• Silvia (10/5): Un piccolo angolo di paradiso - Tutto !!!! Bambini felici , staff cordiale e professionale, ottimo cibo e posizione stupenda, pulitissimo e ben organizzato. Mini club davvero unico e tanto tempo libero a disposizione per noi genitori che ne abbiamo bisogno. Grazie di tutto cuore ❤️

• JuggiDo (8/5): Soggiorno con spa - La merenda pomeridiana ottima, l'acqua ai pasti inclusa nel prezzo della mezza pensione, il miniclub e l'animatrice molto brava, la zona spa La pulizia della camera, da migliorare sensibilmente (tappeti da sbattere, dispenser sapone ricaricato sporco) e la colazione deludente (paradossalmente, più ricca e curata la merenda), il prezzo complessivamente troppo alto per livello e qualità dei servizi proposti (pur evidentemente influenzato dal periodo: olimpiadi invernali)

• Tomasz (10/5): Amasing stay in Tesero! - The breakfast was very good. If you prefer an Italian-style breakfast, you can enjoy coffee and sweets. You also have a wide choice if you prefer a continental breakfast. We also purchase afternoon snacks and dinner - they offer very good cuisine. There is a big room with tables and a bar where you can buy drinks - unfortunatelly they probably have no idea how it can be used, generally there is no barman in the bar. It should be noted that this small unconviniece do not affect my assessment.

• Idan (9/5): - קיבלנו חדר גדול ומרווח בעל חלל גדול ומקלחת מפנקת (היינו בקומה הרביעית). ארוחת הבוקר עשירה ומספקת. בנוסף קיבלנו דבש כשעזבנו. בסהכ חוויה נהדרת, הצוות אדיב ונחמד אך חשוב לציין כי המקום במיקום לא מרכזי ומתאים כתחנת מעבר. ישנו ספא אשר לא ניצלנו. ארוחת ערב במלון עולה כ-40 יורו לאדם.

• IgorLe (7/5): Good but not great - The room was sparkling clean and the small kids play zone was smalm but realy nice. They also gave us a small gift at departure which is nice. There were some basic things that could've made the rooms more comfortable - there are no hangers for towels in the bathroom, no socket for the keetle in the second room. Almost no shelves in the closet just hangers. The breakfast, which was pretty good, had the exact same choice everyday. It would be nice to have some variety. Also the pool was nkt heated enouh on the day we were there which was disapointing.

• Aurelio (8/5): Settembre in Trentino - Ottima camera bifamiliare, ben pulita e spaziosa. Bagno di ampia metratura e balcone panoramico. Cene e colazioni in hotel con buffet antipasti e alcuni dolci, servizio al tavolo per le altre portate gentile e molto disponibile. Piscina interna/esterna e possibilità di utilizzare la zona wellness e Spa gratuita. In una camera bifamiliare, non era presente il bidet. Il menù serale in qualche cena non è stato soddisfacente. Nella zone piscina interna, non vi è nessuno controllo sulle norme di divieto esposte. Quindi numerosi bambini, soprattutto non Italiani, nonostante i genitori in zona, non rispettano le indicazioni, pur avendo anche un' altra piccola piscina con scivolo. Alcuni entrano nella BIO Sauna vicino alla piscina interna pensando che sia un gioco, nonostante temperatura interna della stessa, che pur non essendo come in quella finlandese, è comunque alta.
• Marianna (8/5): Piacevole weekend lungo in famiglia - Struttura grande e ben tenuta. Molto pulita. Le piscine e la spa molto apprezzate. Colazione varia e abbondante , personale cordiale e disponibile. Ci ritornerei. La posizione non vicinissima agli impianti e l assenza di bibite nel frigo bar.

• Shar (6/5): The stay was ok, we didn't use the facilities like we thought we would because of overcrowding - Our room was comfortable and the girls on reception were lovely we were situated above the children's disco. Arrived late afternoon and the jacuzzi was overcrowded with children, breakfast was poor, we booked the evening meal and no salad left, the main courses were cold, been on a hot plate standing I assume, the dining area was noisy, couldn't hear my husband talking, found the waiters rude and no one behind the bar.

• Marina (10/5): JUST PERFECTION - What is not to love about Rio Stava? Literally nothing. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed omg, I’ve never slept so soundly as I did in Rio Stava. The food is amazing, I really recommend going for the full board. The menu changes every night, you get a few options to choose from for primi, secondi and dolci and they’re all so good it’s hard to choose. Location is great, the views are beautiful and the spa is fantastic! I got a face treatment and my husband a massage and both were great. Most people come here with their kids, it’s mostly a family resort and I could see that the hotel is super prepared to receive and care for kids, so would recommend if that’s your case. My husband and I came just the two of us and it was perfect for a couple, we had a very relaxing time, so don’t feel like it’s only for families. And the staff deserves their own paragraph. Every single person working at Rio Stava is so friendly, helpful, professional, always offering to help and make your stay pleasurable. They just made our stay even better! We will definitely come back!

• Bedrich (10/5): Our favourite in Val di Fiemme. - Good starting point for Latemar/Obereggen skiing area and other places of interest in and around Val di Fiemme. Comfortable room with balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and spa area to enjoy after skiing. Nice breakfast choice with fresh orange juice selfservice available. Excellent halfboard dinners with great buffet choice of starters and salads followed by delicious and daily varied Italian menu to make a choice from. We missed just availability of any English speaking channels on TV.
