• Francozbikoski (8/5): Bueno/Bonito/Barato. Excelente ciudad...volveria mil veces. - La verdad que el servicio post compra esta muy bien. Tienen una atencion por wpp con buen tiempo de respuesta. Lo encontramos mas facil de lo que parecia. Buen tamaño de la habitacion para estancias cortas. Se escuchaban lo que hablaban de las otras habitaciones. Por las noches hacia bastante calor en las habiataciones.

Personnel charmant et serviable quand on a la chance de tomber dessus... Les prises de courant sont très limitées en nombre. Frigo vide. Mitigeur de la douche mal ajusté (eau trop chaude ou trop froide). La vue est quelconque.

• Усик (9/5): Good place with a nice location. - The location was perfect for our stay. The bed was fresh, nice and comfortable. The floor in the bathroom was too slippery. And the walls were too thin, you could hear everything the neighbors talked about. But at night it still was quiet, the room has everything you need for a stay. Check-in was easy, all the instructions were detailed and understandable.

• Daniele (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La posizione strategica e al centro si Roma , praticamente anche spostandosi a piedi si riesce a visitare Roma e i tanti monumenti La camera sebbene accogliente e dotata di tutti i servizi aveva un materasso a molle troppo duro e cuscini enormi e troppo alti , nessun tipo di accoglimento o coccola per i clienti neanche la macchina per il caffè che è ben evidente in foto.
• Pajdic (8/5): - Lage (15-20 min vom Colosseum, Metro ist auch daneben, Geschäfte, Restaurants, und Bezirk ist überhaupt nicht laut), Sauberkeit, in Gasthaus gibt’s auch Mini Küche, was sehr bequem ist Man hört Umgebungsgeräusche, wenn jemand vorbei kommt oder Tee kocht (manchmal um 6 Uhr auch), ohne Ohrstöpsel ist bisschen unangenehm zu schlafen, Matratze war auch nicht so bequem (aber für diese Preis glaube ich passt es schon)

Але нам спожобалась ціна яка і відповідає цій якост - Чудове місцезнаходження, все поруч просто йдеш по вулиці в виходиш на Колізей , гарна гідрованна дуже виручала після дня ходіння ! Єдине що дуже не сподобалось це приладдя для готування їжі , навіть собакам в такому не готують їжу , дуже прошу змінити хоч сковороду це не так багато коштує але це ваше лице .

Everything was fine and the room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. Sometimes the noises from the other rooms can be easily heard, but it doesn’t bother. Overall it’s worth it, I recommend this place. N/A

• Önal (5/5): - Tesisin temizliği ve genel olarak konumu iyiydi. Bilgilendirmeler ve tesis yetkilileri yardımsever ve yönlendiriciydi. Bu yönleriyle başarılı buldum. Tesiste oda ısıtması özellikle kış aylarında konaklayacaklar için yetersiz. Ayrıca yataklar maalesef çok konforsuz ve rahatsız ediciydi. Yatakların acilen değiştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Isıtma ve yatak problemi çözüldüğünde gecelik konaklama için daha uygun bir tesis olacak.
• Crissy (8/5): - The rooms (we booked 2) were spacious enough and the bathroom was nice. The entrance and check-in/check-out process (finding the key etc.) was easy. There was a spa bath in the room but we were so busy exploring Rome that we didn't use it. I wouldn't say it's something "I did not like", it's more feedback. We decided to take a later train on the day we had to check out so we wanted to store our luggage at the guesthouse. I messaged the person via WhatsApp if we can store our luggage but did not hear back because they are not around on a Sunday and not until 10.30am the next day. It's ok to be not available all the time, but maybe a few hours on Sunday would be good. And adding one extra bed in the room was quite expensive.

Ci ritornerei volentieri! - La struttura è molto carina e accogliente, più spaziosa di quello che mi aspettavo, ci siamo trovati molto bene e anche lo staff è stato velocissimo e super disponibile tramite messaggio. Ci tornerei sicuramente! La pulizia forse andrebbe curata maggiormente, sopratutto sul pavimento, ma niente di che.

• Giorgia (4/5): Non è andata come speravamo - Mi è piaciuta la posizione strategica, vicino negozi bar Purtroppo abbiamo trovato capelli neri sulla vasca e in bagno era pieno a terra.. il materasso non era matrimoniale ma due materassi singoli perlopiù a molle..che chiaramente si separavano e le molle le abbiamo sentite tutte di notte ma anche il giorno dopo.. va bene che non è un hotel e l'acqua del lavandino è potabile, ma almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua potevano farcela trovare. Nelle foto si vedeva una macchinetta del caffè all' entrata quando invece non c'era.. il prezzo originario era 70, mi sarei arrabbiata ancora di più dopo una nottata del genere

• Ewelina (4/5): Mozna znalezc cos lepszego wczbliżonej cenie. - Blisko do Koloseum Coś strasznego. Warunki skandaliczne. Najprawdopodobniej jest to mieszkanie przerobione na pokoje z łazienkami. Po pierwsze- brak ciepłej wody!!!! Po drugie- słychać absolutnie wszystko co dzieje sie za scianą włącznie z włączonym TV sąsiada, kaszlem, smarkaniem nosa i odgłosami sexu! Wielka szpara w drzwiach. Z toalety smród kanalizacji, latająca decka od WC. Plus za lokalizacje- 15min do Koloseum, wokół knajpki itp Niby spędziłam tam tylko dwie noce a jednak było mi ciężko.

• Margherita (8/5): - Della struttura mi è piaciuto tantissimo il posto dov’era situata, posto bellissimo tranquillo e molto accogliente. Non mi è piaciuta la camera molto piccola a differenza di altre vedendole in foto , il letto un pochino scomodo , e il bagno assolutamente scomodissimo il lavandino è stato situato in un punto molto stretto dove era impossibile lavarsi anche il viso, una cosa che ho notato la prima sera la pulizia, c’era ma non c’era secondo me ci vuole molta più attenzione. Abbiamo trovato in su sull’armadio degli asciugami sporchi tutti arrotolati sicuramente lasciati da qualche cliente e dimenticati dalle signore delle pulizie essendo nascosti. Alla fine non è stato male il soggiorno è molto bella anche la struttura ma ci metterei qualche attenzione in più.

La camera è molto carina Il gabinetto sarebbe da cambiare. È tutto incrostato e si muove il coperchio. Il rubinetto del bidet si sfila . Il materasso non è tanto comodo
