• Natalia (8/5): Perfekt für den Termin der US Botschaft. - Der Unterkunft lag in der Nähe von der US Botschaft. Groß genug für eine Person und eine Nacht. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man konnte den Eingang nicht identifizieren. An der Straße gibt es eine Zauntür und danach kann man den Weg gehen bis zum Eingang des Hotels.

• Elvin (10/5): I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really good, the surrounding area is very calm and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. There was nothing to complain about. Everything met my expectations, and I had a comfortable stay.

• Helen (1/5): Double HORROR Superior, rude staff, smelly corridors, rooms - will NEVER stay again - The only good thing - and has nothing to do with this awful hotel except location. Theres a great restaurant nearby called Innenhof und Apfelwein Restaurant. Its a must go. Frankfurter Schnitzel with green sauce with fried potatoes or french fries and meet up with lovely locals. Staff in the restauant is the absolute best and very attentive! Staff incapable of communicating with customers in basic english. You need to know German to be able to get across. One person in reception in particular is very rude and lies. He told me I was the only one to complain and out the 5 other guests I talked to - they all complained. He was trying to gaslight me (and others) and was just the absolut worst nightmare! He needs to learn some manners or you might as well close down the hotel. The "Manager" was suppose to call me - and I had no one call me in the 4 days I was in Franfurt. No efforts what so ever was done to correct the inappropriateness of the situations occuring. When you book - they will promise things that they are not able to keep - and 700EUR for 3 nights - you might expect just a little bit of comfort - well there was NONE. The bed was big - but cheap and no comfort and the sheetprotectors in the bed are all curled up - its like lying on gravel. The pillows are the cheapest versions possible and are all knots. The room (205) that was suppose to be the BEST was absolutely horrific! It looked nothing like the pictures (it was all crammed - no space) and McDonalds parking just outside with alot of noise ALL NIGHTS. Partying and arguying all night- and thin walls and no effort to close noise out - absolut horror. When the tram passes every 12 minutes it feels like the breaks are hit in the room. The walls between the rooms are so thin you hear other guests snoring, farting and even low conversations! It really is that bad. I would not stay here again - not even if I was paid to. There is even more negative feedback to give - but I cannot be bothered with this awful place - not even one minute more! Do not stay here if you need to be well rested and/or want a comfortable stay!

Реально бесценно! Еще очень понравился завтрак. Советую брать в отеле! Не понравилось только что в номере не было чайника. Но это не было проблемой, тк мне давали чайник с кипятком при любой просьбе. Спасибо!

• Anne (1/5): Terrible - Nothing, terrible experience. Shortly after arrival, we found a dead insect - maybe a bed bug - in the sheets of one of the beds. As we do not want to risk bed bugs, but also not want to sleep in a bed with another dead insect, we left the hotel. The hotel did not provide a refund. Terrible hotel.

• Violin-Mel (8/5): Decent hotel close to US embassy - Rooms and breakfast are fine, and the staff was friendly. We booked directly through the Hotel’s website, which gave us a very affordable and cheapest price compared to Booking, Expedia & co for the 3 bed room that we had. There’s free parking along most of the streets surrounding the hotel, and if you have an early appointment at the US Embassy, you can’t beat this hotel’s proximity to it.

The staff it wasn't very helpful and they weren't enough for a very busy hotel like it was .When we arrived it was raining very heavy!!We couldn't open the parking gate and we had a disable person with us in wheelchair.And the reception wasn't near the gate.There wasn't not one disable parking space!One of the staff told us that we can order pizza for dinner,to make for us.It was in the hotel's leaflet,in our rooms!But another one told us,that he was alone and very busy to do it. It was very unpleasant all this. All the behaviour was very unprofessional.

Einziger Kritikpunkt an unserem Zimmer war, dass es sehr hellhörig war (anderen Türen sind dauernd laut auf und zu gegangen). ÖPNV ist direkt vor der Tür und alles gut erreichbar. Positiv für uns war, dass das Hotel Hunde erlaubt. Leider ist es in Frankfurt sehr schwierig mit einem Hund, da die meisten Parks Hunde verbieten und die dafür vorgesehenen Auslaufflächen einfach nur schäbig und zu klein sind. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

• Nicholas (5/5): Passable - The ONLY reason to stay here is its proximity to the US Consulate, which is around the corner. If you have a 7AM appointment at the US Consulate, it is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient, especially if have to go there with children. That's why I booked it for my family. This means you save the time and cost of a taxi ride at 6.30 from a cheaper hotel to the consulate, and you can also sleep a bit longer. But in terms of what you actually get for the money, this hotel is not worth it. We had two rooms, a regular double and a family triple. The rooms were simple but clean--we didn't need much. HOWEVER, the triple was in the attic level and the roof window had NO light protection. No one could sleep all night, negating any benefit of being closer to the consulate. The double was better, but also very bright. The hotel itself is on a major road--two car lanes in both directions plus a Strassenbahn and bus route in both directions. So it really all depends on why you are booking here--if you want to be 10 minutes away from the consulate entrance, it might be worth it. Given prices in Frankfurt, it probably wouldn't have been cheaper to stay further away and pay for roundtrip taxi fares to and from the hotel and consulate. But early morning consulate appointments are really the only reason to stay here.

• Duran (8/5): Very comfortable purple room with all the facilities that one needs. - I like how clean it was and the location I think it was a misunderstanding, however during the check in, the guy a the reception told me that breakfast was included. Next day during my check out, I had to pay for it. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it but I was sure that it was included on my booking. I looked up afterwards, and it was included.
