Le personnel est agréable. La piscine est la bienvenue pour Ubud où il n’y a pas de plage. On aurait étendu notre séjour si on avait pu !

• Sabrina (10/5): Nous avons adoré notre sejour ici - Le personnel est adorable et toujours disponible. Ils ont accepté de recevoir nos bagages 3jours avant notre arrivée c'était très gentil de leur part. Encore merci. Les chambres sont propres et les versions supérieures sont plus spacieuses et mieux équipées. La piscine est rafraîchissante après avoir balader dans Ubud sous un soleil de plomb. Il y a un petit établissement qui propose des plats et petits dejeuner italiens excellents juste a côté. L'emplacement est idéale pour l'achat de vos souvenirs, vous trouverez ici les meilleurs prix. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

• Ido (8/5): Best value for money - Good location , value for money , good pool , beautiful place. We were 4 nights and they never came to clean the room. Never came to change towels , bed sheets , we were needed to go to the reservation and request for towels.
• Izzy (9/5): - The staff were always very friendly, the bed was firm but comfortable. The pool area was very relaxing. Foci bakery out the front is AMAZING. Try a savoury sandwich and DO NOT MISS on the brown sugar one. I think about it often. Location was very handy, easy walk or Gojek to anything you need. The pool was lovely but could use some general maintenance. Just had a few broken/wobbly tiles and a trim of the ferns could be a good idea. It was such a great little dip, just tweaks needed

They will always help me with the air conditioner. - The location, it was not at the very center but you came go there walking takes 20 Minutes It mostly felt lonely, the WiFi was not working at the room and didn’t have toilet paper.

• evelyn (4/5): Poor handling of serious hygiene and safety concerns, and a lack of accountability was disappointing - We booked four rooms; however, two of them had multiple unacceptable issues. 1. Overpowering odour resembling stale sweat when entering the room, traced to pillows on the bed, raising serious hygiene concerns. The replacement pillows provided were no better. Excuse given was that recent rainy weather had prevented proper cleaning, which is unacceptable. 2. At approximately 4:20 am, the bathroom skylight in one room collapsed, scattering broken glass across the bathroom and disrupting my friend’s sleep. With the toilet directly below the skylight, this poses a significant risk of serious injury had someone been using it at the time. Staff initially attempted to sweep the glass instead of vacuuming. 3. Rainwater was seen running through an electrical power point, creating a clear and dangerous electrocution risk. All of these issues were raised directly with the hotel during our stay. The staff refused responsibility and directed us to contact Booking.com. An official complaint was then lodged through Booking.com, with no response from the hotel. While the location is good, the negatives far outweigh any positives. The poor handling of serious hygiene and safety concerns, combined with a lack of accountability, made this a very disappointing experience. We would not stay here again and strongly urge others to exercise caution.
• merve (8/5): - Otel ve odalarımız çok çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı için otelin hemen yanındaki coffee shop'a yönlendiriyorlar. Burası lezzetli temiz ve oersoneli gayet iyiydi. El havlusu yoktu. Ayak havlusu yoktu. Su bardağı odalarımızdan birinde yoktu. Personelin iletişimi inanılmaz zayıf. Böyle bir yerde kadın bir çalışan olmamasının eksikliğini en iyi şekilde tecrübe ettik. Odaya temizlik istemedik ama girişimizi bile temizlemeye gelmediler temizlik istemedik diye. Günlerce çöplerimiz birikti. Odaya girilmese bile kapıya bıraktığımız çöplerin alınması gerekirdi. Otelin havuzu görsel olarak çok güzel ancak hijyenik acıdan çok kirliydi. Dışı da iç duvarları da yosun tutmuştu. Zeminde tozlar birikmişti. Gelir gelmez görüp Yarın havuz basında vakit geçirmek istediğimizi söyleyerek temizlenmesini rica ettik ancak bizi dikkate almadılar ve hiçbirşey yapmadılar. Otelde masaj servisi var ancak spa yok. Dışardan geliyorlar ancak masaj yatağı getirmiyorlar, yatağınızda yapacaklarmış. Bu yüzden tercih etmedik.

They first cancelled our booking then we booked another room and paid a cancellation fee there because of them. No glasses or plates in the room. No room service. • Laura (3/5): Don’t waste your money, doesn’t look like the pictures - The staff were lovely. The room was really dirty and run down. The bed sheets were dirty (see photos), I had to ask the reception to change it. Lots of stains and hairs in the supposedly clean bed. The sheets didn’t smell clean either. The bathroom wasn’t clean, so many flies in there (almost as if there was some sort of nest), not surprising as the rooms definitely don’t get cleaned like they should. Air conditioning was leaking on the floor, constantly dripping. No bathroom bin, no bath mat for the shower, just little things like that missing, that are a no brainer. I’ve stayed in cheaper accommodation with a much better standard and A LOT cleaner. Wifi is TERRIBLE, which is unusual for South East Asia, had to keep using my data instead. Overall, the owners/managers whoever’s in charge of this place is clearly just dodging trying to put any sort of money into this place. Extremely lazy. Worst place I have stayed for a while and by far the cheapest.

• Karolina (10/5): - The hotel is a pearl of nature, the location is good, maybe only if you want to eat, there are only a few places near the hotel, but of course there is an exchange office, several shops and a very large shopping center where you can buy everything, there is a restaurant at the bottom of that shopping center where you can have a delicious meal. The hotel reception is very nice, the staff are warm and kind, and the territory is not very big, but the vegetation and the view are very beautiful. The pool is the perfect size, the rooms are very nice and tidy. I am very glad that I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel

• Jayflaix (8/5): Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. - Habitación muy cómoda, grande y limpia, cama cómoda, WiFi rápido y piscina para refrescarte. Me gustó mucho la terraza, me alojé en planta superior. Están en obras, como prácticamente en todos los hoteles de Bali, había cortes de luz cada 5 minutos. Tuve un problema con el agua caliente que lo solucionaron en un par de horas. El personal son chicos jóvenes que poco saben de atención al cliente.

The staff was very kind and ready to help! I appreciate that the reception is available 24/7. The gardens in the property are very well maintained and the whole stay is giving very authentic Bali vibe!

Rettenetesen peneszes, dohos levego volt a szobaban. Az agynemu is peneszes volt, hiaba huztak fel ra a huzatot, lehetett latni. A torulkozoknek is dohos szaguk volt. Undorito. Az, hogy a recepciosok nem nagyon ertik az angolt.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen und man hat alles in Kürze erreicht. In 2 Minuten war man bei einem Supermarkt und direkt vor der Unterkunft war ein Bäcker, wo man gut frühstücken konnte.

• Anneke (4/5): Hotel could be lovely but needs to be cleaned / maintained properly - Garden and pool are really lovely - very peaceful and pretty. Location is not super central but very close to the main streets and easy to get around with Grab scooters (15k for most trips in the city). Quiet in the rooms even though it’s near a main road. The hotel looks great on the surface but the rooms are really not kept to a great standard. Yes, it is fairly cheap but they were poorly maintained and not clean enough. We paid for a superior room (slightly larger than the others with a fridge and a pool view) but it was dingy, smelled damp, and had a leak, so we asked to move after the first night. The second room (cheaper standard room) was nicer because it had more light but it still smelled damp. The linen was old and stained, many of the towels were smelly and the bedroom and bathroom weren’t fully cleaned. Bathrooms in particular had a lot of mildew and rust which hadn’t been addressed properly - there was no real ventilation so I guess this is the reason it all smells damp. This was in both the standard and superior rooms. For the price we didn’t expect luxury, and we’re quite happy with basic, but we do expect rooms to be cleaned to the best of their ability and well kept. We felt uncomfortable sleeping in old bedsheets with the damp smell. We did see some of the negative reviews but with an 8 overall we assumed it was just a few unlucky people. Unfortunately I think it’s more the case that the hotel used to be much nicer when it was new but has now just degraded… A bit of a deep clean and some proper maintenance will go a long way!

Riesce a isolarti molto bene da traffico della strada vicina, a volte molto intenso! Letto comodissimo!! Stanza organizzata male, nello specifico il bagno! Pulizia costante ma non eccezionale, la struttura patisce molto l'umidità e si sente dopo una giornata malgrado la camera fosse stata pulita. Staff non sempre presente in reception e con qualche difficolta di comunicazione in inglese anche sulle cose basilari.

The staff were helpful whenever we needed them. Breakfast is pretty good. If you’re in town for a while and want a good location to get around to different places, definitely recommend.

• laura (9/5): - Sus instalaciones y la situación. Muy cerca del centro de ubud, pero totalmente tranquilo. La cama bastante dura, pero por el resto genial.
• Chiara (8/5): Carina ma da sistemare - Lo staff era davvero gentile e pronto a risolvere i vari problemi che si sono presentati. Sono stati anche molto gentili a preparare la colazione da asporto quando ci siamo alzati prima dell'orario. La struttura è a 20 min a piedi dal centro di Ubud e la camera è da considerarsi carina nel complesso e pulita, cosa non sempre scontata. Abbiamo affittato anche il motorino che era comunque in buono stato ad un prezzo ragionevole. Ci sono stati vari problemi, alcuni risolti altri no. Il lavandino perdeva (risolto), un odore di umido persistente molto forte, nonostante avessimo arieggiato e in ultimo non ci sono prese nella stanza oltre a quelle dedicata alle due l'abajour e alla TV. Per caricare telefoni e powerbank, staccare la spina dell'abajour e inserito un adattatore universale (certificato) multi usb + presa (utilizzata per abajour). L'ultimo giorno, nonostante ci fosse solo l'abajour inserita, c'è stato un corto circuito con una leggera fiammata, che mi ha leggermente bruciato la mano e ha tranciato di netto il cavo dell'abajour stessa. Inutile dire che l'adattatore era da buttare, ma almeno i telefoni non erano attaccati e si sono salvati. Il mio consiglio per Umari è di incrementare il numero delle prese disponibili per caricare gli apparecchi personali. Ultima cosa, visto che il finestrone della camera da sul passaggio per le altre stanze, suggerirei di aggiungere anche delle tende non oscuranti, così da utilizzare quelle e non dover tirare le tende oscuranti e accendere ogni volta la luce per evitare che chi passa guardi in stanza.

Одно банное полотенце на двоих, потом еще принесли(досушилось). Вонище из туалета!!!! Спать невозможно!!! Приходилось открывать двери на улице, чтоб не так воняло. Но готовьтесь к гостям в виде лягушек и т.п. Если я еще раз окажусь в Убуде, сюда больше не вернусь. У меня был номер первый от ресепшена. В других может ситуация лучше, но сомневаюсь. Бассейн холодный. Интернет плохой. Уборка некачественная. Везде грязь. Всего убитое. Кроме зелени по дороге в номер, нечего хорошего сказать.

• Amelie (4/5): - Zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen, bemühtes Personal Starker muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer, der ins Schlafzimmer zieht. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Nächte dort, haben auf Grund des unangenehmen Geruchs das Zimmer gewechselt, leider hat dieses auch sehr stark gerochen! Würden aufgrund dessen nicht wieder kommen, obwohl das Hotel an sich schön war.

• Patricia (7/5): Good for a Short Stay – Great Value for the Price - We stayed here for just one night, and overall it was a decent experience. The place was simple but clean, and it had everything we needed for a short stay. It’s not luxurious, but for the price, it was definitely good value for money. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. While we didn’t spend much time there, it served its purpose well for a quick stopover. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place that covers the basics, this is a solid option.
