- alonzo (8/5): Yes - Yes No
- Amanda (3/5): If it was a last resort I guess. - The beds were clean Walking in from the front looked really nice then I got to the hallways where our room was located and it was so dirty and old . We walked in the room and the top little lock thing was broken off like if the locked door had been kicked in . It was boarded up. The wall had soda or something splattered everywhere . The restroom was disgusting . The floor looked like it was sticky and had hair so when the kids showered they put a hotel towel down and when it got picked up was so dirty . I’m really not even exaggerating, we booked 2 nights and left the next morning we didn’t even stay the next night . Wasn’t worried about a refund .
- Crystal (1/5): Will never stay here again and I would recommend people to stay at some where else - Nothing our room smelled bad and the fitness room was nasty and all the equipment was broke. The place smelled really bad and it was nothing like they advertise

- Cesar (7/5): Looks are deceiving. - Good distance from my visiting venue. Where do I start? I came in early and asked for an early check in (willing to pay). I was dismissed by staff after waiting for over 7-8 minutes as the front desk was empty. It was 2pm and I was told they were “still working on rooms”. Once I left and came back I got my room which looked great, however after spending 5 minutes in there it was obvious the facility was not being taken care of. There was obvious water damage that ran through the walls where the paint itself had bubbled up due to damage. The sheets on bed had red stains looked like some sort of blood. The restroom had little to no hot water in the shower. The ice machine wasn’t working. I took sheets off and took only one of the blankets to sleep in.

When we arrived, the room was clearly not cleaned. There was food in the carpet, the restroom had visible urine stains, the curtains were broken and wouldn’t fully close—offering no privacy—and even the sheets appeared dirty.
I immediately went to the front desk to request a different room, but the clerk told me the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us. She said she would speak to her manager to see what they could do, but no one ever followed up with us. They didn’t offer to clean the room, fix the issues, or make any effort to address the situation.
In the end, we had no choice but to stay the night in a dirty, uncomfortable room. This was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
- Estaban (10/5): - Like the suite was clean and very roomy and comfortable. I booked two rooms and asked for close rooms and they were on two separate floors.

- Alfredo (10/5): - Clean and on the more modern side of furnishings. Breakfast was ok, typical nothing exceptional. Friendly front desk, descent snack market with reasonable for hotel prices. Strong smell of sewer walking out of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Rust on the shower fixtures. Room was not ready well past the check out time and or check in time as advertised/priced. "Hot" breakfast was complete/full meal but the side options (pastries, fruit, yogurt etc)felt skimpy compared all other hotels we have ever stayed at.

- Sandra (8/5): No happy with breakfast experience. - The location was great. The tub didn't drain well at all. We went to breakfast, and I was standing at the breakfast line getting my breakfast when the front desk clerk started putting everything up. It was 5 minutes til 9 am. I asked if she was going to make new coffee, and she said no.. Everything has to be put up and washed at 9 am. I'm a little pissed that she didn't even wait til I finished getting my breakfast and coffee before she cleared everything. She even had to go around me to finish cleaning up breakfast. Very very very disappointed. And why is breakfast over at 9? And no coffee is left for people to get during the day or night.

- Braxton (6/5): N/a - N/a N/a
- Jodi (10/5): - Nicely kept in very friendly staff Nothing to complain about
- Marie (1/5): Go somewhere else 😳 - The really tall girl with the long dark hair was super sweet and helpful, as well as the girl with the purple hair, who were both receptionist. And the younger female housekeeper, who just got back last Monday, was super sweet and helpful as well. Dirty kitchen area and dirty bathroom, including the toilet bathtub and sink. The entire second floor smelled of mildew or mold or something disgusting, along with my dishwasher, that smells seem like it’s coming out of the pipes out of the wall, you can smell it as soon as you come off the elevator. I went and bought clean my own cleaning supplies and deep, cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen, and just kept the dishwasher closed, not that it worked anyway there’s no power to it. And I had called before I first arrived to the hotel and let them know that I had a support animal and then when I checked in at that Sunday, I also informed her that I had a support animal, which I have documentation for. The entire three weeks I was there there was not one mention about anything, but then I get a message from bookings.com saying that you guys informed them that I did not follow policy for your property and that I am being charged over $500 for having my support animal. Not only was I never contacted by the manager after I complained about the horrific state that I received my room in, I was given no accommodation. I was given no discount, I was given nothing; but now they want to charge me more money? No. No. No. No.

- Sasha (9/5): Good rest and good breakfast - The receptionist took too long to get to front feat to check us in and rooms were a big snug but still it was really nice
- Brian (2/5): - Power went out. Took stairs that were not lit to desk. Asked if they had any flashlights or previsions for the situation. They did not.
Asked to speak with manager and he refused to speak with me. Only to have staff tell me I should have left and a refund was not going to be issued, despite me not asking for one.
- Roy (7/5): Good - The friendly staff and how attentive they were Ya'll dont have back up generator. The power went out half the night
