Guest Reviews
- Tony (5/5): If you are not expecting much, then you will be fine - I had been on the road all day and needed a place to stay. There was wifi, a bed, and a shower. Location is not nice, hookers and street urchins about. None on the property but out front and nearby. Noisy area, room was in the back and heard traffic most of the night. The place is getting some work. Management tried to come into my room while l was there to give an extra roll of toilet paper, seemed weird like he was trying to see if I was doing something I shouldn't be. With management as noisy as they are, the place is safe.
- Rey (10/5): - Very sweet management
- Topete (1/5): The worst motel in California - Nothing, and the staff was very tud3 2 indian guys and 1 indian girl are very rude The 2 indian and 1 indian girl are horrible at customer service. They wil knock 1 hour before checkout time and kick you out and go iside the room to see if you stole something, very rude

- J327RNjohni (2/5): Travel ELSEWHERE - LITERALLY EVERY Pomona, CA. motel is NOT GOOD! The saying, "You get what you pay for" is now more TRUE than ever. Charging $100/Nt. for a mediocre motel room with a broken TV, roaches, shower with no water pressure, sheets that are questionably clean...a closed pool, no breakfast, and no elevator is RIDICULOUS. OH YEAH...the next door was a room of prostitution...they were hitting the wall all night.
- Shanisha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (1/5): Terrible service, terrible location, people doing drugs around the corner. - People doing drugs around the corner of the building was funny. First sign my cancelled reservation was for the best. Empty parking lot as well. Front office is small and smells terrible. My reservation was cancelled without notice until I tried checking in. they tried to charge me double after cancelling because they realized there was a festival happening.
- Robert (1/5): Never again! - The bed was comfortable and the neon sign was amazing. Just about everything. First the room is much smaller than advertised but very shoddy repairs in the room. This is the first motel I have stayed in that did not have a telephone. The motel advertises a hair dryer in the room. There was no hari dryer ... in fact, there weren't even any towels which I discovered too late at night. They did not respond to any messages I sent them. Good thing I have extra towels in my van. On top of that, the shower had a constant leak the entire night that you could hear even with the bathroom door closed. I took pictures of it all too for proof. The TV had no remote, etc, etc, etc. I've never had to leave a review like this before but Booking.com should not have this place listed as an option for Pomona! You couldn't pay me to stay here again.
- Shivam (10/5): Exceptional - Management was very nice and room was near and clean.
- Roni (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice
- John (2/5): - When I checked in the man an woman told me there were no rooms available. I had to argue with them because they had no record of my reserving and pre-paying for the room. When I showed him my receipt on my phone of my pre-payment he finally gave me a room key.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nothing! I didnt even stay there.& i want my money refunded! I already filed a complaint with the BBB.
- Cristian (2/5): Very disappointing - The clerk would judge you by your appearance and distinguish the deposit if he’s know who’s gonna make a problem. He would add some false rules that’s not even on the description on hotel.com. Fir example. He want me to deposit 55 dollars because I had me plus one guess. Very dirty towels, sheets are stained rooms smelled like piss.
- Joseph (10/5): - The hotel was clean and good. One suggestion is to include a chest-of-drawers in the room. #16
- John (8/5): Snap krackel pop - I felt safe enough to relax and not worry about the gun shoots in the area so i waz very happy this place for sure
- John (10/5): Thumbs up - I was very satisfied with my visit and was comfortable during my stay despite the harsh area it is located in thank you
- Verified traveler (8/5): - You get what u pay for..it wasnt the nicest, but it was decent the price.
- Stephanie (2/5): Motel in Pomona to be weary of - The people who own this place are very short as well as rude. They didn't want to honor the reservation I made through Hotels. com because it was a much lower rate then $100 they wanted to charge but then had no vacancies. It's a draws fine line to discrimination and very unprofessional.
- Mike (6/5): Ehhh - It was ok but the property owner has too many rules for a really crappy hotel
- Verified traveler (6/5): Strange - They had a ridiculous ‘no guests’ policy, which I think isn’t even legal? And even though I had a room for 2 people, when my friend wanted to stay over after I had already checked in, the manager had a fit. He basically wanted me to bribe him with $20 to let him stay. Give me a break. Next morning I saw him kicking people out because they were over occupancy and didn’t even give them a chance to bribe him, just crazy!
- Gaylene457 (8/5): Welcoming - My stay at Pala was fantastic, little noise from traffic expected on a main rd, clean & welcoming the staff. Using this position as my base while I built confidence in my driving skill as I have never driven in the United States of America & enjoyed the experience immensely
- Marianne (6/5): Try elsewhere - We went down to visit friends and have a good time. The hotel is in an area with a lot of crime and not safe to walk around. Check out is at 10 am very early, most hotels are noon and you usually can ask for a late check out. They ask for a 20.00 retainer for the remote control and key to the room you are supposed to get back after you check out. I turned in my key and remote but never received my 20.00 back. Most hotels big or small take advantage and price gouge when ever big events are in town and it sucks for anyone trying to get a decent room in a decent neighborhood at a decent price.
- Charles (2/5): - Very old and durty , wore out , 19th centry coutch. Stayed 2 hours and left .
- Nagy (2/5): Most regrettable - Most horrible and very very very unsatisfactory
I rate it as Zero or in minus
- Roy (2/5): Stay away - Located in most horrible part of Pomona, homeless, prostitutes, drug dealing and robberies are the norm here. Room door locks are not secure and wobbly. Everything had a sticky unclean feeling. Bathroom was horrific. If you are looking for a no star motel this is it.
- Desiree (6/5): Palllaaaa - It was lowkey
- Hannamari (4/5): värillisten asuinalue - Erittäin vaatimaton motelli. Naapurusto ei sovellu aroille tai perheelle. Meluisaa.
- Bob (2/5): My experience - I stayed there only one night after experience this stay.
Unfortunately Expedia prepaid and could not get my money back
