• Ferhat (6/5): Locatie goed maar appartment binnen kan veel beter - Locatie was geweldig Vochtplekken in het huis algemeen, muffegeur vooral in de keukenkasten. Zet je de ramen niet open ruik je dit enorm. 9 dagen verbleven en 1 keer langsgeweest voor de schoonmaak. De schoonmaakster deed haar werk niet top. Enkel nieuwe lakens en eens overgaan in de badkamer. Zelfs stofzuigen en stof afdoen zou er niet gebeuren denk ik. Je zag alle stof in hoeken en op interieur liggen. İn de opbergruimte lag er een lange vuilblik met een steelborstel eraan. Ik denk dat ze die gebruiken om enkel de tapijten eens te borstelen. Want deze was zelfs niet leeggemaakt, stond er met stof in. Strijkijzer liet veel water uit. Als ik wou strijken was de kleding klets nat. Strijkplank was niet stabiel. Hield maar 1 vijs vast. Deze moest ik dikwijls zelf vastmaken. Droogrek was ook uitgeleefd. Allemaal kleine en goedkope dingen dat perfect kan en mag en moet vervangen worden. Airco heeft 2dagen gewerkt dan niet meer. Ze zouden langskomen voor het herstel maar niets meer gehoord. De weer was perfect dus dit was niet zo een probleem. Wat me goed beviel was de wasmachine en vaatwas:)
• Hsin (9/5): 很喜歡這個公寓，住起來很舒服、很放鬆！ - 進到公寓內整個空間都很香，很舒服的傢俱配色，很喜歡陽台，廚房的設備也很棒，還附有一些香料。入住時還贈送一盒點心、有堅果、果醬，餅乾和起司，非常貼心：） 吹風機是連在牆上的，有些不方便，且風力不太強，如果是長頭髮要吹很久；房間的冷氣怪怪的，會自己停止運作，夏天有熱浪時太熱了。

• sean (6/5): - The unit only had a portable a/c unit that would only run for about half an hour at a time. In the heat of summer this is not acceptable for a rental unit. Also there is construction dust and materials all throughout the halls of the building....very offsetting to walk into.
• Christine (10/5): - Lovely one bedroom apartment near Cathedral, Station, Metro and Dom Luis I Bridge. Fully equipped, air conditioned and lovely large balcony from which you could watch the world, locals and tourists going by as on 5th floor. There is a lift too. Small grocery and general purpose shops in next blicks and great tapas bar across the road. Is in busy area but double glazed and must be sound proofed as never disturbed. Only issue was were initially told that apartment door codes were same as street door to apartments even though I asked and wifi

• Kris (7/5): Feel Porto experience - The location was close to transport and interesting sights to see, great view from balcony. Coffee table would be a useful addition, as would hooks in the bathroom, and a second mirror somewhere in the apartment.

• Kelvin King Kwong (10/5): - This a roomy, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen has basically all the equipment that a family needs. It's over my expectation.
• David (10/5): Perfect place while doing the Camino de Santiago - Perfect place to rest midway, while doing the Portuguese Camino de Santiago. Location was superb, with the balcony overlooking the Sé Cathedral. Was on a busy street, but unable to hear the traffic noise when doors and windows were closed. Close to the metro, and walkable to many great locations. On the fifth floor, but accessible by elevator, when other tenants actually remembered to close the elevator door fully (otherwise didn’t always work - a sign might be helpful). Apartment was well equipped and well laid out, with a great sofa, that actually had arms! Comfortable mattress and bedding. Washing machine and dishwasher very much appreciated. Hosts were extreme responsive, quick to answer any questions, seemed very intent on making your stay as comfortable as possible.

The customer service team responded in a timely manner, provided extra bedding and changed our towels on the third nights of our stay as the dryer doesn’t work ( their policy is 7days) Not sound approved, you can hear very loud street noise ( people talking and traffic noise) during night. Not clean, washer/dryer is moldy and smelly, dryer function doesn’t work!

We had to keep these doors closed but the whole apartment ended up smelling like mould. It would also be good to get the air conditioning fixed.

This - Location, central and close to everything The only thing that the apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator is broken. It is not the issue unless if you have to carry heavy luggage.

Nice terrace. Very close to the bridge and cathedral. Good communications with the agency HOWEVER! TO think twice if the elevator doesn't work. Cause it is the 5th floor. And if it doesn't work is quite annoying to go up and down. Apart from that, excellent experience

• Sophie (9/5): Superb - The apartment is big, quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect, near the Cathedral, the famous bridge, and the metro station and also the Sao Bendo railway station. Only the water flow in shower room can be improved.

• Sabine (1/5): One night in this appartement was enough to give me an upper long infection. - Location is in the middle of the touristic center. Appartement is full of humidity and fungus. Avoid at all cost.

Great location. Miguel was really cheerful and helpful from airport pick-ups to sorting out my apartment and excursions. I was also able to leave my luggage at the office on my departure day. Very friendly staff, and thank you for the bottle of wine! All positive

• Christine (9/5): Great location. Cute apartment. - The location of the apartment was excellent and the company meeting us was very helpful and accommodating when our flight was canceled. The only thing I would suggest is add some shelves or bureau for clothing. Not enough places to store things if you’re going to stay for a while. Storage and use of hairdryer was difficult.
• Tracy62 (8/5): Wonderful Porto Vacation in a beautiful location. - Perfect size and location for 2 people plus the balcony. The washer and clothes drying rack was a bonus. I am way too picky at my age but I prefer fitted sheets on a bed that stay in place while sleeping. While adjusting said sheets I was a little disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of the old mattress pad underneath. This accommodation is perfect in every way except for this one concern.

Both were very well-located, clean, modern, and well-equipped. We ordered the flats through booking and communication with the staff was through telephone. We were picked up at the airport, transferred to the train station, and pick up there as well. Everything was to the point. The staff was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend Feel Porto.

• Marc (10/5): Feel Porto makes you feel at home - First and foeremeost, we liked the outstanding service by Feel Porto property management and traveler services. They responded fast to all our questions by Whatsapp, arranged a conveninet transportation to the apartment, and provided general ortientation about the apartment and the area. To fellow travelers, we strongly recommend to rent a unit managed by Feel Porto for an outstanding customer service experience. The apartment is on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator (lift). The apartment is sparkling clean and has all the tools and facilities you may need: a very well appointed kitchen, bathroom with hot and cold water, good size bedroom, TV with many channels in several languages, high speed internet, a beautiful balcony with views over the old city. Excellent location in the historic center. Five mintes walk from Sao Bento metro and Sao Bento train station. Three minutes walk to the Porto Cathedral, three minutes walk to Ponter Luis I - one of 6 bridges that connects old Porto with the city Gaia (technically a city separated from Porto by the river Douro), ten minutes walk to a large supermarket, surraounded by restaurants, gift shops and other shopping. Not applicable !! All was exceptionally good,
• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great apartment (one without a balcony) with a nice view on the cathedral. The location is very comfortable for the tourists - easy to reach all of the main sightseeing spots. It is one of the few places in Porto that allows you to have a pet (for a fee). Also, we were happy to use the option of a late check-out that gave us an opportunity to not stress a cat by taking it on a walk while waiting for our bus departure time. The only (very minor) issue was the water leaking from the heater. We didn't really care about it however and it didn't affect our stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 한달살기 하고싶은 숙소! - 굉장히 좋아요. 대성당에서 1분거리, 창 밖으로 대성당 뒷모습이 보이고. 루이스 다리는 보이진 않지만 3분거리, 상벤투 역에서 7-8분거리 입니다. 같은 골목에 늦게까지 하는 조그만 가게가 있어 큰 불편함은 별로 없었습니다만 포트루가 아주 작은 도시임을 감안했을 때, 관광지나 마트 등이 15분 이상 걸어야한다는 점이 약간 아쉽습니다. 그리고 화장실 거울 이외에는 거울이 하나도 없어서 준비할 때마다 화장실에서 해야했어요! 별도의 하우스키핑이 없으니 장기숙박의 경우 수건을 준비하셔야 해요! 연락처를 알려주고 문제나 의문점 있을시 연락하면 바로 해결해줘서 좋았어요!

• Janet (8/5): Great flat in a wonderful location. - This is a nice flat in a fantastic location. Do not expect hotel amenities or convenience, for example you have to pre-arrange check in and there is no daily cleaning. However, we had a spacious suite with a separate living area and kitchen. Everything was brand new and very clean. Unfortunately, the A/C is only in the living room, but, on request, they brought us two fans to circulate the air and cool the bedroom off as well. Easy walk to the train station.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Pros: The gentleman who checked us in is very friendly and professional. He gave us great information about the area, where to eat, and buy grocery. Even though the building and elevator is very old, the apartment itself is very modern, clean, and well equipped. They even have the Nespresso machine for you to make your own coffee. Location is excellent and convenient. Cons: The shower water drains very slow. The 3 days we stayed there, our neighbors were extremely loud. They were talking, singing, and even shouting the entire night everyday. It was very annoying and unpleasant when we tried to rest and sleep.

The lobby is very dark at night and the light is not auto switch on when somebody come inside the building. This problem is same occurring at the apartment door, there is no lamp.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Sie war sauber und schön hell. Das Bett war bequem. Lediglich der Straßenlärm stört etwas.
• Robyn (8/5): - The flat is lovely and bright and airy with just enough amenities to have a nice stay. The location is excellent with many historical sites and great shopping district all within a 5-10 minute walk away. We did have a few problems during our stay which were dealt with by Feel Porto with a pleasant and helpful attitude. Unfortunately the issues were not resolved and we were without a TV for the entire stay and have intermittent wifi during our stay. The only other issue is more of a suggestion to the management. There are no signs or instructions for anything in the flat. Whilst some things are easy to work out others were not, including the heating system and the automatic light in the hallway which we could not get to turn off so it went off every time you walked past even at 4:00 in the morning. A simple instruction sheet on some of these things about the flat would be useful to have on hand. Two coffee machines were provided but no supplies for them. It would also be helpful to have known where to buy coffee pods or coffee filters for the machines as guests probably don't want to be running around trying to find something like that when you are on holiday. Apart from those niggly bits, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again.
• Paul (10/5): Convenient Porto Apartment - This is a great location. There is no need for a car. Everything is within walking distance. Only a few minutes from the Ponte Luis I bridge. It's on a main street but it is not noisy. The stairs that lead down to the riverfront are located next to the bridge. There are 2 small grocery stores next to the building and a good restaurant across the street. There is a washing machine in the apartment. There is an elevator in the building if you need help getting up to the 2nd floor. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Our adult son stayed with us. He had the sofa bed in the living room, while we had the king bed. He's not a fan of sofa beds, but he slept well on this one.The only suggestion for improvement is the motion sensor light in the hallway. It is disturbing to the person in the living room.

• Pamela (10/5): Wish we had stayed longer the 3 nights - Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The only item I would suggest improvement on is the pillows - need more and better quality. I would have taxi drop you off with your luggage at the Cathedral San Francisco and then walk across the street to the apartment, it is on a busy street and stopping in front of the apt. is difficult. There are grocery stores right by the apartment but no little cafes for coffee in the morning. And you will have to walk a few blocks to get to the streets with the restaurants and shops. But it's only a few blocks up from the river so overall, in between the river and the heart of the Ribeira district.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great central location - We enjoyed our stay but thought there was definitely room for improvement. For instance, on the website the apartment was advertised as including daily housekeeping, but this was not the case. The towels and the bathroom generally are what one would expect from a 3-star hotel. On the plus side, the company did their best to arrange a welcome table that we had requested, which was highly appreciated. The bedroom was decent size and the bed comfortable, while the living area with the TV and the terrace were great. Perhaps the biggest reason to stay here would be its central location. Ideal for short stays.

• Edel (10/5): The Small Things - We had an amazing stay here at the Feel Porto Historical Flats. Honaldo was great very friendly and informative of local places to see and eat. We got a free upgrade when we arrived as the flat we had booked was not available at that moment in time, it was good for us because we were very satisfied with the upgrade! Flat was situated in a nice location close to the popular shopping street and very convenient. Flat was so beautiful very spacious modern comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. showers were nice and powerful . We got a complimentary welcome gift of local wine and biscuits upon our arrival to the flat ( this was a wonderful gesture as its the small things that really make the stay special ) The people of Feel Porto Historical Flats were so pleasant, professional and prompt to deal with, we will definitely be returning and recommending to others.
