- Aleksandra (10/5): Polecam bardzo do zatrzymania się na jedną noc i do dłuższego pobytu - Obiekt bardzo klimatyczny, Pani Agnieszka jest bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Dodatkowo przyjechaliśmy o 23:00 zmęczeni a zaproponowano nam ciepły posiłek przygotowany specjalnie dla nas. W nocy było już chłodno więc pokój został nagrzany przed naszym przyjazdem. Same plusy w tym hotelu Wszystko było absolutnie super, jedynie do śniadania, które jest robione wyśmienicie mogłyby leżeć warzywa aby sobie samemu dobrać i skomponować np. Kanapkę 🙂

- Adelaida (10/5): Warm and welcoming stay - The staff was great and we felt welcomed from the very beginning. The room was beautiful and comfortable enough for three (family). The facilities are in good shape, the pool area is large enough to share with other guests. Breakfast is classic Italian (full of biscuits haha) but with savory options as well. From here it's easy to visit other beautiful towns by car.

Excellent location and very easy to find. Also, there are many places to explore nearby by car. The rooms, pool area and gardens are immaculate! Attention to detail which adds to creating an unforgettable stay. Staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. My sister and I look forward to returning to this exceptional property. - Cassandra (9/5): Great peaceful family friendly getaway near historical sights. - A freshly renovated property situated across from a vineyard. Wonderful hosts, beautiful property and peaceful. Easy check-in with person on-site. Would have given it a 10 if the pool was open. They were just putting on final touches to the renovated pool and area. They have a little restaurant where you can have a few meal options. That were reasonably priced. It is relatively remote not certain if there is public transportation. We had a car and short drive to great sights and towns. Nothing. It was a wonderful stay.

It was an amazing place - the staff was superfriendly and the kitchen even waited for us since we arrived late. The food was great and the rooms cosy - the preheated the room since we stayed in January and it was pretty cold. Breakfast was great. The facility is beautiful and I would love to come back in summer to enjoy the cosy places outside and the pool. Thanks for a great stay

- Laura (9/5): Would recommend for anyone wanting to relax in Tuscany - Beautifully renovated, in a small town on a hill among vineyards. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, especially during late spring, summer and early autumn, when the vineyards are green and you can also use the outdoor pool. Soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better. We booked 2 rooms and the couple staying in one of them was awakened at 7am by other people staying at the property.

- Nello (10/5): Oltre le mie aspettative...ci torneremo - Dal momento della prenotazione ho avuto il massimo supporto da parte della struttura. Volevo organizzare una sorpresa speciale per una proposta di matrimonio e dalla struttura ho ricevuto l'aiuto necessario per creare il momento speciale come lo avevo immaginato. La stanza è davvero comoda e spaziosa e abbiamo trovato la migliore accoglienza per il nostro cucciolo da quando viaggiamo con lui. La colazione e la cucina sono ottimi.

There is no kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There is only top douch in the shower. It's not convenient when you want to avoid wetting your hair. The wifi is very very weak in the room. We could not use it. It's nice to have a desk in the room, but there's no electricity socket nearby to use a laptop.

Hotel bardzo klimatyczny, z dużym ogrodem i basenem (w październiku już nieczynny), w budynku z 1915 roku. Pracuje tu przesympatyczna Pani Agnieszka, która jest bardzo pomocna i komunikatywna. Całe pozytywne wrażenie legło w gruzy przy śniadaniu. Wybieram zawsze hotele z opcją śniadania i niekoniecznie w stylu włoskim. Ciastko to zjem chętnie do kawy po śniadaniu, a nie zamiast. Tu miało być śniadanie urozmaicone, ale …. Przyszliśmy po 8 już jako ostatni goście i zostały tylko rożki i ciasto. Ponoć była wędlina, jajka, ser, chlebek. Na prośbę o uzupełnienie usłyszeliśmy, że się skończyło. No cóż. Sytuacja dziwna i zaskakująca. Szkoda, bo śniadanie jest jednym z najważniejszych elementów pobytu. To śniadanie wieńczy pobyt w hotelu. Szkoda, że nie było rano Pani Agnieszki. Obiecałem polecać ich usługi, wrócić, ale jakoś czar prysł.

- Julia (8/5): Very lovely people. Delicious breakfast. Not much to do on the property if the pool is not open - Beautiful setting. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was tiny. Also we were there in the middle of the afternoon on a hot day. Hoping to sit by the pool as that is really the only thing to do. For some reason the pool was closed and they would not open it. Very disappointing as we with friends at other hotels in area and their pools were open. Seemed like they just did not want to go to the trouble of opening it.

- Benny (7/5): - Op zich was het een goede accommodatie. Alleen bij het inchecken was het duidelijk dat het personeel niet zo goed Engels of Frans sprak. Daardoor verliep de incheckprocedure niet zo vlot, en kregen we geen enkele uitleg of toelichting. Via een kaartje kon je meer informatie opvragen, maar toen we dat probeerden, kreeg ik een e-mail terug met de melding dat we beter aan de balie konden informeren. Verder kan ik niets negatiefs zeggen: het zwembad was mooi en er stonden comfortabele ligstoelen. Ook het ontbijt was erg goed. Pas na enkele dagen kwamen we tijdens het ontbijt in contact met de eigenares. Zij sprak wel Engels en was bovendien erg vriendelijk.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel’s restaurant was truly outstanding. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special highlight was when my brother-in-law asked if they had soup (which wasn’t even on the menu), and the chef went above and beyond to prepare one just for him. He said it was the best soup he’s ever had, and he’s a soup lover who orders it everywhere!
- serenah601 (8/5): Beautiful Villa in Umbria. - This Villa is beautifully restored with gorgeous grounds. We stayed in Room 7- a very large suite at the very top floor (with several steep stone steps). The room was immaculate and the bed and pillows very comfortable . We loved all the extra room (2 rooms). The surrounding area is beautiful for driving but not much else in the small town. The breakfast had a very good variety with sweet and savoury. The on site restaurant was closed for dinner the night we were there but had great reviews. We would recommend as an excellent place to stay on your way through Umbria. Staff were very friendly and accomodating!

- Adamo (10/5): - Struttura accogliente posizionata all’uscita dell’autostrada di Fabro in posizione tranquilla. Ideale per una sosta durante un viaggio di lavoro ma anche come soggiorno con famiglia. Ottima la qualità delle pietanze servite al ristorante mentre é eccezionale la disponibilità di tutto lo staff interno.

Le petit déjeuner, le lard très bon ainsi que les biscuits et gâteaux fait maison. L’infrastructure champêtre et cosy Les chambres sont très belles, chaleureuses et propres. Petit frigo dans la chambre avec eau plate et pétillante offerte. Petite cave à vin Petit bémol, pas accès direct sur la route, faut un peu chercher. Sinon rien à dire

- Martina (10/5): Il posto ideale per rigenerarsi - Gli ambienti esterni sono stupendi e ricchi di comfort e silenzio. La posizione è comodissima, vicina a tanti centri da visitare e ristoranti eccellenti. Lo staff è gentilissimo e le camere pulite e luminose. Sono stata solo una notte ma sono riuscita a rilassarmi.

- Alessandra (6/5): Short stay at Casale Serena - It’s very nice (location, swimming pool, garden, rooms) Dinner was passable. When we booked, we requested a cot which we were told we were getting “for free”. When we got there, there was no cot and the host (with whom we only spoke on the phone) said that previous guests had broken it. He kept saying “I can give it to you anyway, but it’s broken”. Then, luckily, one the of the cleaning ladies helped us and retrieve maybe a different cot (?) which we could use. I’m aware these things can happen, but I would have appreciated a warning, instead of getting there and be in that situation. Also, it sounded like the host wanted to avoid any responsibility by saying that he didn’t charge us for the cot (hence implying we shouldn’t have expected to get it??). Body was and shampoo are provided but the labels on the containers say “dish soap” so we didn’t use them. Then the staff told us it was a mistake and they were indeed body wash and shampoo. Couldn’t they tell us earlier so we could have used them??

- Romana (10/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge oder einen Zwischenstop zur Weiterreise. Die gesamte Anlage inkl Poolbereich ist top gepflegt und mit vielen Details liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend besonders Naschkatzen werden eine große Auswahl frischer selbstgemachter Köstlichkeiten finden. Ebenfalls groß ist die Auswahl an Glutenfreien Produkten. Das Abendessen wird frisch gekocht und zeichnet sich durch typische regionale Speisen aus. Für den Aperitv bieten sich der Bereich am Pool als auch überdachte gemütliche Loungeecken an.

- Gianfranco (10/5): Posto bellissimo ed accoglienza straordinaria. - La struttura e' nuova, le camere accoglienti e curate nei dettagli. Pulizia perfetta. Piscina grande, molto comode le sdraio è più in generale tutta l'area all'esterno, compreso il ristorante, è veramente piacevole e ben curata. La vera differenza però la fa l'accoglienza. Io viaggio molto e non ho mai trovato un'accoglienza così. Il proprietario molto socievole senza essere invadente, tutta la ristorazione ottima e a prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli. L'aperitivo all'aperto ci è stato offerto. Direi che questa struttura è super consigliata per chiunque passi da queste parti oppure voglia rilassarsi un paio di giorni in un ambiente molto bello in un territorio altrettanto bello.
