- Getaway17351429300 (10/5): Loved it - We didn't know anything about this hotel as it was arranged for us, but it really exceeded expectations on all points; comfort, cleanliness, service, food and amenities. There are a few individuals worth mentioning from during our stay.. RaFani who works in the restaurant, the filo lady with blonde hair who works in the bar and refreshments area (didn't catch her name) and the lady who restocks the mini bar all added to our overall experience by going above and beyond to make our stay special and took the time to interact with our kids, which was nice as there weren't many other kids around.
- Min_Ce (10/5): An excellent stay in Singapore - This is a great hotel. Location is superb to visit the surrounding neighborhoods but it is also a perfect base to explore the rest of the city. In fact, the hotel has a direct access to the Bugis station in the basement where the DT and EWL lines intersect. The hotel is very clean, the staff is responsive, attentive and very polite. The room was big, quiet, comfortable and with a great view on Kampon Glam. Pool and common areas are also very clean and easy to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time and would come back here should we visit Singapore again. We liked everything

- Anja (10/5): Great location and great place to stay! - It was our first time staying at the Andaz in Singapore and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location us superb and you can reach it easily via MRT station (direct access from the hotel). We had an amazing room, super big with two comfy beds (spotless as well) with Heritage view; this gave us great views over the Arabic quarters and the mosque. It's still really close to Marina Bay and Lau Pa Sat, only a couple of stops on the MRT. Staff was very friendly. The lounge with free water/lemonade, coffee, tea and snacks is great as well - as is the included minibar. It is more expensive then the hotel we ususally stay in but it's worth it! We will definitely be back. nothing, only that we had to leave
- Safari09363853715 (10/5): Great Hotel, Wonderful Experience - Andaz is conveniently located within the Bugis Junction vicinity and is connected to the MRT station by an underground walkway. This makes travelling to anywhere in Singapore by public transport so easy and convenient. Foodies will be pleased to know there are many famous and good eateries along the nearby laneways within walking distances too. The room we stay in was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and you can have some snack and free drinks in the lobby. Great place to meet friends there. For the price we paid, it definitely is value for money compare to other similar establishments.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, restaurant food was excellent too and had a nice pool overlooking the city and Marina area. I will definitely stay at the Andaz for future trips to Singapore.

From the moment I arrived, the lovely man at the front door opened the car door and gave me a warm welcome. This is something I will never forget. The hotel itself is on another level; the rooms and facilities are exceptional. I had breakfast both days, and that was amazing. You can't leave the hotel without viewing the rooftop bar; the views are incredible. The rooms were the best I have ever had. I will be back again soon.

The location is excellent, easy access to so many parts of Singapore while still feeling relaxed and upscale. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the multicultural breakfast selection, which offered a great variety of local and international options each morning. A special thank you to Zul (Zulhaiqal), the hotel experience curator, who made the stay even more memorable. Joining his run around Singapore was a unique and enjoyable way to experience the city, and his enthusiasm and hospitality really stood out. Would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Singapore.

Truly value for money, in our opinion. The location was great, linked by sheltered underpass to the MRT mass rapid transit train networks, 24 hours 7-Eleven minimart, to eateries, coffee places, Bugis Junction shopping mall, etc.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every single member of staff we met was warm, smiling, caring and genuinely attentive. Nothing ever felt forced. Everyone made us feel so welcome and looked after. The room was top quality, beautifully presented, comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The rooftop swimming pool on the 40th floor was a real highlight, with stunning views across Singapore. We also loved the rooftop bar, especially in the evening. The views, atmosphere and cocktails were absolutely superb. A very special mention has to go to Debbie, the rooftop bar manager. She was such a lovely person with a great personality. She sat with us for a proper chat and really took care of both me and Anita during our stay. All the bar staff were amazing too, friendly, fun and professional. We would also like to mention Teresa, the manager of the Asian food restaurant, who looked after us so well and made the experience feel personal and memorable. This was our first time visiting the East, and the warmth, kindness and hospitality we experienced completely blew us away. We have travelled to many countries in the West, but honestly, we have never experienced service quite like this. The people were warm, helpful, inviting and genuinely caring. We will definitely be coming back to Singapore, and Andaz Singapore will be very hard to beat. A beautiful hotel, amazing views, superb cocktails and truly outstanding staff. Highly recommended. 🌟

I was upgraded to a suite with globalist status and it was also my birthday. The location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk you’ll be in bugis junction. The rooftop bar and the pool are beautiful as well. One of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff here are amazing. I’ll definitely stay here again when in Singapore.

- 592rms (10/5): Great Hotel especially for globalists and guests of honor - This review is slightly skewed because I was given a guest of honor pass so my experience would be very different from someone with no Hyatt status. For example, I was able to check in early and was upgraded to a high floor with a magnificent city view. The buffet breakfast was also complimentary for me and a guest. The rooms are modern, sleek and impressive. You are provided with basic amenities (Byredo toiletries, grooming kits) and minibar drinks and snacks were free (except alcohol). Room soundproofing was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Design wise, while sleek, can be a bit of a treasure hunt. It took me a while to find the full-length (behind the sliding door to the bathroom) mirror and ironing board (look for a very faint icon of an iron on the closet wall). If you’re traveling light, the hotel sits above the Bugis MRT stop and it’s about a 5-minute walk from the actual tracks to the small entrance connected to the station. From the airport, it’s probably 35-40 minute travel time with one exchange. Very easy.

In the end the front office staff were not updated who came first. Other guests that came after us and started queuing was served before me and another couple. Gave feedback to the front office staff and was brushed off. Not baby friendly, alrd checked in baby and no baby amenities at all.

- 310dariusr (10/5): Best reasonable luxury stay in Singapore - This hotel is one of the best reasonably priced luxury stays in Singapore. The location - right on top of the Bugis interchange - go anywhere you want with MRT without leaving the hotel building. Want to walk? Right nearby (5 minutes) is Kampong Glam and Little India. Food options? Great local Albert Center Hawker food market is nearby (Golden Mile Hawker center is 10 minutes) - absolutely great options if you want to go have a cheap meal like a local. Also many many more "western" dine-in places nearby if you do not feel that adventurous. The rooms are spacious and have great views towards all directions. Plenty of space to store your clothes out of luggage, bathrooms are large with good shower water pressure and we even had a heating toilet seat with automatic bidet. They provide a mini-sofa for young children if needed. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The pool has amazing views towards Marina Bay and downtown. No complaints.

The staff also downstairs level two on the door were amazing with their help, so courteous and kind. The baby pool or children’s pool was also excellent, especially seeing it was away from the main pool. I would’ve liked more options in the mini bar, for example lemonade or sparkling water, also milk for tea and coffee. Many people may not use milk in their tea and coffee, but I can’t drink it without it. To ensure that black tea like Earl grey and English breakfast are replenished each day.
