Guest Reviews
- Mark (5/5): Nice place that needs updating. - Location is great. Easy access to everything, including great bus transportation to and from the hill. Unit was old. Poor temperature control in the room. Even with AC running never got below 80°.
- Michael (8/5): This was the perfect location for my weekend of skiing!!! - What a terrific property!! I was able to check in early, the location made meals and mountain access easy as well. I couldn’t have had a nicer stay. Thank you!!! The kitchen could use some attention. The bedroom was hot (AND there were instructions on how to mitigate that which I noticed after the first night, totally on me).
- Dianne (7/5): Clean, interesting building. - No staff.
- James (5/5): Too hot - Location The heat in the apartment was oppressive. Asked maintenance turn off the heat. Which they said they did. But that didn’t help much. Had to open window and then froze from the cold air in the middle of the night. Every night. They have fans in there. And an air conditioner? Which we had on. I guess that’s why they have them. They were very loud. Why can’t they regulate the temperature properly??
- Marcia (10/5): Best location on Main Street!! - We love the location and the comfy lobby/living room! Some things could use some updating.
- Mark (8/5): - Place is looking a little dated. Bed was kinda lumpy. It reminds me of those out-of-town people that just try to get all they can out of a place and do the minimum without concern for their guests. Oh yeah, you have to take out their garbage too.
- Jeff (10/5): - Great place to stay. Bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen. Safe. In middle of historic district and the very good Bancock Thai restaurant is in the same building
- Gillian (10/5): Thumbs up! - Charming, unique, quiet, close to everything, affordable, great Thai restaurant downstairs, spacious apartmen with comfy sofa, decent size kitchen and separate bedroom, has access to washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Definitely would return.
- Fernandez (9/5): GREAT stay for PARK CITY!!!! - It was PRIME LOCATION for all of our girl weekend events. The hotel was walking distance to all of our pre booked reservations and felt very safe as well. I was surprised to see that it was more of an apartment then just a hotel room so felt like a little, comfy home. I highly recommend it! It is very hard to pick something I didn't like but if I had to provide a con it would be that the receptionist lobby area does have an early closing time so make sure you check-in before they leave for the day. They were exceptional at reaching out and giving me heads up on that time. Just be mindful.
- Jessica (1/5): Do not stay at this place - They lied on the profile about parking said it was free parking My wife has a broken foot parking was way too far away and it cost more than it stayed at this place for parking so we did not end up staying there and they still charged us for the two days
- tina (10/5): -

- Ethanllsn (10/5): Park City - The Park Hotel Condo was breathtaking. We were greeted with a friendly face and it was a weird but comfortable place. Small businesses line the basement and the main floor. Guests get hard keys that grant access throughout the building. The rooms were well kept, middle of summer is hot and there was only one AC unit. Sadly the spa was closed for remodel and the fitness center was just cardio equipment. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. there is not parking at the condo. You have to park one street over but it is free
- gailm26 (4/5): Great location, dated units and no hotel parking - It’s a great location in Park City to be in the downtown area. The condos have full kitchens, a living room and separate bathroom. The are very dated and worn, but a refurbishment is supposed to occur in 2026. During weekends, it can be crowded, busy and loud so room location matters. The insulation is poor from street noise which I hope improves with the refurbishment. Our unit didn’t feel well cleaned either with hair, not ours, on the bathtub chain, stains on the bedcover (which they replaced) and some plastic item under the bathroom vanity. Also, ask ahead of time on parking as there isn’t hotel parking so it can add cost to staying there. I will say Chantel, the front office person, was very helpful and pleasant in helping us.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (8/5): Can walk to lift and right in the middle of all the shops, restaurants, and bars - Location is fabulous No spa
- Adrian (10/5): Great Value & Excellent Location - Excellent location if you wish to be right in downtown PC. Great value for Presidents Day weekend. The fixtures and amenities in the unit are pretty old but everything was super clean and in good working order. Also, I have to shout out Chantal at the front desk who really went the extra mile with communication and helpful suggestions.
- Katie (10/5): Come for the old world charm. Stay for the warm and inviting company. - The Park hotel seamlessly combines old world Elegance and New world comforts. The brass door knobs and beautiful sconces coupled with modern amenities makes the park unique and a tremendous value. What really sets the park apart are the good people who serve and run the building. Come for the old world charm. Stay for the warm and inviting company. I would have loved to have a stool in the bathroom to get out of the tub.
- Helen (7/5): Location was best part of stay; knew it would be old; wasn’t expecting to be so hot, hard to sleep - NA Way too hot, oven not working
- Glenn (10/5): Close to shops and restaurants. - Great location. The shower was in an old claw footed tub. Not much room. Also no parking.
- Kay (5/5): I would not recommend staying at this hotel - Within walking distance of restaurants and other activities The front desk clerk was useless. Couldn’t answer any of my questions. Acted like she just walked in off the street. WiFi password didn’t work no matter how many times I tried. Facility advertised hot tub but was told it was not working. I arrived late in the evening and the lobby was closed. I called phone number on front door and was directed on how to access my room key from locked box. I asked about parking and was told “ look at the map”. The map was not user friendly and difficult to read. I drove around for awhile in the dark and finally found a place to park. Customer service was nonexistent!
- James (10/5): Great charming place in phenomenal location - Really charming hotel... much more spacious than expected. Furniture and appliances were a little dated but it actually kinda adds to the "ski condo" vibe.
My floor had a community lounge area with board games, books and a fireplace.
Cannot beat the location. Staff was super friendly. Price was great.
Overall a phenomenal value and it's nice to know that there are still places in Park City that are affordable.
- RGtravelfun (8/5): Main Street In Park City - This is a very nice resort directly on Main Street in Park City. It is an historic building and has the quaintness of an older building. It is in the middle of all the fun of Park City and the nightlife there. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Be aware the bath/shower is a claw foot tub, which is nice, but does require a large step in and out. The kitchen is adequate with a stove top, oven, microwave and fridge. We went for a late summer trip at the end of August and although they lacked central A/C there was a small A/C unit in the bedroom which kept it comfortable. We liked to open the windows in the evening/night which was very enjoyable. Overall very nice resort. One other note - there is no onsite parking. We found that we could park in a parking garage about 3 blocks away for a daily fee.
- Natalia (7/5): Decent place on Main Street - Great location. Free guest laundry. Outdated. There is no parking on site.
- Y712EVcarlam (6/5): Parking??? - Don't believe anything they say about parking, one person you talk to says you can reserve parking (linited number) and then when you arrive you are told no parking for 3 years. The free parking in the city have signs that say 24 hours max parking except between 4-7am, apparently that is for when it snows, no where on the sign does that say that.
Before sitting in the chairs check the legs, I had to hand tighten the legs.
Cute claw foot tub but no bar to hold onto to get in & out, it is a high tub. If worry about falling getting in & out, you won't be able to get clean.
- Randall (8/5): Very good - Beautiful very old feel The parking
- Stephanie (10/5): Nice place, will stay again - Convenient A little warm
- Ed (9/5): If you want to stay on Main Street this place is hard to beat at the price - Spacious, clean, well equipped There is no parking. Free 24hr parking at top of Main but a long walk
- Roland (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (6/5): - Upon arriving, the unit was unbelievably hot. I found no reason why they couldn’t go in at checkin time and start the portable AC units to get the room cooled off a bit, they were registering at 85 degrees. They emailed us and said to call for parking instructions we followed them and still received a $150 parking violation while checking in. Parking is blocks away! I felt like they do have parking passes ( it was mentioned on door) but because we used Expedia we weren’t offered those. The room was very nice, older but clean and quaint, it matched the feel of old Main Street. The shower had great water pressure and drained well. It was a cute claw foot tub. Kitchen appliances are very old but clean. The dishes in cabinet were on mats that need to be replaced they were leaving sticky residue on the glass rims. I loved the idea of being able to see out the windows onto Main Street but they were sooooo dirty you couldn’t see through them. All in all it was cute and fun being in Main Street but very inconvenient due to parking.
- Marnell (10/5): We will definitely stay here again - We loved the old school feel and look of this place. Perfect location as well. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!
- Natalia (8/5): Apartment on Main Street - Great location. Has all necessary amenities. Free guest laundry is a huge plus. The staff is very nice and helpful. Needs updating. The place is quite old, furniture and appliances are worn out.
- Cody (6/5): - It was okay. The location is fantastic and the building is charming but the shower was pretty much useless due to low water pressure and temperature fluctuations.
- Patrick (6/5): - Wish we would have known the Town Lift was closed and wish we would have known the AC didn't work and that there was a major construction project underway in front of the building.
- Becky (8/5): Great value. - We went to Park City to go skiing. The location is perfect. Two blocks from the Town lift and in the middle of downtown. The property is old and dated and there was construction going on in front. Parking is 2 blocks away.
But for the price we paid per night, it was well worth it. I would stay here again.
- Richard (10/5): - Super clean and close to town chair
- Craig (8/5): Best Deal in Park City - I am looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Park City. My wife was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but can't wait to stay here again as well. The place is dated as people have said but it is clean and everything works and the staff was great and very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and water pressure were great. You can't beat the price for the location. It is right on Main St next to everything and a block and a half away from the ski lift. The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle in town makes it very easy without a car.
- Kristen Alexandra (8/5): - The property was exactly what we were looking for, the location was amazing and it was clean and safe and adorable. We will return to the park Hotel in the future!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Long weekend away - Hi. We absolutely love the location on Main St! The beds were comfortable and the space was great. The bathroom needs to be updated to a new shower/tub and the water temperature and pressure needs to be improved. Using physical keys for the elevator and room was a new experience for my 12 year old son. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the hotel, it just needs to be updated pretty significantly. The room also shook from equipment (HVAC?) outside our 5th floor window.
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Lawrence (10/5): - Our apartment was on the fifth floor and easily accessible by an elevator. It was spacious, comfortable and contained all facilities we required. The property is conveniently located in Main Street and an easy walk to the Town Ski Lift. We were very pleased with our stay in the apartment.
- Heather (5/5): You are paying for the location on Main Street. - The location on Main Street was very convenient. Free guest laundry was an added bonus. The bed was comfortable. The individual at check in was friendly and helpful. Very outdated inside including appliances. Took 20 minutes of running the water in the shower to get hot water and there was a lot of air in the pipes so the water pressure was not consistent. Not as clean as I would expect. Dried food on lower cabinet in kitchen. No parking on site. We used the free parking lots (summer only) located about a 10 minute walk away.
- momjammons (10/5): A wonderful summer stay in the Park Hotel in Park City, Utah. - what a quant little place to stay with lots of history and sites to explore.
Lots of fine places to eat just steps away. Travel to and from Salt Lake City was very easy and all roads lead to great venues and vistas.
- Elvio (6/5): - Last couple day without hot water
No parking
No parking over night
- Sean (4/5): Disappointing -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (2/5): - First, you can't call this a hotel. There's no room by room control of temperature. You can't turn the heat off and A/C is via a faux A/C unit that is loud and totally not up to the job. The hotels suggestion? Turn on the fans and open the windows. Seriously I have a picture of the notice explaining this placed on the refrigerator. Motel 6 delivers a more comfortable experience (and they'll leave the light on for you).
Second, I was made aware of my having to move units mid-week when I picked up the key. Are you kidding me? If I knew this was a possibility when booking I would have reconsidered staying here. As it turns out I was initially on the back of the hotel which was quiet. I was moved to the street side meaning when I opened the windows (at managements suggestion) I was treated to the Main Street noise which didn't stop until the bar hoppers filed out at 2AM. As you can guess, they were quite boisterous.
Amenities? The hot tub, still advertised on the website was broken and desk staff indicated it might never be fixed/replaced. How hard is it to delete/amend this from the website?
I left two days early and fortunately realized a 400.00 dollar credit from rescheduling my airfare. Bottom line, this place is a DUMP. It's better suited as a museum.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Lively, old-school. Confusing management - Charming, old-fashioned hotel looked like it was out of a 1960s detective movie, but had all the comforts. Rather noisy at night-- but I can't blame them as it was during the Sundance Film Festival. Woman at the front desk was a little nasty and gave confusing instructions. First promised me a welcome basket (tea and coffee) then said only for owners, Made us move rooms without explanation between nights so I had to pack up and get out early. Then next day, gave big hassle about staying a few minutes past 10 am checkout, even though maid said it was fine to stay until 10:30 since next guest wasn't coming until 5.
- Felipe (8/5): - Right in the high street not far from the town lift. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping
- Keith (10/5): - Park Hotel is on the beautiful Main St of Park City. So you are close to shops restaurants and 2 min walk to Town Lift. The drawback is the same because you are on Main St you hear everything and its noisy until about 10pm. Its an older place but well kept. I enjoyed the fireplace atrium area that is in the common space on 3rd floor. I was able to set up my computer and work without disturbing my sleeping kids. It had a decorated christmas tree and stocking hanging by the fire.
- Arijana17 (6/5): Cute hotel - The hotel itself is in great location and near all the coffee shops, restaurants and local shops. We had an old decorated room but worked well for us. The only downside is they have no parking lot. We were given where to park but spent over an hour finding parking that wasn’t too expensive. We did come on Saturday during an event so finding parking was hard. Yes, you have to pay for parking in Park City. The hot tub wasn’t available but we weren’t told why it wasn’t. Other than that we had a great stay!
- jimj256 (10/5): Great Fall Break at the Park Hotel - Our family stayed at the Park Hotel for a week for fall break and loved it. The location was great and the hotel attendants were super nice and helpful. It is a historic hotel so it was dated but the rooms were big and the place was clean. My kids liked hanging out by the fireplace in the common area that are on each floor too.
- Krista (6/5): Okay stay - The windows don’t open. There was no air flow in the room besides a very noisy loud fan that had a hose outside the window. I understand why you don’t want the windows to open completely, but clean mountain air is needed. Parking sucked. Offer parking as part of the rental. I am sure owners have it.
- Julie89015 (10/5): Great location - Parking was very difficult as the property is right on Main Street with no parking. Otherwise location was fabulous as was the fron office staff. Room was a little dated but clean. Claw foot tub needs to go or they need to attach handles to the wall. I tumbled out of it the first morning.
- steve (2/5): - i would like to request a full refund as upon inspection i did not stay at this facility. i notified the front desk staff and returned keys , they related that upon notification expedia would contact them .. the reason i did not stay was that the room and the bedding was either dirty ir soiled
- rc5695 (8/5): Neat historic stay - Very old place, but also very well maintained. Excellent location right in the middle of old downtown with convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is the only con, but acceptable.
- Paula (4/5): Room F- Location A+ - STAY AWAY!
The boiler keeps the rooms over 78 degrees, even with all the windows wide open and it was snowing outside. We checked out one day early because of the insane temp of the room. NO REFUND and the The hotel staff knows that this has been an ongoing problem for years. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel admitted this is an ongoing problem to us... but they do not care. This heat problem should be fully disclosed prior to anyone booking a room. But NO!
Do not stay here... go somewhere else.. ANYWHERE!
- 539laraz (10/5): Great Location - This is a great condo right on Main Street. You are 2 blocks from the central transit station for easy access to the free PC bus to get to all of the mountains. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was a little noisy at night, which was expected being in the center of all of the activity.
- Christie M. (10/5): Fun time - We spend everyday Snowboarding & the place was perfect to the lift.
- Alexander (6/5): - The hot tub was cracked and did not work.
- greg (10/5): - Room was super clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and more spacious than expected. Perfect place to stay if you want to walk to the slopes and restaurants
- Robert (10/5): Nice and affordable - Compared to other places as conveniently located, this was affordable and overall a nice place to stay. It is a few blocks walk to the town lift so very convenient for skiers. Our room was a one-bedroom condo that was spacious and comfortable. Heat rises well in the building and we had to have windows open and use the unit's AC to keep the room comfortable with outside temps around 30 F. There is a fair amount of noise from Main Street that comes in, even with the windows closed. Some aspects of the decor are purposely old to give it the feel of a hotel from the 1940s; a few things, like the kitchen appliances, are just dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- Candice (8/5): - Room view of Main St, amazing. Location to lift amazing .
- annie (6/5): - We were looking forward to using the advertised hot tub with photos after skiing and no where on their website or during the booking process was it disclosed that it was closed because of covid. At check in we were told that the hot tub had been closed since the beginning of covid. Very disappointing! and misleading! Sincerely, Craig Brown Lake George, NY
- Scott (8/5): - Located perfectly in Old Town Park City.
- jayperez30 (8/5): Great location, but alley view for RCI customers! - You can't beat the location. We were placed on the 3rd floor. During the weekend, there was nobody else on our floor and only saw the elevator go past our floor once. Yet, we had the worst view, the alley, especially when there was a front facing unit that they could have moved us too. Also, when we walked in, we almost passed out from the heat! The staff had the unit so hot, it was totally unbearable and we had to open all the windows and turn the A C on in November!
- angela (10/5): - This property is right on Main Street and you can walk everywhere and there is plenty of space in the condo . The only negative thing I can say is there is no parking available at the condo, you have to park a few blocks away and walk .
- John (2/5): - I’ll be honest, I’ve never left a bad review in my life. This place was HORRIBLE! Parking…heating/cooling…TV…internet…dirty pillow cases…uncomfortable bed(s).
- teresa (10/5): On Park City’s Main Street - Vintage motel with a great location right on Main Street. The room was spacious and very clean. The only negative is that we had to park a couple of blocks away from the property.
- kelliott75 (10/5): Great Place to stay! - You need to appreciate that this is a historic property- not new. It had nice size rooms and was right on Main Street where all of the action is. We were just a short drive from the airport and many other activities.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent location. Enjoyed our stay.
- TerryBritt (10/5): Park Hotel - Good location...large unit...right on Main Street, so very convenient to shops and restaurants... the town lift was 1-1/2 blocks, so an easy walk-in the morning and at the end of the day...parking was an additional charge for garage space, but not an issue for us..anyone familiar with Park City knows that parking is at a premium, so it was great having the car parked in a garage, even though it was about two blocks away...we really only took the car out a few times to get groceries..
- Verified traveler (4/5): Dirty, and poor service - Sofa bed wasnt made which we called fay before to ask for it and they replied “it is always made and ready”. Parking wasnt free as advertised and kitchen and bathroom was dirty. Also super ugly bathroom
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Condo was out of date but clean and comfortable. Carpet and bathroom tile could use a new layer. The tub was less then expected with poor water pressure, really small tub and really hard to step in and out of, I’m younger and was concerned I would get hurt. But the location is EVERYTHING! Right in town by the town ski lift which made it VERY convenient!
- 791aubreyg (6/5): Old Town Park City - This is in great location in old town area of Park City. Our unit was somewhat dated and the WiFi reception is very poor to almost nonexistent. The great thing is you can take a city bus anywhere in town for free.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This condo was right on Main Street so near dining, shops, and Towne lift, so very convenient. This allowed us to not need a car rental. It is an old property so don’t expect high end bathrooms or kitchen. Although for the price and location, we were very pleased
- joseb749 (10/5): Very good accomodation - Very satisfied with this trip, the hotel is right in the middle of Main street with access to all the actions. The unit is not very new but very comfortable and clean and cosy. A 5 minute walk to the Transit Hub where you can get a free bus ride to all the major ski resorts and grocery stores too. No need to rent a car which is good because parking is tough.
- Paul (10/5): - Very centrally located hotel on Main street near numerous restaurants. Bus stop to resorts is about 1.5 blocks easy walk, as is the town chairlift to PC Mountain (both in same spot.) When the chair is running you can get skiing by just riding the chair. If you drove, parking would be an issue but you do not need a car in Park City. The bus service is free and well run.
- BeY0ung (10/5): Great location - I try to get to the Park Hotel at least once a year. The units are well maintained. I love the Old Town of Park City, and the hotel is in the heart of things. It is a block from the trolley center and the ski lifts, and wonderful restaurants abound.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Cute Little Hotel - Such an adorable hotel. Extremely clean with friendly staff. Very quiet and cozy. I wish their check out time was 11 (because 10 is a little early), but other than that, this place was amazing. It was great to be located right on Main Street, and you can’t beat the price! We can’t wait to go back!
- Bedjobb (4/5): Outdated - Great location, excellent employees, but extremely outdated resort, common areas and unit. We as a family don't spent lots of time in resort, we are always out and about. We are usually look for location for vacation, five star resort is nice, but we can be satisfied with basics. This resort didn't meet our standards. I will say it one more time, resort is extremely outdated
- Spark (8/5): - I loved the location of Park hotel right on main street. The only thing is that it is a little noisy at night and lights outside the windows too bright for me. If they changed the window dressing to better blinds or curtains it would be better. The hotel is old but charming and I loved my condo. Old fixtures and fittings. The bathroom floor looked dirty but I think just needs replacing. I would stay here again but it needs some updating.
- pepe f. (8/5): Nice place close to lifts. I would recommend it for 2-4 people - Easy in and out. Great location
- cindy d. (10/5): Main Street Charm - This is the best kept secret. The location is fabulous. It's right in the middle of Main Street and only a few blocks up from Town Lift (easy walk in Ski Boots). It's not been updated, but the furnishing remind me of being in an old western town... perfect. The closet space was really nice and I loved the old fashioned bath tub after a long day of skiing. The staff was super nice. After I checked out in the morning, they let me keep my suitcases in the lobby while I skied, and they let me use the showers and fitness room to change before I headed to the airport. I will definitely come back again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Roomy and fine for price - Roomy and comfortable! Good location (3 blocks to Town Lift.) Full kitchen (w worst knives ever.) Free laundry! Street noise pretty loud when bars closed. Horrible hot tub in basement w some ants hanging around.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Liked: close to ski lifts and restaurants
Did not like: old dated run down uncomfortable accommodations.
- Q2343KPkelly (6/5): Great location - unit is very tired and old - If you want something on Main St. and walkable to the town lift - this is the only reason to select this property. Although it was clean, the bed and sofa were very old, saggy, and uncomfortable. I'm used to having a simple coffee service and that wasn't provided. Since the location has no "walk-able" grocery store, you need to either bring a few provisions with you or plan to get that before the week gets started. We don't use the kitchen except for morning coffee and storing a few items in the fridge.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Love being on Main Street.
Love the cozy and warm atmosphere.
The front desk girls are the best! Love them!
- krdental (2/5): Park Hotel - Park City Utah - This place is a dump! Even though we own unit 401, we never go there again. Nothing has been updated in decades and the upholstery and floors are filthy. Bathroom was filthy and the toilet sprayed our faces every time it was flushed - the bathtub was chipped and falling apart. I would never recommend this place to another person looking to stay there!
- bstahlnecker33 (8/5): Enjoyable Family Vacation - Very good location. A bit aged, but overall, nice for a family of 4. Parking around Park City is somewhat challenging, but we made it work with a few different parking areas. We did not use hotel parking.
- Amer (8/5): awesome location in the middle of town - The location in the middle of the old town was awesome, you can walk up and down the street and see all the shops and restaurants. I didn't see many other hotels that had as good a location. On Sunday there was a street fair just blocks from the hotel so after we checked out we were able to leave the car where it was and see it.
This being July, the room was warm but we opened the windows fully right when we got there and left them open for the duration of our stay so it was fine.
We went on the nearby Mirror Lake scenic byway, it was incredibly beautiful with lots of lakes, hiking trails and picnic sites plus a 10,000 foot mountain pass which still had a little snow on it in late July.
My main gripe was the parking, which I blame mostly on Park City itself, not the hotel. There are only 2 lots in the whole area that you can park in overnight and they are confusing at first to find even with maps and GPS but once you find them the first time its ok.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location was great. Office did not open at scheduled time.
Overall enjoyed our stay.
- Brian (6/5): - Tight accommodations for 4 (2 adults + 2 teenagers), but great location in downtown Park City, steps away from ski slope, shopping and restaurants.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room is so unbearably hot, even with the heat off. Management just says this is because the building is old. I immediately called Expedia at checkin to ask for a new hotel. Expedia could not reach them, even on their emergency line. Sleeping with the windows open did alleviate some of this heat.. unfortunately this building is above a number of bars, so drunk people are screaming into your bedroom until 1am. You then get an early morning wake up call from the snowplows and garbage trucks in the alley. “Fitness center” I won’t even go into.. just no. Could not PAY me to stay here again.
- Jim (6/5): Poor value - The furniture was old, sagging and not comfortable. The space was so warm that sleeping was difficult, even with the heating turned off and windows opened, according to staff because of nature of building heating system. Printed instructions on parking were inaccurate or misleading, causing great frustration. An issue as there was no on site parking. Poor WiFi strength such that not really usable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice older hotel right on Main Street. About 3 blocks from the Town Lift. Check in was easy, the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, there is no parking for this hotel. You have to find parking off sight which can be a pain. But, truthfully, you don’t even need a vehicle in Park City - the public transportation is excellent. The rooms in this hotel are HUGE. Very clean and the bed is comfy. There is a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Nice bathroom and separate dressing room. There wasn’t much pressure in the shower and it didn’t really get very hot, but it got the job done. There is a Chinese restaurant in the basement. The location of this hotel is perfect - close to ski lift and right in the middle of town. I would definitely stay here again!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The location was excellent; hard to beat. But the condo and building could use a major overhaul. Also, housekeeping is lacking. Not only did they not change our towels once in the 7 days we were there, they did not even replenish our toilet paper. We had to ask for more toilet paper a couple of times ourselves.
- francis (10/5): - I have been coming to the Park Hotel for years. The place and location are perfect. The only thng I would change is that it gets a little hot. Other than that, I love it.
