Kathy (8/5): Great Location - Great location, so close to the beach, Burleigh Pav and shops for breakfast. good-sized apartments. The parking: I have a 4WD, and it was higher than 1.9 m. To access the parking, I had to park several blocks away from the apartment.

Colleen (1/5): I really didn't want to leave a review but I keep getting messages to leave one. - It was the start to the worst birthday weekend I've ever experienced. The night we arrived the lounge had crumbs on it but I cleaned them off and let it go. But then at 10am on the 20th (my birthday) the administration were banging on the door and then calling my mobile to be let in whilst I was in the bathroom, and then they let themselves in and realised that I was in the bathroom when I called out to wait. How embarrassing! Unfortunately there were reception renovations happening that we were not prewarned about and they needed access to the electrical circuit board for administration which was located in the bathroom of our apartment. We won't be staying there again.

Kym (8/5): Great location, great view - very comfortable - The location was excellent - just steps to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, bars etc. There were no instructions on how to work the TV, needed more towels, more dishwashing items - like tea towels, cloth for wiping up, more toilet paper, box of tissues would have been nice. Roadworks right outside the place worked all through the night, which kept us awake. I knew there were roadworks, but did not realise they were 24/7. Once roadworks for the tram line are finished, it will be much better. Short circuit with fire alarm went off during the night which was annoying.

Lots of roadworks around the area with work at night, but with windows closed, the noise was minimal. Looks like the work is nearly finished though.

Loved the pool which was heated and the spa was really warm. It's across from Burleigh Pav and close to shops. The main bedroom only had a double bed and the bathrooms are a bit dated.

Jessica (10/5): Great stay and would definitely be back - Location was excellent. Right across from the beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants. We stayed in a family room and it was huge. Kids loved the pool, although the spa was out of action which the kids were a bit disappointed. Apartment was great and had everything we needed. Bed was uncomfortable and mattress had a big lump in it. TV also wasn’t working.

Reception advised they don’t supply. So suggestion for improvement would be a note advising guests to bring dish liquid, bin bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and cleaning spray.

Jennifer (9/5): Great long weekend stay! - Amazing location and facilities. The apartment was FULLY equipped- even plastic plates for the kids and beach chairs to borrow! And the 270 degree over the headland and beach- amazing! The location was great and it will be even better when the light rail is completed. There was no ensuite door, so there were some “required activities” that were sanctioned to the other bathroom. No A/C in the bedrooms but it wasn’t too bad with the A/C in the lounge on high all of the time.

There is construction next door that goes through the night. It’s too loud to sit on the balcony and talk at times. Once that is completed, it will be a perfect place to stay.

Julie (9/5): Perfect stay for the Gold Coast - The apartment was a perfect size with a lovely view over the sea. The staff were lovely (especially the woman with the dark red hair but I didn't get her name). The location was great! Just around the corner from great cafes, a fantastic Japanese restaurant which I highly recommend including they had very good vegetable dishes in addition to sushi and sashimi and could cater to celiacs. Masu Izakaya. The beach was lovely. Construction noise but it's not specific to these apartments but apparently an issue along the entire Gold Coast.
Natalie (5/5): - Great location! Prior to arrival I received multiple automated text messages about check-in etc. over 4 in one day which was a bit excessive. The bubbles in the spa wasn’t working however there was no staff around to ask any questions etc which was frustrating. The other issue we had was that in the apartment there was a lip on the floor between each room which was a huge safety issue as we kept tripping!
