• Bruno (7/5): Mooie kamers. Jammer van de geur en de ligging. - Het personeel dat aan de balie stond was super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook het ontbijt was lekker en veelzijdig. De ligging in een (soms vuil) smal, hobbelig straatje. In onze kamer was een bad en een wastafel, we roken voortdurend de afvoer. Ook in de badkamer was de geur van de douche niet fijn.

• Disch (6/5): - Super Lage Check in unkompliziert Unser Zimmer 104 war auf die kleine Strasse raus. Jeden Morgen ab 6.15 Uhr sind die Marktstandbesitzer mit ihren Wagen über die Kopfsteinplaster gerattert. Es ist extrem hellhörig alles. Für Menschen mit schlechtem Schlaf leider nicht zu empfehlen. Sonst nur mit guten Ohropax. Zum Teil sieht man das die zwar hübsche Renovation, günstig gemacht wurde. Es blättert ab und Sachen sind lose. Die Kopf Kissen sind extrem Hart.

• Anthony (9/5): Great Location and very Helpful and Friendly Service - Location was outstanding, a short walk to The Market at Campo Del Fiori which has all of the restaurants and shops you could want. There is also a small grocery a few doors away. Perfect! Our first room was a two story, with a small receiving area and desk/ coffee service with the bedroom and bath on the second floor. The room was comfortable but the stairs were a bit fatiguing for a couple in our 70's. We wanted to stay and extra day and booked a ground floor room with only one level which was absolutely perfect. The staff was outstanding. They switched our room seamlessly and moved our 4 bags for us. I had also left a backpack in a cab and the staff was invaluable in locating the driver, calling him and making arrangements to having the bag returned to the hotel. They were also helpful in arranging a ride to the airport for us. We would stay here again without question. The only issue was that the 2 story room was a bit much for us. It would be much more agreeable for a younger couple. We knew we booked the 2 story room so that is no fault of the hotel.

Além disso, apesar da localização do hotel ser boa, não é possível acessar a rua em que ele fica de carro. Por conta disso, o desembarque de táxi/uber é realizado em uma praça próxima ao hotel e o resto do percurso deve ser feito à pé.

• HELENA (9/5): Hotel normal con precio excesivo. - Está en una calle peatonal. No hay ruidos de coches pero hay ruidos de carros (montan todos los días el mercado del campo de las flores y sacan todos los productos de los locales que hay debajo del hotel y los llevan hasta la plaza con carros). Está cerca de bares y se escucha a la gente gritar por la noche en la calle. El precio por noche me parece excesivo para lo que es.

La chambre assez grande et le petit-déjeuner très varié pour le prix de 8€/personne. Le personnel était très accueillant. Quelques petits travaux d’entretien sont à prévoir (meuble lavabo très abîmé / pommeau fixe de douche fuit, les joints sont morts). De plus les murs entre les chambre ne sont pas assez bien insonorisé. On entend beaucoup les voisins.

Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. ontbijt was voor italiaanse begrippen heel goed. kamer annex badkamer was mooi ingericht , echt design er is een prima lift, maar onze kamer zelf was split-level met een fiks hoge trap. koffievoorziening beneden en de kamer boven.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en pleno campo di fiori y a 15 mins andando de los principales monumentos. La amabilidad del personal fue también increíble. En definitiva, todo perfecto! Enhorabuena. Nada, todo perfecto.

Beliggenheten er helt unik med noen få meter fra Campo de Fiori. Store rom til å være Roma. Vi fikk en leilighet med soverom og sovesofa. Masse garderobeplass og stort bad.

• Julie (9/5): We would not hesitate staying at Navona Essence Hotel when next in Rome. - The hotel is conveniently located, clean, comfortable and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. There were a few maintenance issues however these were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction.

Handy locat - The staff were really friendly and it was in the perfect location for walking around to all the main tourist spots. There was no bar or lounge area to relax in for 4 people. The rooms were ‘clean’, but the floors in the rooms were not cleaned, we found an extra tooth pick one day one our return on the floor that we had not used, so there is an improvement to make there.

I muri a mio avviso molto sottili, alle 6 di mattina sentivamo tranquillamente i nostri vicini programmare la loro giornata

• William (10/5): Very nice small hotel with great staff. - Very nice and comfortable and centrally located. Street on which it is located is small but large square is just a couple of hundred feet away. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Location on a very small street.

• Cansu Arısoy Gedik (10/5): An ideal choice for a relaxed and memorable city escape. - We had a wonderful stay at Navona Essence Hotel and truly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. Perhaps because we traveled during a quieter season, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, along with a lovely welcome Prosecco, which immediately made us feel valued and welcome (Thank you so much for that!) Our room was stylish and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the balcony—it added a special charm to our experience. The atmosphere of the room felt modern yet cozy (I have lovely photos with my Prosecco in that balcony :)). We stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast at the hotel every morning. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the overall service met our expectations. The staff were kind, professional, attentive, and the cleanliness of both the room and common areas was excellent. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is very centrally located, with all major tourist attractions within easy walking distance. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Navona Essence Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, an ideal location in Rome. We loved everything!
