• Guest (1/5): It was so so bad - Nothing The whole apartment is a big wreck. The beedsheets are stained yellow stained, the dishes and cutleries are disgustingly bad. The host was not the best in terms of communication. The apartment smelled and no value for money
• Jones (2/5): Nice suite but does not match description. - Good location Lies lies lies. This was a common theme when staying at vortex suites. We looked on booking.com where it told us there would be 6 beds only to get there and be told there was 3, the owner stated it was a mistake on the website yet did nothing to fix this issue. A second lie arose when we were asked for payment. Whilst the room was displayed on booking.com for £40 , hidden fees were added once we arrived at the establishment and we were informed that the actual price was £56. As we settled in we found a cigarette bud on the floor and cockroaches, vile . As we left the suite the owner failed to give us our full deposit back despite his previous promises of a full refund the night before.

• Hong (4/5): Unpleasant stay with poor service and dishonest staff, would not recommend. - The room was basic and not clean. Kamal took payment for extension but refused to issue a receipt despite multiple follow-ups. He repeatedly promised to send it but never did. Additionally, the refund of the deposit was delayed. My messages were ignored, and he only picked up the phone when I called from a different number. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about professionalism and ethics. Avoid dealing with them.

• Glenn (10/5): A Wonderful Experience. - This is probably the best apartment/condo renting experience I've ever had. Tary was on top of things from the get go, providing me with easy-to-follow check-in/check-out instructions and was easily accessible during our 4 night stay. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was perfect for our family group of 4 adults and 2 young children. It was very clean and is located conveniently close to major Kuala Lumpur city attractions like the KL Tower, Hard Rock Cafe, and KLCC/ Aquaria. Other locations can be reached easily by the nearby monorail stations, taxis, or Grab cars. For those visiting Kuala Lumpur for the first time, we highly recommend going to visit the Batu Caves. Highly recommended!
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Property was ok. Clean and as seen in pictures. However we had delays in your flight which resulted in a late check in that was communicated with the owner. When we got there, the lock code we were given to get into the room was not working and could not contact owner. Tried calling multiple times and having security assist. Ended up having to book another room for the night. Owner did end up refunding the night with no hassles the next morning, but would have preferred not to have to go through all that stress to begin with. Ended up having to leave the room late to handle moving our luggage and checking in to the room. Had to reorganize our itinerary for the day.
