• Kate (7/5): Enjoyable - great location - good house to share with 2 other couples. - Location away from central Queenstown and outlook across Lake Wakatipu. Outside areas need a bit more love.
• Tara (9/5): Perfect stay to enjoy Queenstown, our 3 teenage sons loved it! - Firstly, the view was amazing. Being welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolate always wins me over. Even little things like already frozen ice ready to be used. Comfortable beds, hot, strong shower and all the facilities you need for a family of 5. We also liked being in a quiet street away from the craziness of town. Nothing negative except I would just suggest to supply few tongs in kitchen utensils

• Terrie (8/5): I would stay there again. - The size and location. It was family friendly. I couldn’t work out how to start the heater/ fire out the back and there were no instructions anywhere. It’s also on me for not asking.

• Charlie (6/5): Our stay was comfortable - Comfortable house with amazing views The heater in the downstairs bathroom did not work - no heat! No bedside lights in the downstairs bedroom-frustrating TV was very hard to work! We only used Apps!
• Elizabeth (9/5): - Loved the cosy setting, short drive to town, loved the view! Amazing view! We went skiing, but there was no drying room or access to garage for ski gear to be stored or dried. Had to lug our skis up the stairs and stored inside the house after the ski day.

• Jay (10/5): A breathtaking, relaxing, and unforgettable stay with views we’ll never forget. - The views from the property were absolutely stunning—waking up to Lake Wakatipu and the mountains every morning felt surreal. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable 10-night stay. The kitchen was great for cooking, and the fireplace added a cosy touch during chilly evenings. We also loved the peaceful neighbourhood—it was the perfect base for exploring Queenstown. There honestly wasn’t much to fault! If I had to mention something, the driveway was a little steep, but it was manageable and didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience.
• Qingfa (1/5): Terrible stay! Be careful if you need two bathrooms! Not worth at all. - good location Our stay in Queenstown was disappointing due to a serious leak from the second-floor bathroom. The listing didn’t mention this issue, and despite using the bathroom properly with the doors closed, water leaked through the ceiling, soaking the bedroom carpet below. The host unfairly blamed us for improper use, even though the leak seemed to be caused by plumbing issues, not our actions. We booked the property for its two bathrooms, but due to the leak, we could only use the downstairs one, causing significant inconvenience for our group. We reported the problem during our stay, but no solution was offered. After check-out, the host withheld our 500 NZD deposit for carpet cleaning, which was unfair, as the problem was due to the property’s plumbing. He didn’t mention it at all, we are 100% sure the bathroom door was closed properly when we were using it. I would not recommend this property until these issues are resolved.

• Andrea (10/5): Great views! - Great place, great location, beautiful views, and the owners were incredibly helpful! At the top of a hill, hence the amazing views, so you will definitely want a vehicle!!

• Pamela (9/5): Spectacular views and location, comfortable spacious house at good value for money. - Spectacular views and convenient location. We are a family of 5 and the house felt spacious. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were nice and well appointed and looked like they have been renovated recently. We had trouble checking in as the lock box with the key inside was broken/stuck but the staff were very responsive and helpful and sent someone out to open it very quickly. The lock box was also replaced during our stay. Could do with some upgrade / updating in some areas. For example, some of the kitchen cupboards and drawers don’t open properly because they’re in need of repair, and some of the kitchen items should really be thrown out because they’re in such poor condition (pots/pans had black burn residue on them from not being previously cleaned properly and handles are loose and wobbly, knives are blunt and hard to use).

• Gus (9/5): Superb - Stunning views. Short drive to the city, very spacious and clean. There were delays with the provision of a cot. And I had to follow up for a refund related to a high chair that was never provided.

• Alaire (10/5): Amazing - It’s homely, the view was amazing. Perfect location to Queenstown town centre. Everything you needed was there from kitchen utensils and cutlery to tea, coffee sugar milk and oil. We had an issue with the tv turning off and on but someone came in the same day I called and fixed it. House was warm, modern, clean and the team that took our calls were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

• Petr (7/5): Beautiful place but since you can't use half the features, I think the price pn should be 20% less - Location amazing, kitchen equipment awesome! Well, no house guide so we were not able to use the main features of the house - outside gas fire place, or the electric awning was locked just for the owners, which resulted that you cannot sit outside morning on a sunny day, very sad one of the best features. We also didn't like that our baby stepped on a sharp piece of glass resulting in an bleeding injury. After that they sent cleaners to do vacuuming properly. There were lots of dust and bits of food around the kitchen area, which got vacuumed finally after the glass incident. Minor thing was that the sound system didn't work at all so you couldn't enjoy the movies/music as it was designed to.

• Nicholas (5/5): Adequate - Location and stunning views Arrived after a long drive at 1:30 am, and couldn’t open the front door, eventually found a back door left unlocked. Turns out the front door had been freshly painted and shut so jammed. Limited number of plates and bowls, cracked glasses, welcome pack not left. Downstairs bathroom lighting really poor almost taking shower in the dark, in the evenings! Lock not working on upstairs bathroom door. Very limited hot water for six adults, bath useless unless you have a spare day to watch if fill!

• Bianca (10/5): Really nice house with magical views! - The house is beautiful and we got the whole lake and mountains as our view. It also has two very comfy outdoor spaces. Love that it's complete with kitchen utensils and we only had to bring food to cook. It's not in the city center, but it has a dairy just a few blocks away where we bought supplies. It's a perfect place if you're looking to just stay indoors with family and friends. The rubbish bins downstairs were full during our stay. Not a major issue but we were concerned when we left the property because we couldn't properly chuck in our rubbish as the bin was already full when we got there.

• Heather (9/5): A fantastic property, well presented and extras provided were much appreciated. View was stunning!! - Breakfast and nibbles supplied were great. View was fantastic. Walking to/from town may be an issue for others due to distance and terrain, but was ok for us. Heating was good and this was supplemented by the opportunity to use the fireplace, which we did. These are only little things, fyi. The lighting in the main bedroom wasn't very good for reading in bed. There was no salt and pepper in the grinders. I've mentioned in prior communication that we ran out of kindling and one of the heaters was broken.
