- Julie (9/5): - Good location. Very clean, each bedroom had an ensuite. Feel Portos office open 24 hours a day for advice and were very helpful. Good recommendations for restaurants and visits Used their transfer service several times as our group were arriving at the airport at different times. Very efficient and reliable. The communication before we arrived as it seemed I was being asked for information several times that I had already given. However I cannot fault how helpful each member of staff were once we arrived.

The apartments are in a great location, close to the Mercado do Bolhao and an easy stroll to many other attractions: our Ruby apartment was well-equipped and comfortable and we especially appreciated the 5 bathrooms. We enjoyed the 6 bridges river cruise, the tour of Caves Ferreira and the views from Miradouro da Serra do Pilar. The lounge is somewhat dark; it would be better painted a lighter colour. The bedrooms on R. do Balhao were not well sound-proofed and did not provide a good night's sleep.

L emplacement est top, tres proche du marché du Bolhao, et du centre historique (20 min a pied). Les chambres et le salon sont rès spacieux, avec une grande table pour manger, et 4 salles de bains. Daarnaast nog een extra badkamer en wc aanwezig en 2 (slaap)banken. Keuken was netjes met alles aanwezig. Ligging was prima, binnen 10 minuten sta je in het centrum/bij het water. Je kunt zien dat er net vorige reviews iets gedaan is. Krukjes aanwezig in de keuken, elke kamer een opbergrek en extra koffie aanwezig. Bedden zijn wat ingezakt maar wij hebben er prima op geslapen. De service van het Feel porto team was perfect! Eerder inchecken was geen enkel probleem, diverse mailtjes ontvangen of alles naar wens was en halverwege ons verblijf werd er schoongemaakt en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Niets

- Sue (8/5): Clean and comfortable in a good location - The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. And it is in a good location for shopping, with a 20 minute walk to the river. The management company were very helpful too, with any questions we had. It was useful to have 5 shower rooms with 8 ladies staying together. It was also lovely that a bottle of Douro wine was left for us. Not a dislike, but it would be useful if a tea towel was provided so that you could dry glasses etc if you only want to wash up a few bits rather than use the dishwasher. And it would be nice if the towels were a bit bigger, quite skimpy when you get out of the shower. Also, there’s not much storage for clothes, a few hangers in each room. We had to leave most of our clothes in our suitcases.

- Rosemeire (7/5): Apartamento bom porém serviço de elevador e banho ruins. - Apartamento bom, comportou nosso grupo familiar, utensílios de cozinha suficientes. - O sistema de água quente para banhos foi péssimo. Após verificarmos no primeiro dia que alguns tomaram banho totalmente frio e numa temperatura em Lisboa de 5 graus, reduzimos muito o tempo no chuveiro ligando e desligando a água durante o uso, mesmo assim foi insuficiente. Passamos a dividir as pessoas, umas tomavam na parte da manhã e outras a noite e continuamos com o mesmo problema. Sistema de aquecimento INSUFICIENTE para o número de pessoas que o apartamento comporta. -Elevador- deixou por 2 vezes pessoas presas, mesmo subindo conforme capacidade do mesmo. Na saída tivemos que descer com malas todos os andares pois elevador parado. Reclamamos com a recepção das situações tanto da água quente quanto do elevador, mas sem sucesso. Solicitamos por 2 vezes transportes, como nos foi oferecido a custo extra no site, demora nas repostas ou não estavam trabalhando no dia requisitado.

- Udo (7/5): Appartamento bello, ma non torneremmo. - L'appartamento è molto bello e ben attrezzato. La cucina ed il soggiorno sono molto ampi e confortevoli. L'accesso sia al palazzo che all'alloggio stesso funziona tramite un codice digitale comunicato prima dell'arrivo. Noi, un gruppo di 7 persone, siamo arrivati la sera tardi e all'arrivo il codice di accesso non funzionava, un addetto della struttura che ci aspettava all'interno per il check-in finalmente, dopo 20 minuti, ha reagito a messaggi e telefonate e ci ha aperto la porta. Verificando la tastiera con il suo codice, l'addetto ha costato che la tastiera apparentemente aveva un problema ed era da sistemare. Ci ha promesso di far sistemare la tastiera e di farci trovare una chiave fisica all'indomani. Questa chiave fisica non ci è stata consegnata e, per farla breve, tre sere su tre ci siamo trovati davanti alla casa senza poterci entrare, telefonando e aspettando prima che qualcuno finalmente ci facesse entrare. Una delle tre sere siamo rimasti per 20 minuti fuori casa sotto una pioggia battente, a causa della quale due persone di ottant'anni, ora sono fortemente raffreddate. Anche se il soggiorno nel complesso ci è piaciuto, non ritorneremmo a causa del disservizio.

Er had wat meer ruimte in de badkamer mogen zijn voor het neerzetten van onze badspullen en een haakje voor het ophangen van de handdoek. Ook zijn wat meer stoelen rond de tafel wel prettig. Koffie apparaat was van een onbekend merk waardoor we geen koffiecups konden kopen, maar we kregen koffie van de beheerder van het appartement. Helemaal top geregeld.

The location is excellent – close to everything you need, yet quiet and pleasant. The apartment is well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal in the spacious and comfortable dining area, making it feel just like home. As a thoughtful gesture, the hosts provided complimentary coffee capsules, which we really appreciated. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back again! It was great and new, we had no complaints

The fact we had to move so many times!!! It was a good job we were a group of mums and not a family with children! It would have been a nightmare.

The washing machine was great too. Beds were very comfortable. Need a plug for the kitchen sink so can wash up pots and pans and not have to use dishwasher. Not enough bath towels were provided for the number of people booked - however dropped off when asked.

It was in a great location, close to some lovely restaurants and shops and only a short walk to the main attractions of Porto. Arrival information was somewhat lacking although there were lots of videos about various aspects of the apartment, but very little specific information to facilitate a smooth arrival process. Accessing our apartments for the first time was time consuming and we were tired after our flight The host was supposed to meet us at the property but it took several whatsapp messages to make contact. A staff member eventually turned up but then left us in the first of our two apartments for an hour until the second turned up to take us to our other apartment. We were sent an access code before arrival but none of the apartments are numbered so it was pretty useless at that point Plus, one of the 2 apartments we rented was in a different building round the corner. The stairwell lights were not existent and did not work in the second apartment due to building work- not good when returning at night and having to climb up 4 flights of stairs in the dark. We booked a transfer back to the airport but the information given to us by the second staff member we met on day 1 about where we needed to go to get our transfer turned about to be incorrect. I was sent a link to arrival information prior to our visit, but no specific information about which apartments were allocated to us and their location - possibly the most important piece of the puzzle was therefore missing.

The window in the main bedroom (facing a hotel)is not very dense and the souind of traffic and deliveries early after sunrise does not allow a great sleep! The windows on the lounge seem more insulated and outside sound is quieter. The wineglasses are very weak and need careful handing when cleaning them.

Porto’s charming narrow streets make walking the best way to explore the city. Each room had its own bathroom, and the spacious layout with children’s toys was a hit with my 5 and 8-year-old boys. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and my parents enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. The property is close to three supermarkets, including Pingo Doce and an Asian supermarket Supermercado Chen. The management team was outstanding, providing detailed information through emails, WhatsApp, and videos before our arrival and staying in touch throughout the stay. Sunshine filled the rooms and balcony, creating a warm and delightful atmosphere.
