- Smith (10/5): Cute room with limited space - The location of the hotel was convenient for walking to the Broadway shows. You couldn't hear the room next to you and the room, while small, was still comfortable. There was two in our party and we booked a room with bunk beds. Luckily we only had carry on suitcases, because if we had anything bigger, there would be no space for it.

Halfway through the trip she was making plans fo - LOCATION, easy of navigating from front door to room, perfect size for two people who wanted to enjoy NYC - still enough space for two girls and their stuff. The shower is not comfortable since it leaks water to around in the bath. The room was SO SMALL. They should have told that the rooftop is closed and under construction before I come to the place. The only good thing was the location is very central

- Bruno (6/5): - A limpeza diária e a troca de toalhas. A localização fica em um ponto extremamente barulhento. A acústica do hotel não é boa. Então, sempre ouve sirene de ambulância, carro buzinando a madrugada inteira. Para nós, é uma acomodação que voltando em NY, não nos hospedaríamos novamente. As 3 noites que passamos lá, não dormimos nada bem.

- Samantha (5/5): There are much better places to stay in NYC - The other guests we met were really nice, including a lovely lady living in Wisconsin who’s living her best romantic life 🤍 There was 1 nice member of staff we met on the way out of the hotel, that was it! We stored our luggage there thinking it would be safe and it was abandoned in the lobby!

- MURAT (7/5): - Perfect location! The room ceiling had mold, which felt like a serious health concern. There were still long hairs in the room left behind from previous guests. The room was supposedly cleaned daily, but it honestly seemed like the bed sheets were never changed, they just remade the bed. The bathroom door wouldn’t fully close, and the shower floor felt sticky.

Es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel y la primera vez, la limpieza fue excelente. Esta segunda fue buena pero hubo un día que no fueron a limpiar. Por otra parte, no renovaron el jabón de manos (fue uno solo para toda la estadía de 6 noches). De todas formas, como hay habón líquido en la ducha, se puede suplir. Es un detalle, pero bueno, espero que sirva para mejorar.

Having said that got there about 12.30pm and room was available immediately. Nothing really if I had to say something would be sliding bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut which was bit awkward when staying with your adult son but didn’t contact reception so maybe they’d have sorted it
