- 怡柔 (3/5): 上下舖房型很好，其他完全都不好 - 五個人訂房被分為三人房與雙人房兩間，實際到現場看到三人房其實可以住五個人，房內很新設備也很好完美。但因為雙人房當時出了問題，我們讓朋友來住我們的三人房的部分，其實五個人是完全住得下的，空間也很大的。三人房上下舖的部分與網路照片相符！ 雙人房的房間差勁到極點，實際照片與線上訂房時的照片完全不相符，房間內竟然沒有可以照明的燈，晚上暗到不行、床的棉被也非常舊又潮濕，完全待不下去。跟服務員反應房型跟預訂的不同，服務員卻跟我們說照片只是範例，而且我們不退費，還說照片是booking那邊的問題，跟飯店不相關。完全算是詐騙。（圖片附上網路照片跟實際的差別讓大家不要踩雷）

- Aisya (10/5): Would book this place again ! - We enjoyed our stay! Before we book the room, some reviews said that the room was rather old because the property has been there for years, so we were worried about the facilities especially the shower room. However, the room we were given exceed our expectations! The room was clean, we had a good sleep (FYI 1 pillow for each single bed), the room heater worked well. There is a space for us to put 1 large suitcase and 1 medium suitcase, and a space with a table for us to have our meals. Do note that there is no microwave in the room (that we stayed in). The shower and toilet seat heater worked well, indeed the toilet looks old with a few stains here and there but it didn’t bother us. We had an amazing stay and shout out to Mr Ayabe and the staffs, they answered all our inquiries and helped us when we needed during our stay! Moreover, we planned to ski at Norikura Ski Resort which is just infront of the hotel. There is a basement floor inside the hotel that is meant for skiiers/snowborders - there are lockers to store your equipment which you don’t hv to pay or rent (its given when you stay in at the hotel), there is a rental shop to rent your gears and equipments (relatively cheap compared to outsides rentals). But do come early if you are planning to get your gears!! Besides the great facilities provided such as the onsen, public shower bath, games room, there is also an ice cream vending machine! Wished there are microwave at all floors instead of having it placed at one floor for all the guests to share. Placing a microwave at each floor, at least makes it more convenient for all the guests.

- Stephanie (5/5): Not ever going back - We liked the location, however the staff that we encountered were not accommodating. We arrived 2hours prior to check in. We asked if they could store our luggage. They could with a fee. And if you needed extra towels that was another fee. There are fees for everything that is not in your room. Towels, and even pillows if you need extra.

Because we were at the Minamiotari train station as the hotel promised to pick up by free shuttle bus, however there is no one there and it was late, the weather so cold and freezing to the death and getting dark. We were left alone and scared. So we contacted the staff but there was no responsibility on this cause of pain. This considering that hotel gave a fake promise to us. We were upset on the solution.

Ski shop, chair lifts, ski passes, food and everything we needed was literally at the doorstep. A fenced snow play zone just steps from the lodge allows kids to enjoy sledding, rubber-ring sliding, and snow play within a secure, supervised area. The ski school meets directly at the hotel, eliminating long walks in heavy gear, while family rooms and suites feature flexible bedding, blackout curtains, and dedicated kid spaces for restful downtime after a full day on the slopes. The dinner buffet time feels rushed, particularly for families with children.

Lunch was a walk outside up a hill - nothing cheap and easy. One of our party was non-skiing and minor mobility issues, so this wasn't ideal. A Cafe style meals area within the hotel would have been ideal. However, this is a specific issue to us perhaps. The pizza delivery was amazing and very large!

- NOBUKO (8/5): 魚掴みに羊にえさやり、 - スタッフがとても親切でした。リフトの上での朝ごはんが楽しかった。 リフトで帽子を落としてしまったのですが、見つけてくれました。 色々イベントもあり、子供連れには快適でした。

- NAOKO (5/5): これなら違うとこのがよかったかも。 - 景色 大浴場を想定しての、水回り 特にシャワーカーテンのカビに萎えた。 古いからこそのクーラーで、夜中急に暑かった。 夜のブュッフェもメニュー微妙すぎた 値段が高い割には出てるものが、ひどい オフシーズンとはいえあれはないです。
- トオル (4/5): - 多くの人が言っているようにスタッフはフロントもレストランも一切笑顔や活気が全くありません。館内もとてもうす暗いです。朝食は種類もあっておいしいですが夕食は品数少なくメインがローストビーフ、ローストラムのどちらかのみ。ラムは生臭く食べられませんでした。２泊したからいいようなものの、１泊でラムが出たらかなりのショックだと思います。今時よくあるお持ち帰りコーヒーサービスなども無く残念でした。
- Hiromi (8/5): - 部屋が広くて綺麗だった。スキー場の横だったのでロケーションも最高だった。ただ風呂が熱くてゆっくりつかれなかった。食事は、まあまあだった。

(8/5): - 今回宿泊した部屋はリニューアルしていないタイプのお部屋だったこともありますが 白馬駅周辺から距離がある分、ホテル料金は比較的リーズナブルでお勧めです。 ２０２４年にリニューアルされた、温浴施設「白馬乗鞍アクアオアシス（室内、室外温水プール、屋外サウナ、キッズスペース）」温泉、ゲームセンター、カラオケ、ツリーアドベンチャー、牧場、など様々な施設もあり、特に子供連れのファミリーにコストパフォーマンスが非常によいホテルだと感じました。 近隣に食事が出来る場所があまりないので２泊夕朝食ともにブッフェ付きプランにしました。夕朝食どの料理も美味しくて、無くなるとすぐに補充されますし、ソフトドリンクも込みのお値段で大変充実していると感じました。 レストランや清掃スタッフについては、挨拶・笑顔もあり、大変好感が持てました。 ただ、フロントスタッフの対応について、人材不足で業務がバタついている感じが非常に感じられました。ゲレンデへの行き方やツリーアドベンチャーへの行き方など、館内に案内がなくて分かりづらいので、人材が足りないのであればフロントに確認しなくても宿泊者がすぐわかるように館内案内等を充実させるなどの工夫が必要だと感じました。 総合的には満足したホテルだったので、もっとたくさんの方に知ってもらいたいです。フロント等のサービス力アップに期待しています。

- Yasuko (10/5): - セルフバーが楽しかった。利用者が少なくて貸し切りのように静かに飲めました。景色も良かった。温泉も広くてゆっくり入れました。朝のバイキングは酢飯やお刺身、ネギマグロなどがあり海鮮丼を自分流で作って朝からしっかりといただきました。
