• Carol (9/5): Great value for money with a lovely breakfast - Good location with only a short walk to the town and sea front. Very friendly hosts and lovely breakfast. The room we were in was a little small & bathroom door was a little tricky to shut but not uncomfortable & very clean.
• Guest (10/5): Loved hotel and room, especially the lift. It was a lifesaver. - Lovely place. Proprietors were lovely too. If I walk a long way it affects my legs, so the lift was very, very useful. Could see beach and sea from our room window. Breakfast was amazing. Set me and my son up for the day ahead. Would definitely return if the opportunity arises. Nothing. All good.

The owners were very friendly and helpfull, providing a very good breakfast and bar. The room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom was rather small and cramped. We would stay there again. The bathroom basin was tiny.

Ju - Arona Guest Hotel just 50 yard from the beach was absolutely fantastic, and the service was excellent. After being disappointed with another booking at Hotel Victoria, we were very happy here. The family room was brilliant, and the breakfast had plenty of choice – everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend that anyone planning a holiday in Great Yarmouth should book Arona Guest House and enjoy their wonderful hospitality. Non , I do like Arona hotel everything .

• DENISE (10/5): Great hotel - This hotel is spotlessly clean and well run , made to feel welcome , had a twin room on 2nd floor good size , sturdy furniture, kettle + hair dryer , iron and ironing board on landing even had a lift , , good size car park , easy walk distance to pier and centre, great breakfast can not recommend enough, will definitely return 😀

• Emma (10/5): Amazing friendly place! - Amazing service from the minute we arrived. The owners were lovely and friendly. We spoke at length, and they showed an interest. The facilities were fantastic, had a game of pool and a drink at the bar on arrival. The room was just what we needed, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was spot on, served quickly, and was just the right amount. Parking was a bonus, and considering there was an event on Yarmouth seafront, there was no trouble finding a space. No complaints from us.

• Mark (10/5): Attentive hosts, stunningly spotless hotel make for a perfect staycation. - I don't think I have ever left a 10/10 for a hotel before but I would put an 11 for the Arona Guest Hotel if it was possible. Martin and Mandy are extremely hardworking, friendly and attentive hosts who could not do anymore for us. The Hotel itself is spotless, rooms spacious with everything you need and the hosts made sure of this throughout the week stay. A delicious freshly cooked full English breakfast (good quality produce) every morning, made sure of a great start to each of days in Great Yarmouth. With so many of the local hotels sadly selling out to become migrant hostels who no longer serve breakfast or offer relaxing refreshments in their bars after your busy day out, this hotel is a real gem on how a Hotel/Bed and Breakfast should be run, and a must if you want a carefree break with no hassle or unpleasant surprises. We hope to stay with them again soon. Thank you Martin and Mandy. Nothing not to like!
• Guest (9/5): Exactly what you would want from a guest house, clean, great location, made to feel welcome 😁 - We were greeted on arrival and shown to our room while being informed of the relevant information for our stay, the owners made us feel very welcome during our time at their guest house. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and the breakfast just topped it off. One hundred percent would come back.

The room was large with high ceilings, very clean, the beds were really comfortable, we had a great view from our room. Breakfast was included but unfortunately we didn't get up in time to take advantage of it as were out late both nights, I'm sure it's great given the care & attention the owners have put into this hotel. We will definitely be returning ini the future + recommending this hotel to our friends & family !

They are very personable, spent time talking to us in the bar ( which was very reasonable). Martin even gave my smallest boy tips on how to play pool 😆. I checked the reviews before we can and was looking forward to the breakfast, which didn’t disappoint. The full English was amazing and I loved the fresh coffee. It can be daunting going to a hotels as a big family, but we were very welcomed! The pictures of the family room doesn’t do it justice!

Firstly, the hosts are Fantastic, very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is kept very clean, it is in a great location, lovely breakfast, parking is available, Room facilities include t.v, safe,kettle with a good variety of drinks, and a private bathroom with toiletries.
