• Derek (10/5): Amazing. My family absolutely loved it. It was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. - Beautiful sprawling foresty property. The unit was huge and really nice. Especially the great room in the main floor. Nice balcony. So spacious. Exceeded expectations Everything was great, but just as a heads up, the bathrooms aren’t the nicest of all time, and they are both on the bottom floor. They definitely work just fine, just don’t expect fancy modern bathrooms.

• mariaqo (10/5): Charming Resort with Kind Staff - We stayed here with our family over Easter weekend 2026 for our first visit to Lake Tahoe, and we absolutely fell in love—with Incline Village, the lake, and especially Club Tahoe Resort. Since it’s the slower season, the resort was quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Our unit was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—plenty of towels, kitchenware, and even logs. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my Apple Watch behind when we checked out and didn’t realize it until we were already an hour away. I called the resort and spoke with Sam and Alyssa. After confirming that my watch had been found, Alyssa kindly reassured me that they would mail it back to me. That’s what I call outstanding customer service. Both Sam and Alyssa were incredibly patient, helpful, and kind over the phone, and I truly appreciated their support. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

• Behishta (8/5): Good for relaxing in stinging away from crowd, it could be a little more cleaner and bring some good changes, but overal - No, no it’s no crowd. It was so calm. Good facilities. There should be more lights outside, specially around the grill area, pool and other facilities should be open at least till 12 AM. in addition, it could be more cleaner.

Dishwasher door does not stay shut until one needs to secure it shut when washing dishes, kitchen faucet handle loose, several stove electric burners turn off when used in high mode, bath tub with a crack only patched with some ugly yellow glue, towel holder came off when tried to hang towel and toilet paper holder not secured fell off wall, No service during stay for clean kitchen towels, no pick up for trash, only one remote for both tvs, when reported these items quote" we are short on staff, waiting from Spectrum for remotes, must take your own trash out" .VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
• jennifer (10/5): It was great! - Close to everything! Beds could be a little more comfortable, updated quilts, there weren’t directions on how to use the apps for the tv, and no one picked up at the front desk to ask.

On the property brochure it says they have condiments available upon request, we asked but were told that they do not and that it is a year old brochure. Beds could have been a little more comfortable.

• Carissa (10/5): Our unit was perfect for a weekend at the lake with family. - Unit was perfect for my family of 4. Welcome center was very clean and the location was convenient. Nothing!
• 511suzannec (8/5): Comfortable large room - The room was very large and comfortable. Great for a family and a long term stay. We also enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The location was convenient, although the building are very spread out so you could be very far from the lodge and pool. The drawback is that the rooms are trilevel, so there are many stairs.

• Rivas (9/5): It was a nice place for the family to stay and very reasonable price as well. - The location was great and the units had everything we could possibly need. I also liked that you could go to the office area and play pool and games. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me.

• Castellino (4/5): Don’t use the fireplace - Felt like home. Was able to get extra cookware. Enjoyed the clubhouse. On the last night, after using the fireplace with their flame logs for two nights, on the third night the flu somehow closed and smoked out the entire condo. I have a 12-year-old. There was no one to get a hold of at the front desk because it happened at 10:30 PM. We’ve stayed here before and this never happened, but it was so smoky that I had to send my child downstairs while the upstairs and the loft were ventilated. Definitely need to upgrade or take out the fireplaces and put an electric fireplaces for life safety precautions. I will report this to corporate and expect some kind of compensation. This was absolutely inexcusable.

Facilities are amazing with all the games for kids, sauna,gym (pool was closed for winter but we knew beforehand). Quiet and 5min walking distance to shops and restaurants. Units are dated. A simple makeover would be great. May be add another sofabed. Heating broke down 2nd night.

Close to so many places, we especially loved driving down to the golfing range 2 minutes away to go sledding. Going to come back every winter! Not baby friendly the way the stairs are but doesn’t claim to be so it’s totally fine

• Cazandra (9/5): Great place - Great location to where we needed to be. Very spacious with all the things you need. Wood burning fireplace and all the kitchen utensils and tools were great! The main bathroom for everyone is down on the bottom floor so if you're staying in the loft and have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night the spiral staircase is a little sketchy. There are also so many light switches!

• lolaz440 (10/5): Loved it! - Very big unit, with 3 floors. Kids loved it. Very quiet, surrounded by the beautiful trees. Jacuzzi was perfect for the cold nights. Great location. Would strongly recommend for everyone to stay here.
• stefen (9/5): A great value stay in Incline Village - A very large condo that can sleep up to 6 people. Two full bathrooms were also great! I used the gym and the sauna once and both were very nice. Didn't get a chance to play some pool, but the two tables looked good. The fireplace in the condo was also a nice bonus during the winter time. Overall, this was a great value for the money in Incline Village. I had visited there at least half a dozen times over the last 10 years and never came across this place, but I certainly will check it now in the future to see if they have availability. They don't offer recycling anymore, so glass and plastic goes right into the trash with everything else. The condo comes with one parking spot and otherwise the guest parking seems very limited.

• Catherine (10/5): Best place to stay in Tahoe! - Such great value for the price. It’s a whole 3 story condo, perfectly spacious for a family or two couples. The balcony was awesome and we loved the fireplace. The jacuzzi was also fantastic. Would definitely stay here every time I’m in Tahoe! Literally nothing.
• Janet (1/5): Make sure your booking is legit! - The place looked fantastic, pity we never got inside! We arrived at 4pm to find out that our booking didn't exist. It was explained that the previous management company had been fired and accommodation cancelled. We were not the only group left stranded. The guy at the desk had a list of all guests (including us) and which ones were booked through Booking.com. He also confessed to being employed throughout the management changes. But then argued how this whole fiasco was unavoidable. We booked months in advance. We had even called hours before to ask for early check in and were denied. Another missed opportunity. Clearly, they just didn't care about leaving the guests stranded at the last minute. It was also Labor Day weekend so everything was fully booked. We eventually found a tiny room 40 mins away, at 7pm, for twice the price.
• Tricia (2/5): - It’s ease of convenience to downtown Advertisement was false. The unit was a split floor living environment, with stairs leading to two bedrooms downstairs, also where the only bathrooms were which none of the electrical outlet worked in. The living space was up another set of stairs and the loft had a tiny steep spiral staircase leading to it. It was loose and unsafe. Living as a person who is disabled, navigating stairs like the ones in this unit were unforgiving and I fell 11 times. Can you imagine, 11 times. It was awful. Secondly, I traveled with my parent who are both in the late 80’s who also have mobility issues. Had I known the layout in advance when selecting this resort for our travel, I absolutely wouldn’t have stayed there. This place would have been ok for a younger family but it should SAY what the layout is and what it isn’t. The bathrooms were gross, mold along edges of showers, outlets didn’t work, no hairdryer… the list goes on. I would not recommend this place at all.
