• Tusharvinoddeoras (2/5): Pathetic. Please avoid. - Only AC was working. No other good points. It is a very poorly maintained room. Toilet too dirty. Broken taps, shower. TV is not working. They do not provide towels. After lots of discussion, they offered a used towel. No glass, no water. They asked me to pay additional money as Booking.com had booked at a discount.

Then they allocated me a room, I went there, I told them its not clean but ok i can adjust. Then when i entered in the room, I saw, A lot of cockroaches in the room. And after complaining a lot they were not even giving me new room. also there was no toiletry things like handwash, napkins, towels, and nothing else, it was empty toilet. Not even warm water. By End of the day when i came to hotel, after requesting multiple times, They gave me a new room, Atleast this room did not had cockroaches, Rest all things was same, rooms switches was not working, FAN was not there. I had to adjust, as this was night time, and i did not had any other option. I am not going to prefer this hotel again and this was worst experience for me so far in my life.

I can feel there presence of a bad odour just like after the intercourse. They charged me 1000 rs for 5 hours, and if I stay more asked for 1300 rs. Manager was arrogant. As I booked online he asked me more money than the online prices. I waited 4 hours to get the room. Bathroom was having broken taps and broket jet spray. No hot water. Ac not working. No body came to clean the room, water droplets was coming from ac everytime. I would not recommend any family members to stay in this hotel. Hotel rooms was very poor and washroom was so dirty that you will get very bad feeling. Receptionist was so rude with everyone. She just told to give bad feedback she doesn't care about it. Even mouse was in our room when gave a complaint to receptionist she said we can't do anything. At last I want to they need to renovat there hotel.
