Mark (2/5): - Safety box broken. When reported to management she just laughed and said don’t worry. Toilet seat was filthy. Water was cut off two days running for a few hours each time. I had to move to a different hotel as you can see on my hotels.com account because the noise the lift was making at night I couldn’t sleep.

Condo units surround huge private pool with water slides and children's pool play area Apartments are ok but all differ as they are privately owned and managed by local agents One bedroom good for couple with one child. Kitchenettes are basic but eating out is cheap. Walking distance to the beach and other beaches within 15 drive. Pattaya main town about 20 minutes away.

However, the room is super old, lots of wear and tear and kinda dirty. Not like dirt on floor per se but more old grunge and stains everywhere. However, realizing we weren’t in room itself most of the time again we enjoyed it, and it was close to night market for food every day. Would stay again.
