• Yolandi (8/5): - Location, cleanliness and friendly service The house is divided in different living units that makes it somewhat uncomfortable when moving around the house without making noise. Felt like we had to whisper all the time. For our purposes it was fine as we did not spend much time at the house.

• Stadler (5/5): - Room was clean and tidy with secure parking. Back yard need A LOT OF ATTENTION. For the price you pay, you'd explect at llease soap/shampoo, bottled water en NO staff coming into your room switching off your airconditioner on a hot day.

• Maryanne (10/5): - Annchen always helpful and accommodating. Katherine goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. She is a gem. Location is perfect to get around Stellenbosch. It has close proximity to a shopping center. It is tucked away in a quiet suburb.

• Trevor du P (7/5): Good location. Comfortable bed - Comfortable bed. Aircon and decent shower. No noisy neighbours. A remote for the gate/s. Getting out of the car to punch a number into the keypad before climbing back in and parking is not very safe if a single female were staying on the property. Having to remember 4 different codes to access the property is not ideal. Better options for tea and coffee could have been made available, along with brown sugar and maybe a plunger.

Ela nos ajudou com orientações sobre a acomodação e a cidade, deixando-nos colocar as malas em local apropriado dentro da estadia, enquanto íamos ao passeio. Não há café da manhã e em nosso quarto, número 4, só havia uma única luz central, sendo um pouco mal iluminado. A localização não é tão boa por depender de carro ou transporte por aplicativo para chegar ao centro, cerca de 5/6 minutos de carro (25/30 min andando).

• Holger Sven (9/5): Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden gerne jederzeit wiederkommen. - Für eine Gruppenreise sehr gut und komfortabel. Da wir früher angereist sind konnten wir problemlos vorab unsrer Taschen abstellen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet.

• Roosendaaler (8/5): Good neighbourhood on the outskirts of Stellenbosch, comfortable self contained room adjoining house - Good neighbourhood, spacious room adjoining main house, with three beds, basic furnishings, compact kitchen, good airco and bathroom, secure parking inside gate. 15 minute walk to shopping centre including SPAR supermarket. Walk to Stellenbosch centre takes about 25 minutes.

• Lachlan (6/5): Terrible check in - Staff did not give me the code to get my key. I was given 2 whatsapp numbers, neither responded. There was a note with a number to call but I only had data, not a local number. They never ended up answering, i turned the lock key box upside down to get it out. Students staying downstairs & studying, just not a great vibe and very poor experience trying to check in. Wouldn't recommend, just pay more for elsewhere.

It gave me a comfortable, quiet base in Stellenbosch from which to work at the Unive - The flat is safe, in a quiet and serene location, has comfortable beds, a nice garden, amazingly helpful and friendly staff, and is perfect for a minimalist traveller or group. It is not “luxurious”, it’s perfect if you want beds, bathroom and a nice space on a budget, not ideal if you want particular amenities or very specific appliances

• Annemi (8/5): Good value for 1 night stay - The room had everything I needed for 1 night stay after a function. Very central location and secure off- street parking which is bonus in this town. Full length mirror in the room is a nice touch. Large room an spacious bathroom. Very easy self check-in process and I was also allowed to check-in early. No hairdryer, that would have been handy. But all in all it had all I needed for a 1 night stay.

The host is reachable at any given time, they respond quite promptly to everything. I had a great time, and I will use it again, for sure. This place is perfect for short and long stays, it would be great if the oven worked for those staying longer.

• Dayan (7/5): Good - Catherine, the lady that handles the day to day running was quite helpful and friendly and so was the Nadine, the lady that manages it. I didnt like the fact that I had booked a deluxe room which sleeps 4 people, with 2 single beds and a double bed. But booking.com had it as a maximum of 3 people. This forced me to select another room as well. This was a quadruple room (2 rooms with double beds). As I have little kids, we only ended up using the deluxe room, instead of the other 2 rooms.
