- QueenOfTheCountry (10/5): I was pleasantly surprised by the upscale amenities of this hotel. Very impressive! - The rooms were amazing! Very large and upscale decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the spacious shower and bathroom. The lobby had a great meeting space to gather with friends and order drinks from the bar. The outdoor space was amazing as well.

- bethsQ105NT (10/5): Weary travelers pleasantly surprised. - Coming home from Florida we always make it a 2 day trip. We got on the road bright and early; 5 am. 90 minutes into our trip traffic ground to a halt. A semi had overturned and was blocking all 4 lanes. This resulted in a 4 hour wait. Delay after delay extended the days drive. Exhausted, we decided to call it a day and find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised.at to find Springhill Suites. Jaliyah greeted us at the front desk. I was ecstatic to learn there was a 2 bed suite available. It only got better when she let us know there was a restaurant on site and we wouldn't have to get back in the car. Monte was the food and beverage manager and handled our dinner order. His recommendations were spot on and the kitchen nailed it. Monte also gave us great info and trivia about the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Where do you find a walk-closet in a hotel? The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I will look for Springhill Suites on our next trip.

- Reagan10 (10/5): Nice and easy night’s stay - The Springhill Suites hotel is conveniently located just off of I-75 on the outskirts of Northern Chattanooga. The king room was very spacious, offering a sitting area with desk, mini fridge, fold out sofa, and coffee pot. The bath was adequate with a large shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was well-equipped, offering an assortment of hot food options, along with a waffle bar, pastry area, fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurts. The desk staff were welcoming and friendly. There are several local restaurants nearby, too. Overall, a very reasonably priced stay, with good amenities, and tasty breakfast.

- markkH7212PB (8/5): Good choice and reasonably priced. - Everything was nice except the television in my room and the number of trains that passed by at night. The breakfast was good and their were lots of options. The coffee was good as well. The room seemed clean. The television was almost unwatchable. It seemed as though it was old and the picture was quite dark and the color was dominated by a blue tint.

- Amy (2/5): - The room set up is ridiculous, the placement of the TV in relativity to the beds and the bathroom makes no sense, a frosted bathroom door directly in front of the beds so the light shines directly on whoever is sleeping, no bathroom fan, the shower water was scalding and couldn't be adjusted and the shower head is so abrasive you can barely stand in the water. The pillows are completely flat and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. I've stayed at many Marriotts and this one is a scar on the brand. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and honestly deserve a refund.

We checked in Saturday evening and had tons of luggage, it was helpful and a relief to find a fleet of luggage carts right at the entrance. Then, we immediately had a quick and welcoming check in. The lobby was also very nice with a bar and food if you want a drink or bite to eat during your stay. We had a double queen suite that was really spacious for three of us. Very clean for the most part. We used the pull out couch and noticed the sheet had a stain so called the front desk who had all new linens delivered to our room quite promptly which was great! The next morning the toilet stopped flushing. Because it was early and we were trying to get ready to get back on the road, the front desk gave us a second room down the hall to use so we could use the restroom in it. There was no arguing, just an immediate solution offered by a very helpful front desk. So refreshing. She also brought the key for the other room right to us! Last, the breakfast was awesome! Such a variety. They even had allergy friendly muffins, which was such a nice surprise for my daughter who has a lot of stomach issues and can’t eat dairy or gluten. This place was such a nice surprise and stop on our road trip. I will make sure to look for this brand of Marriott for our future travel. Thanks to all there who were so helpful. We were tired from driving all day and could rest easy and well here.

Rooms are very nice and grounds and pool all well kept. When calling before booking through Booking .com, I asked for a senior discount and the amount was the same as my Booking .com price. I’ll continue to book through Booking.com. Calling did not get me a better price.
