- Samantha (10/5): Top Notch Pub with rooms - Rooms.were beautiful. Staff were exceptional. Bed was very comfortable and the food was top notch. Leaving
- miranda (10/5): Fantastic hotel and staff. Great breakfast as well. Will come again - Stunning hotel, wonderful service with a special mention for Eve who looked after us beautifully. Hotel really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches for our stay in the family room. Us and our two young children
- Alun (9/5): -
- Jeff (10/5): Excellent - Great place o stay. Room was amazing. Staff very friendly. Portion size of main course
- Tom & Cathy (10/5): Great stay - Had parking off the street. Nice Inn, great food - Chicken schnitzel outstanding. Bed comfortable.
- William (7/5): - Staff friendly. Location ideal for the races. No lifts or disabled access. Stairs to the rooms only
- Michael (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Medeja. (9/5): - Comfortable room, kind stuff, good restaurant for dinner, great breakfast, enough parking spaces A little noisy because we had a window on a main street
- Sally (10/5): - I loved everything about the Pembroke Arms. I am already looking for an excuse to come back.
- emma (10/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): - Bespoke high quality rooms.

- Michelle (10/5): A special place to stay - A thriving, happy, upbeat young business, wth a relaxed, stylish, friendly vibe. Food and drinks all excellent, served in beautifully designed interiors which are informal and not stuffy or in the pizza / cocktail barn or lovely garden.
Attention to detail and comfort were superb. There are even neat little handles on toilet seats so you don't have to touch them, fresh cookies and own roast filter cofee etc in rooms and gorgeous bathroom products and massive walk in shower. Dogs allowed throughout and given rugs, bowlsn treats and a toy for their stay (they are charged for but at least get a v good service). Location opposite Wilton house in a georgian inn where d day was partly planned. Nothing
- Sarah (10/5): The Pembroke Arms is a gem! - From the moment we checked in until we left, we were met with fabulous, friendly service at the Pembroke Arms. Our room at the top of the building was bright, clean and comfortable, and quiet (despite overlooking the main road through Wilton).
The staff, without exception, were friendly and warm - one lovely touch was the delivery of freshly baked biscuits to our room soon after arriving back from a long morning walk around the beautiful Wilton estate and picturesque surrounding villages. The biscuits were a lovely accompaniment to the excellent tea and delicious fresh ground coffee provided in our room, along with fresh milk, a teapot and a cafetière. You won't find cheap nescafé or UHT milk cartons here. Everything is carefully sourced, fresh and delicious.
The bar area was cosy and welcoming, and our evening meal tasty and good value. Breakfasts were excellent too. We liked the cooked vegetarian options and healthy turmeric, ginger and lemon shots, all included in our B&B room rate.
It should be remembered that this is a pub with rooms, not a five star hotel. If you're looking for obsequious service, this may not be the place for you. But, if you looking to stay in a place that feels homely and warm, you won't go wrong here. I wouldn't say there was anything we disliked. Just remember, it is a beautiful old building, so do expect slightly noisier plumbing than you might get in a more modern establishment. A slightly wider selection of vegetarian options on the dinner menu would have been welcomed, but what was on offer was freshly cooked and tasty.

- Glennys (10/5): A taste of luxury - One night stay after exploring Salisbury. The hotel was situated a short distance away in Wilton. The hotel was warm and welcoming with lots of period features of a great 2 listed building. Breakfast was plentiful. I would say The Pembroke Arms gives value for excellent quality. Would highly recommend to family and friends

- Ali (10/5): -
- John (10/5): - Everything. Great location for everything we wanted to do, very welcoming and helpful, who managed both without being intrusive. Accommodation. Was very comfortable. Best cup of coffee I have had in a hotel ever had, anywhere. They even provided freshly made cookies, and if you like such things, a hot-water bottle! Breakfasts and dinner were all top notch with beautifully cooked and presented local food. Only possible drawback, if your stay is more than a night or two, was the lack of hanging space in the room. All in all, five well-earned stars all round!
- jessica (10/5): -
- neil (9/5): Great place to stay - Great place to stay. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional.n Nothing
- Tim (9/5): - Excellent room, very friendly staff. A personal note left in room, a very good touch. Food delicious. Would highly recommend. Nothing to dislike.
- Niels (8/5): Very nice, very English, with the loviest and welcoming staff! - Really nice location, very comfortable bedroom with a perfectly clean bathroom. Dinner was nice, the pizza's were excellent and breakfast very nice. They kept the kitchen open just for us, because we were delayed. I should have reported this when we were staying there, but we were a bit in a hurry; but the AC in the room made an irritating noise, not loud, but enoying enough to keep us awake. After turning it off, all was a lot better.
- laura (10/5): Fabulous truly amazing - Loved it
Service and staff are amazing ☘️ I wasn’t aware of anything
- Clive (10/5): Excellent - have already recommended it to friends. - Great location for visiting Salisbury and Stonehenge. Wonderful staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Really enjoyed their food and cocktails too. Overall - thoroughly recommend. Wifi in room didn’t work. Pump dispensers for soap and conditioner in showers didn’t work.

- Christopher (9/5): -
- Maxine (9/5): We had a wonderful stay thank you - Excellent breakfast and evening meal
- Charlotte (10/5): Highly recommend. We will certainly return. - Quality of decor, ambience and the welcome. Delicious food. Our bed in room 5 sunk in the middle and so we kept falling into the centre.
- Abbie (10/5): - Staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was unreal and they provided milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and even fresh cookies from the kitchen.
Lovely atmosphere, the rooms were clean and cosy Nothing bad to say, would highly recommend and would stay again
- Robert (10/5): better than I thought it would be as very good value -
- John (10/5): You won’t be disappointed - Loved everything about the place the atmosphere and design was amazing Nothing
- Bartlett (10/5): Gorgeous 😍 - Perfect romantic getaway
- Brent (10/5): - Great food. Professional staff. Very clean comfortable room nicely decorated with good style. .
Lovely little town with charming architecture.. would highly recommend It's expensive but it's value for money in these times. When did beer become £6.50 a pint. That's not their fault though
- Susan (10/5): The Pembroke Arms is beautiful, historic, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved it! - this inn is historic and has been renovated beautifully. Our rooms were very comfortable. We arrived later than we wanted, but were greeted and made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was exceptional. I wish we had been able to stay longer, and I would love to visit in summer, as they have lovely grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Honestly, there was nothing that we didn't like.

- Jobson (10/5): Great stay - Great staff, very comfortable
- andy (9/5): - Nice atmosphere, lovely staff. That feeling that nothing is too much trouble. Secondary double glazing meant that we couldn’t open the window. Got a bit stuffy.
- Carol (9/5): Good quality but expensive - Friendly and welcoming staff and a very comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. Some noise from other rooms, particularly when they were using the shower. Unfortunately the only room available was a triple room which was very expensive for one person.

- Len (10/5): This is The Place to stay in Salisbury. - Instant hot showers…. Amazing food, quality!!!!!Jane, Liv. Eve & Phoebe were so courteous.
- Max (8/5): It's a lovely place and the staff were as good as possible. Not really worth worth the money. Would we stay again? Y - People - without exception - friendly and professional. Breakfast very good. Room too small. Small bed but very little room to manoeuvre. Bathroom door hinges noisy (I need to get up several times during the night and the door woke my wife every time). The television tuned to serial killers channel and could not be changed. Apparently, they were grateful I mentioned it because they had forgotten to chase contractors and said they should have told us. They should.
- Chris (10/5): A delightful & relaxing place to escape for the weekend - The staff are lovely…such a natural & friendly rapport with all the hotel guests and the customers in the restaurant. You feel that you’re in friendly & familiar surroundings from the moment you walk in!
Little touches - 2 big cookies in the room, proper milk for the tea & coffee and a cafetière with real coffee. And the refurbished bathrooms - terrific!!
And a drink in the bar last thing - such a cosy place.
- Robin (9/5): Great overnight stop; comfortable rooms with good food, excellent staff - Well equipped and staff were faultless Nothing

- Manuel (9/5): Lovely weekend stay - The friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff was exceptional. Breakfast had a good selection of hot dishes and a small but good continental selection. The main restaurant is excellent and the service impeccable. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were somewhat small, but comfortable and had everything we needed.

- John (10/5): -
- Nicholas (10/5): - Fully lived up to expectations
- Lorraine (7/5): - Staff very welcoming and attentive. Food very good. Plenty of parking. The awkwardness of entry into our room, restricted because of the addition of the en-suite. Very narrrow access to the bed on one side. I wasn't able to see in the bathroom mirror - only a small mirror and placed too high for someone who is only just over 5 feet tall. Double aspect windows on a very busy road were very nice but offered no daylight privacy. Some voile curtains would have been helpful.
