• Hakan (1/5): - We did not stay here after seeing the room. The room was not clean at all, and there were bugs both in the room and around the hotel. Once we saw the room, we decided to change hotels. The staff were nice and friendly, but the property did not match our expectations.

Удобная кровать, чистое белье, симпатичный дизайн номера. Холодильник, чайник в номере, есть кухня - это кайф. Не везде это есть! Местоположение - супер! Самый центр, при этом не шумно, т к комнаты находятся в глубине двора) Хотелось бы более новые полотенца.

Οι υπεύθυνοι είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και με εξυπηρέτησαν σε ό,τι τους ζήτησα. Ήμουν στο πρώτο όροφο, οι σκάλες είναι άνετες για να ανέβεις. Υπάρχει ησυχία. Υπάρχει δωρεάν νερό στον διάδρομο. Ο Aria ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός και μου έδωσε πληροφορίες. Το ίντερνετ ενώ έδειχνε μεγάλη ταχύτητα , τελικά δεν μπορούσα να το χρησιμοποιήσω, ειδικά το βράδυ. Ακουγόταν πολύ έντονα η αντλία του νερού όποτε κάποιος την χρησιμοποιούσε στο κτίριο. Πολύ δύσκολο ειδικά την νύχτα. Το είπα στον ιδιοκτήτη και είπαν ότι θα το διορθώσουν σε βάθος χρόνου

• Grestine (10/5): Overall I felt comfortable and the staff were all outstanding. - Located in the centre of ubud, close to everything. Easy to get a Gojek or walking distance to food and markets. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Staff cleaned rooms daily and always welcoming when I returned back.

Il bagno sarebbe da rivedere. Avrei voluto avere una doccia con il vetro. Forse bastava una tenda per non bagnare tutto il resto del bagno e renderlo inagibile, a meno di avere delle infradito!

• Miriam (8/5): Cómodo y muy bien ubicado - La ubicación es inmejorable y el personal amabilísimo y encantador. La cama era cómoda y la habitación amplia. Además, pese a lo céntrico que se encontraba, el ruido de la calle no se oía una vez que cruzabas la puerta. Todo estaba correcto. El baño quizá un poco anticuado o con necesidad de algún retoque debido a la humedad ambiente, pero todo correcto.

My wife was very ill as we arrived, they helped us call a doctor who arrived in minutes then made sure we we where ok by checking up on us regularly, can't speak highly enough of the owner..THANK YOU. The hotel is stunning and in a really central location...a must if you want a boutique stay in UBUD Nothing
• Pei (8/5): Very good - The staff Doding was kind and always trying to help. He helped to recommend the private driver and arrange our luggages. The location is perfect. Just 2 minutes walk to the main road with many shops and restaurants. And they have a nice small garden with lots of greens. Just some ants in our room.

Staff are very friendly and helpful 3. Water dispenser is provided. 4. Room is spacious, and generally clean. 1. There is no shelter for the checkin area. 2. The bathroom can be cleaner.

They were so welcoming and attentive also. The accommodation was very spacious and was extremely clean. The location couldn’t have been better, this property is situated in the centre of Ubud so everything is easily accessible.

• Aashwany (9/5): Perfect stay! - Perfect location - walking distance to most stores, comfortable place to stay and helpful staffs. Clean place and regularly maintained. Felt safe to relax and unwind here. Clean filtered water available. I’ll be back here again for sure. The WiFi was unstable for the first few days but turned out to be okay the whole week. I do wish the TV was a smart TV to connect to my devices as the current tv is the normal TV w local channels.

The floor in shower area can be levelled better to drain all the water from the floor. At least a mop should be provided in the bathroom to push all stale water towards the drainage.

• Patricea (9/5): Great location, good facilities, helpful and warm staff - will stay again! - Excellent location along Jalan Hanoman - it's a busy street but you hardly hear the traffic. You can easily walk anywhere from here! It's steps from the main road, Jalan Raya Ubud, and a short walk to Radiantly Alive yoga studio. It's also just one street down from Jalan Goutama where all the eateries, cafes and retail shops are. The staff are courteous, helpful, honest and cheerful. The room is cleaned everyday and they replenished the coffee and tea sachets in the room. They also helped with laundry services. The room is spacious and had what I wanted for my stay - an electric kettle, a mini fridge, a small wardrobe to hang clothes, portable towel rack, face and bath towels, and a desk to work from. There was also a TV but the channels were all in Indonesian and I don't watch TV anyway. There was also a small room service menu of local dishes, local snacks and non-alcoholic beverages at very reasonable prices. I tried the latte and green tea latte - all good! The aircon unit was noisy for me. I'm sensitive to noise so it bothered me a bit at night but it wasn't too big a deal once I got used to it.

• Jk7 (9/5): A warm and authentic Balinese stay in the heart of Ubud - I went on a solo trip to Ubud and stayed here for a couple of nights. It was an amazing experience with a friendly Balinese family. They have a temple and ceremonies, making it an authentic Balinese house experience. The family-run accommodation is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from Ubud Art Market and Ubud Palace. The room on Level 3 was clean, spacious, and great for staying in central Ubud The only downside is that there is no locker. But there are lots of local cafes, shops, and massage parlors nearby. I really loved staying here!

• Harinderjit (8/5): Overall, good value for money. Owner and staff were very nice - Ratings given based on price paid. For that price, I think this is a very good accommodation. The room and bathroom are clean. The bedsheets and towels were clean too. The shower had great water pressure. Had a bit of problem with the air conditioning but Encik Nyoman sorted it out for me very quickly. Would have been good if a hair dryer is provided. The room door was quite difficult to lock. They should get it fixed. Also the shower head is a bit broken and water sprays out from the broken part.

Accommodation is located in Ubud Center, within 5 mins from the Palace & Art Market. Located between a superb nail salon (Ombre) and a boutique coffee shop (Wheelbrews).

• Chusna (9/5): Good area to night market. Photos are front of hotel. In fact it looks like stay at home. - First staffs were so kind to find us when we couldn’t see the hotel. Because Klook taxi dropped us to sonewhere. We stayed 3rd and no lift. Staffs were nice. Working office hours, 8am-5pm. Easy area to the night markets. Not comfortable for guests who are difficult walking. If you want to checkout early, just inform staff first, then they can take care of you. No mosquitoes, in Christmas time. No lift, a bit uncomfortable.
• Feishu (10/5): Awesome place, location, value, quiet and convenient in the heart of Ubud! - Great location, room, staff, and services. Excellent location and value, extremely quiet and peaceful in its own courtyard, but a 1 minute walk to restaurants and about 5 minutes from Ubud Palace, in the very center of the city. Very easy to get picked up by taxis and to go anywhere in Ubud, and convenient enough so that if you need to take a break from the heat or between sights and activities, it's very easy to do. They accommodated my early check-in, which I am SO grateful for! The bed and room were so comfortable that I ended up just hanging out there longer than I thought I would, but it was great to be able to get a break from the crowds outside! I wish they could do next-day laundry, but there were three other laundry places a 5-minute walk away, so no big deal. The AC was a little loud. Other than that, this place is pretty close to perfect.

Location was fabulous close to the money changers, eateries, massage places, laundry and my favourite yoga place in Jalan Sugriwa. Wi fi was strong. The air conditioner was quite noisy and tiny ants in the room.

Amazing central location right middle of Ubud town centre, however very quiet and peaceful with little sound which was perfect! Very helpful staff, lovely welcome drink and an absolute delight to stay here. I only wish I could have stayed here longer! Highly recommend this lovely homestay for anyone visiting Ubud :) Nothing!
