• Daniela Meza Andrade (4/5): Lugar barato para quedarse pero se puede escuchar a las otras personas - Sólo nos quedamos una noche de paso antes de ir a la isla de Miyajima y en realidad todo es normal, no hay mucho que destacar. Las paredes de las habitaciones son delgadas y se puede escuchar a las otras personas que se están quedando en el hotel, además, queda un poco alejado de la estación de metro más cercana por lo que hay que caminar harto para llegar si es que no andas en auto o tomas algún bus o taxi.
• 西村 (2/5): 一番最初に嫌な思いをした - 部屋は静かだった 宮島口が近かった トイレットペーパーの補充がなくフォルダーにあったトイレットペーパーも1回分くらいしかなくて部屋から電話をかけようとしたが繋がらずわざわざ1階まで行って電話しないといけなかった やっぱりこんな時にスタッフがいないと困ることがあると思った なぜ部屋の電話が繋がらないのか 置いている意味がないです

• Federico D. (7/5): - la vista es linda, y la atención con las cosas de la habitación, toallas, etc. a pesar que no hay nadie en el hotel, funciona bien. No había nadie en el loft de entrada y todo era por teléfono, lo cual con mi Japonés que es básico, complicó las cosas ya que no podía hacer el check in porque mi nombre no estaba ingresado, y después si viajas sin auto esta complicado el acceso y no tiene ascensor, hay que caminar en calles que no estan preparadas para las valijas para moverse.

• Oskar (7/5): - Location has a view on the sea, tho it's not perfect. Had a little issue where my registered name wouldn't work on the automated check in machine due to foreign letters. There is no staff but calling on the number via the phone beside the machine solved my issue. For future, system could automatically rewrite names to use only english letters.

• YUKO (1/5): 残念 - シャワーの水圧 二度と利用しない！お勧めしない！ 予約は写真も設備詳細もバスタブ付きの部屋のはずが実際はシャワーのみの部屋で問い合わせると要望が無かったからとの事、チェックインしてからでは部屋は変えられないし、今日は満室、などの返事…あり得ない 案内通り近くにコンビニや食事をする所もなく電車を使って移動めちゃくちゃ不便 料金高すぎ！残念な宿泊になりました こちらのサイトで何度も利用していますがこんな事は初めてでした

• DAI (4/5): 時間は守りましょう。 - 厳島神社の大鳥居が見えること。 チェックインの時間を過ぎても鍵が掛かって、中に入れなかった。自分たちの後に３組ほどいた。私が連絡して４０分後にようやくスタッフがドアを開けにきた。全く謝罪も無かった。

• Sae (8/5): 素泊まりにちょうど良い！ - 宿泊した翌日に宮島観光するため宿泊しました。 ただ寝るためだけの宿としてはちょうどよかったです！ アクセスは超良好って感じではないです。またホテルの注記にもある通り、周りにコンビニとかはありません。

The facilities were nice, the room was comfortable, and we had no issues getting around from this location. Location is a bit rough as there is a commute to the closest restaurants and convenience stores.

• Komal (9/5): A peaceful spot for solo travelers or couples visiting Miyajima and Hiroshima city. - During check-in, the staff was available for help on the phone (in English and Japanese). The breakfast provided was ample. The rooms were clean and tidy. All basic amenities were provided. The heating was good, and the blackout curtains were useful since the window faces the East. The mattress and pillows were sufficiently firm. I was grateful for the spare chopsticks in the microwave room, as I had forgotten to bring my own! The drying area was useful after I got wet in the rain. Many hotels don't provide enough hangers and drying racks, so it was nice to have it here. The tram line, which is convenient to go around, is a few minutes walk away. The location is right next to the highway, and you won't see many people around. It felt a little scary walking back to the hotel at night. The vehicles on the highway could be heard while in the room. However, I was able to focus on my work and sleep well. The kettle had a faint smell of black tea. The bathroom and toilet were on the smaller side, so you may have to be careful moving around.
