• Stephen (3/5): Fell short of expectations - Location Front door very difficult to open. Too hot without air con in April/ May. Drawers difficult to open. Toaster caused electricity to shut off with poor response from agents.
• Bentancourt (8/5): Buena pero con incertidumbre al salir, dado que no sabíamos si abriría bien la puerta. Por lo demás todo bien. - Limpia y amplía No estaba la persona que debía esperarnos, nos ayudaron gente del lugar que no tenía nada que ver con ese dpto, la llave tiene juego en la cerradura y se complica para abrir la puerta, es más no nos habían enviado el número de dpto, solo teníamos referencia del piso del departamento.

• Amparo (8/5): Estancia agradable y tranquila a un paso del centro de Oporto. - Apartamento coqueto con lo necesario para pasar unos días, ubicación cerca del centro pero en zona tranquila. Las puertas de la terraza no se abren fácilmente, y la cerradura de la puerta de la casa costaba mucho abrirla , me hizo sentir insegura: solución? No cerré con llave , aunque es algo que acostumbro a hacer. Aún así, los responsables del alojamiento respondieron rápidamente .
• Celia (7/5): - La ubicación del apartamento, muy céntrico y cerca de los sitios más importantes a visitar. Me dijeron que la TV era smar y no era así, no pudimos ver nada por la noche, que precisamente no llevamos dispositivos porque preguntamos al respecto. Algunas cosas estaban rotas, como los tapones del lavabo y el bidet del baño, una de las puertas del balcón que no se podía abrir porque si no no se cerraba, no cerraba bien. Entraba luz por alguna ventana a pesar del stor y los carteles de extintores y demás al ser reflectantes se veían por la noche. Había polvo en gran parte de lámparas y muebles y poco menaje de cocina. Un poco incomodo también más dos camas individuales unidas haciendo una grande, se notaba la separación en medio al dormir si te movías.

• Apollinariia (8/5): Cozy functional studio with a view in a good location. - Apartment has a big terrace with a nice view. Apartment has many windows and it’s bright. Nespresso coffee machine was convenient. Complimentary oil, vinegar, salt and other spices were present at the apartment. Apartment is located on a busy road so traffic noise can be heard inside. The terrace doesn’t have a cover so it’s completely unusable when raining which is a shame. Apartment doesn’t have central heating and there was one small heater provided. At first it was cold and took a while to heat up the place. Also the bathtub plug was broken as it didn’t hold water. In the beginning of my stay I did contact the property asking for additional heaters and bathtub fix and they said that they will come as soon as possible. However, no one ever came to address these issues in 10 days.
• Amanda (10/5): A lovely, spacious respite from the thrum of Porto. - It had lots of light, a cool street view and was very spacious. Also the washing machine. It has an odd exit situation. Taking the stairs you cannot access the door to the street, (only the parking lot). Otherwise it was a really nice building.

• Jill_uk (10/5): Excellent apartment in a perfect location. - The apartment was really well equipped and super clean, with a car park if you need it. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the river and one of the main restaurant areas. The apartment also had a very nice balcony /outdoor space where you could enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening. Although it is located on one of the main roads on the one way system after crossing the bridge, the noise of the traffic was not noticeable inside. The person meeting us to hand over the keys was very efficient and helpful. All in all a great experience. The apartment tended to get a little warm once the sun came out, but not really a complaint about the sun appearing! The weather was fabulous during our stay!

• Sanjeev (10/5): Excellent place - Apartment is cozy and perfect for independent stay. Value for money. Photos given of the apartment are very accurate. Excellent check out at 5am. Good arrangement for taxi and driver very courteous. I only wish the check in could have been smoother. Could not maintain the check in time due to late arrival of the train. Meantime had to wait for the check in with rain falling. There is no shelter, in the building.

Close to the - Location, facilities, bed comfort, hosts, balcony, washing machine, we also received bottle of wine and snacks for my birthday! What a lovely touch. We loved Porto!!! Totally recommending the property ❤️ water pressure was the only problem when we stayed, however we get used to it. Hosts were very helpful with fresh towels and communication
• Christopher (7/5): Good - The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. If you do not need wifi, thos is a great place. The wifi is horrible. There's only one modem in the building hall. The signal strength iin the apartment is extremely poor. As a result, my work video calls dropped several times. The neighbors shared the same feedback. It's 2024, wifi should be in each apartment.
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Balcony terrace, elevator to the apartment, close to the center. Friendly staff. Maybe a bit too noisy street in the morning, but that's Porto.
• Stina (9/5): Superb - Both the kitchen and the bathroom have floor heating and there was an extra electric heater if needed - this is super good when you come on a more rainy/cold period like I did. The apartment was cosy, quiet and warm, had everything you need for a longer stay, the bath was nice (but small, so might not be comfortable for taller people - I personally didn't mind). The fridge had a really intense and specific smell (probably from a disinfectant or a cleaning product), which didn't go away and was unpleasant since it also caught on to the food I kept in the fridge. But overall it was a small thing next to all the good things.

The apt is spacious and comfortable with a nice terrace. Everything works well. The personnel are very kind. The street is busy with cars but you can hardly hear the noise.

• De (6/5): Nice location and view, but ... - No breakfast. Too expensive. Location good, nice view. Dimly lit, hard to see at night. No TV for 2 days, told TV was working on arrival, just needs another remote. Didn't work for 2days ! No full length mirror.

A bit outside of the centre- easy for parking and convenient to get Ubers/ walk Nice host The water pressure is incorrect in the taps- wrong pump. (so there is a drop in pressure and volume) kettle would be nice and extra coffee pods. 200 euro breakages deposit seems quite high and not standard when booking on bookings.com Paying extra for key card and parking isn't a nice way to start the check in Host was very kind, promised recommendations- sadly didn't receive them. A nice add on would be to have a booklet with local favourites in the area.

• Eleanor (2/5): - I really don't like writing bad reviews but this place actually deserves it. Here are the main reasons why: 1. There are hidden fees! We had to pay a 100euro key deposit and cleaner fee when we arrived (why the cleaner fee is not included I do not know) 2. The balcony is in fact over a really busy road, so we were woken up early each morning to the sound of beeping horns. 3. The flat may look ok on the surface but it is in fact falling apart: the door handle for the balcony was coming off and the bathroom door stuck so you couldn't close the door properly 4. My biggest problem was the most horrific smell coming from the fridge (likely because it had been turned off but the door not left open). When the fridge door was opened it made the entire flat smell. 4. The communication and customer service were dreadful. Despite, telling FeelPorto about the fridge I was ignored, in fact they refused to clean the flat during our entire week stay (despite this mysterious cleaning fee) and then were rude when we tried to contact them! 4. We were not provided with toilet paper for our week stay!! I feel I should mention something good so I will say it was nice to have a dish washer. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all. You will almost definitely find better for the same price or cheaper.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Wir fanden eine äußerst helle Wohnung mit Terrasse und schöner Aussicht vor. Die Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung war komfortabel und sauber. Die Glasscheiben hätten allerdings eine Grundreinigung nötig gehabt. Der Holzboden auf der Terrasse sollte unbedingt beizeiten erneuert werden! Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG. Man erreicht diese Wohnung mit dem Aufzug. Leider funktionierte der Aufzug einmal nicht und wir kamen am späten Abend nicht sofort in unsere Wohnung, weil uns zum Hintereingang über den Parkplatz der Generalschlüssel zum Treppenhaus nicht ausgehändigt wurde. Raus aus dem Haus kommt man im Notfall immer! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktionierte sehr gut.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Nós amamos ficas no Feel Porto Antique Fontaínhas, foi uma experiência ótima. Nos receberam super bem e de cara deram dicas do que tinha em volta. A localização é ótima e dá para fazer tudo a pé. O apartamento é lindo e estava tudo nos conformes. Não tivemos nenhum problema em momento algum. Cama super confortável e, da varanda, se têm um lindo nascer e pôr do sol.

• Scott (10/5): Excellent well equipped apartment! - The city of Porto is fantastic and worth a visit! The apartment is a studio of approximately 350 sq feet with a bedroom area and a nice kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything including a washing machine that I did not use. Super clean with a wonderful large balcony. The street onto which the apartment faces is quite busy, but the unit is on the third floor so the noise wasn’t bad at all. The view was a typical city view. There is no AC, but they do provide two fans. The balcony gets the morning sun so the windows heat up unbelievably, however, I realized after the first night that there are electronic shade on the exterior of the windows which total block the sun. Temperature wise It made all the difference in the world! Parking: there is street parking for pay, but only two hours at a time. The building has a parking area and a space can be prebooked for 12 per night!! Excellent value. After arriving I never drove. Basically, Everything is within walking distance. WiFi: included and worked very well. Finally....a this is important in Porto where many buildings have apts for rent. This building has a large new elevator!! The pictures provided by the landlord are very accurate as to the apartment and it’s condition. I plan on being in Porto again next year and would definitely rent this unit again.
• MARIE-PIERRE (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix, à recommander - Appartement situé en périphérie du centre ville, à environ 15 mln à pied de la station de métro Bolhao et 15-20 min à pied environ de la gare. Nous avions une terrasse, qui donnait sur une rue assez passante, mais au final peu de bruit une fois les fenêtres fermées. Bonne literie, lit de 160 cm, bel appartement bien rénové, avec poutres, et équipé de lave linge et lave vaisselle. Très propre. La personne qui nous a remis les clés était vraiment très agréable et nous a expliqué où se trouvaient des restos sympathiques. Penser a prévenir de l'heure d'arrivée car il n'y a pas de réception sur place.
