid $30 per day. The hi-rise suites elevators are terrible and are over capacity. Average wait time to go down to the lobby was 15 minutes! If you have downtime in the room the tv is useless. Had only 10 channels, no sports or movie channels.
- Fred (8/5): - Pros: well located, great building, quiet, convenient kitchen, check in wasn't too complicated although you have to set up a meeting with someone to hand you the keys. This can be a hassle when you are travelling and are experiencing delays.
Cons: couch is dirty. It should be cleaned or have its covers changed. Elevators can take a while (but that's common in Toronto's high rises). Note that you will be billed and then reimbursed for incidentals. Normally, a hotel would hold the amount on your credit card and bill you only if there are charges but this company will CHARGE you and then refund you a few days after check out. That seemed like a bit of a sketchy practice in my opinion. That being said the amount was refunded to my card as promised.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Uncomfortable furnishings and no place to put clothing.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Breathtaking view, well kept, excellent communications a d support from check in to and checkout
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location for a weekend - Great location.
Georgia was very helpful greeting us and setting us up.
Would not recommend for a long stay. We had no place to hang or store our clothes.
- HIROKI (10/5): Thank you for all to staying Noel Suites. - Easy collection of the key and no worries for further instructions incl. check out.
There is super convenient location for Union station, super market and good restaurants.
- wei (10/5): - 地理位置好,很新,阳台景观无敌。可以洗衣做饭,适合家庭居住。虽然不提供停车,但也还算便利。
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Window is not so clear, but wonderful and clean place, good location.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The condo is ideally located near Toronto’s main attractions. Check in was easy and flexible. I ended up arriving late but Lina was very flexible about adjusting her schedule to meet me when we arrived. The condo was immaculate with many amenities including chilled water and wine. I made the mistake of booking the wrong checkout date and the staff were extremely understanding and accommodating and allowed me to book an extra night with no notice. I truly appreciated the personal attention received and would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the downtown Toronto area. I will most certainly be back!!!
- Rose (10/5): - Perfectly located for all entertainment/sports venues and the view of the waterfront from the balcony was awesome.
- Steve (10/5): Excellent choice for a condo stay option. - My only complaint is that they adhere to a "hard" 11am check out policy and there's no place to leave bags on the property (so I had to take everything to a hotel and pay for storage there). Otherwise, it's very clean, comfortable, safe and centrally located for entertainment purposes.
- Denesha (10/5): - Amazing stay! Very clean and great location!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was pristine, the view was fantastic, the amenities were beyond what I expected (steam room and sauna were awesome). Will definitely stay here again!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Easy to check in and way better than a hotel. Great location.
- Mashon A. (8/5): Nice place, excellent view - We loved this place. Exactly as advertised, everything we needed. The balcony view was astounding. Would go back for sure!
- Jade (10/5): Perfect location! - We travelled as a couple for a couple hockey games. The meeting/check in process was exactly as planned. We were allowed in to drop our bags and then could return for proper check in at 3:00. The condo itself was perfect, it was VERY clean and had the view it promised. The location is amazing with easy transit access and Very close proximity to everything we wanted. There is many restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops etc all in walking distance. Ripleys, the CN, Rogers and the arena were within a 5 minute walk. Although the condo was stocked on check in with some complimentary items, coffee, tea, water and cream, saugar. We are big coffee drinkers so the 6 coffee pods didn’t last our 4 day stay. But the grocery store directly across the street made it easy for us to grab extra. We enjoyed having Netflix to binge on when we weren’t out checking out the city as well.
Ultimately, it was perfect for us and we will stay again.
- Dee (10/5): - Great Property in the heart of everything we planned on doing. Check in process is different since you can't check in at the residence. You have to make arrangements to meet someone at a specified time to get the key and to find out where the place actually is. Which is definitely the part that made me really skeptical in addition to the Paypal request for a $300 deposit. It all worked out and this is definitely legit but it's worth mentioning if you're like me and have never rented anything other than a standard hotel room. Nice place with a great view of the harbour. Full Kitchen, washer & dryer, dishwasher, oven. There's a supermarket right across the street and LCBO Liquor store. Only complaint, the elevator is super slow. There was always a line waiting to get on an elevator but I guess with 67 floors of course it's going to be slow. Definitely would stay again next trip to Toronto.
- Ricardo (8/5): - Ótima vista, bom apartamento tudo muito perto
- Adam (8/5): Noel suites. - Check in was a little odd with no reception or front desk and long waits for elevators every morning. Incredible view, comfortable bed, and complimentary wine was a nice touch. The location is fantastic if you want to be out and about in the downtown core or going out to a game. Staff was friendly and helpful but it initially felt odd not having a front desk type set up.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The condo was very nice. I thought it was a little bigger as it was me and a friend sharing the space while in Toronto. Its location is great and the ladies were very friendly when checking in. Definitely would recommend this property just if you have a group more than 2 people. I would look for a bigger place.
- Wendy (10/5): - Unbelievable view! Great location, quiet property...short walk to Union Station and subway. The condo had everything to make you feel at home. We will definitely stay there again!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was nice but lots of hidden costs which was shared after booking. Also, had to make appointment to get key. Not a fan of appointments when I am on vacation.
I would suggest getting parking information PRIOR to getting into the city. It would be nice if hotel would provide in one of the multiple emails that were sent to arraign key pick up and get more credit card information.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - One block away from the Union Station, CN Tower, and the Aquarium. Short walk to the lake. Walking distance to various restaurants and entertainment venues. Very clean condo with a beautiful view of the lake. The bed was VERY comfortable! Very quiet during the night. Supplied with a small refrigerator, stove, dishes, dish soap, washer and dryer, hair dryer, and cleaning supplies. Great Wi-Fi access. I highly recommend it!
- Jinghong (8/5): One Night near the heart of Toronto central - Very clean apartment and comes with a free bottle of wine. Convienient with Langos (supermarket) right across the road and a major subway as well as airport transfer train within a 5 minutes walk. Couldn't find the TV guide which will help make the experience even better. Better if checkout time can be at 12pm as a default.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was very nice, clean and comfy. The elevators took a long time and there were a lot of high school kids staying there.
- Robert (10/5): - Fantastic view of lake and very convenient to shopping and train station.
- Adrian (10/5): - Great location, everything I needed.
- nancy (10/5): Convenient location and beautiful view - A great experience. Check-in was easy and quick. The condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular! Couldn’t ask for anything better.
- Verified traveler (10/5): close to attractions - Close to the ACC, CN Tower, Union Station and others. The room was nice and clean, check in and out was really simple.
- Verified traveler (10/5): exceptional stay - everything about this stay was perfect! especially the hospitality of the members communicating with us, from instructions to suggestions. will definitely be staying here for any future Toronto visits
- Henry (8/5): - Facilities generally excellent. Pool is a bit out of the way, with little or no signage. A bit short, so I didn't actually swim there.
Kitchen facilities good, but lacked a teapot. cups, plates etc ok, but insufficient to justify using the dish washer. Wi-Fi excellent. View excellent. Recommend you do NOT take your iPhone onto the balcony as it could drop 50 floors if it fell from your pocket and slipped under the guard.
Bedroom was separated from the main part of the suite by sliding clear glass doors. Ridiculous!!!
Longo's across York is a good grocery store with salad bar and hot food available to take out.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This option is more of an airbnb situation and not a hotel. The check in is award, where they ask you to meet across the street from the building and there is no parking. The room was really nice and the owners were quick to respond but it is definitely not a traditional hotel. There was a parking garage around the corner that we were able to use for an extra fee. We were apprehensive at first with the owners asking us to send so much info/personal details over the phone but fortunately everything worked out. Also, the room is in a huge building and there was often a long wait for elevators, but the location was great and the room was clean.
- Lauren M L (10/5): Beautiful Condo in Downtown Toronto - My mom and I stayed at a Noel Suites condo when we were visiting Toronto for the Lana Del Rey concert at Air Canada Centre. The condo was lovely! Absolutely spotless with a big comfortable bed, elegant modern décor, and a wonderful view of Lake Ontario. The staff even provides complimentary wine, tea, and coffee, which was a nice touch! In the closet, there was also plenty of extra bedding and towels. Truly, Noel Suites makes sure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The condo was located next door to Air Canada Centre and a short walk away from Union Station, so getting around town with public transportation was effortless. Check-in was simple too. A representative of Noel Suites met us across the street from the condo building and gave us the keys at a pre-arranged time. We were even invited to drop off our luggage early.
Lastly, the staff at Noel Suites is extremely hospitable and easy to reach by text. They will respond early in the morning and after 10PM at night--it was impressive! All in all, I'd definitely stay with Noel Suites again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for convenient, cozy accommodations in Toronto.
- rick (10/5): Fantastic place near the ACC - 3 minute walk to ACC and restaraunts and lcbo. Never stay at hotel again. Will book here again when I go to my next Leafs game. Also beautiful view.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great Location, fantastic rate only quibble is fiddly check-in process.
- Bernardo (10/5): Great option - Great apartment, great location (few steps from market, subway, union station) and with a walking distance from several interesting attractions. Communication and key pick-up were also very easy.
When in Toronto again I'd definitely consider returning to this place.
- ISA (10/5): Muy bueno - Excelente, nuevo, cómodo. Impecable
- Alex (10/5): - What an amazing stay! I can't say enough about my trip to Toronto. The staff, Noel Suites team, the condo–everything was perfect. The view was spectacular. The condo has all the necessities to make your stay enjoyable. Complimentary wine, coffee, towels, iron board, iron. The staff is very helpful. Close to ACC, CN Tower, and also Union Station is steps away. You also have a supermarket downstairs for any of your needs during your stay. Anytime I'm in Toronto, I know I have a place where I will feel like I am at home! Great stay! Thanks again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Noel Suite Ice Building - This is a perfect location to access the Union Train Station because it is directly across the street from the suite. I must say that the accommodations were one of the cleanest I have seen. This suite was on a high floor, south facing lake view with a balcony. You can actually see the planes land at Porter Airlines.
For me, the importance of having high speed internet with a wire option is extremely necessary when making conference calls and this was easily accessible within this suite. It can be difficult to communicate with condo rentals and can sometimes be easier renting a hotel for shorter stays, but this experience was very easy . They contacted me in advance and provided me everything I needed to know (key details, meeting location, check in person).
The check in took about 5 minutes and I was all set. Something must be said for the complimentary options upon arrival! Being able to avoid stopping by the liquor store is a huge plus when you arrive late in the evening. So when I found that I had been provided a complimentary bottle of wine it was convenient and appreciated.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a nice time staying here. Staff was always on top of everything for us.
- Richard (10/5): View of the lake and plenty comfortable! - Great condo with a view of the lake. Plenty of towels, utensils, cooking ware for an extended stay. Nicer than your average hotel and literally a block from the Air Canada Center. TV has all the channels and faster internet than staying elsewhere. Staff were friendly and met me promptly upon a late arrival from the airport.
