Our room included breakfast which was excellent. It didn't include dinner but we paid extra to have dinner there for the three nights. OMG!!! This was the most incredibly brilliant value we have have ever experienced. The most amazing food esp for the value. Do not miss out on this. You wont go back to room hungry I can guarantee. Back to your room just in time for the laser show complete with music. Completely bizarre considering the peaceful and quiet and stunningly beautiful surroundings but hey that's just me. Definitely well worth it although we could have done without the laser show.

• ?? (8/5): - 初めて利用させてもらいました。スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で笑顔で対応してくれてまた行きたいと思いました。お湯も最高でした。気になった事は咳をめちゃくちゃしてるスタッフが何人か居てちょっと不安になりました。あと大体清潔だったのですが冷蔵庫の上のトレーがホコリだらけでびっくりしました。あとお部屋のスリッパが履きにくかったのとトイレットペーパーがちょっとショボかったかな^^;まあまあ安くはないお値段だからもう少し良いトイレットペーパーにして欲しかったなー。田舎のおばあちゃん家でも使ってなさそうなやつだった。

• Danyang (10/5): Exceptional - The location and private hot tub is superb! Soaking in hot water and watching sunrise, sunset and stars over the blue ocean is such an unforgettable experience. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly. They offered shuttle service to and from JR station. The on-site breadfast and dinner are all very delicious and high-end. They put up light shows in the two nights we stayed and those felt very romantic, unique and creative. It is indeed a bit far away from the city. Going into the town takes 20-25 minutes.

• Euan (5/5): Passable - Quiet location, outside private bath Room had bugs, we were then transferred to another hotel next door which also had bugs in the room. Basic things like we ordered the same glass of wine from the menu twice and it was obviously a completely different bottle as tasted completely different. However when we questioned it the staff flat out argued with us. Silly things but it was not a cheap night stay.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Peaceful & tranquil with good look at the stars! - Excellent service throughout since we booked the hotel. Lovely communication and they really aimed to please. They would jot down your itinerary and you could choose whether you want your meals with them. The room was lovely with a private onsen at the balcony, with spring water locally sourced. You can control the roof and balcony wall electronically so that you don't have to worry about privacy problem as your balcony faces directly at the hotel's private beach (more of a rock shore to be honest). The hotel is a 30-minute drive away from Shirahama so it's an excellent choice for people who want to get away from crowds and city life. I saw some comments about having insects in your room. That is true, but you are in a seccluded area among Mother Nature herself. It's hardly the hotel's fault. You are here to be away from the city. They'd also lend a helping hand if you found insects in your room, so overall it's actually quite manageable. The upside of choosing this hotel not situated in Shirahama itself is that when you look the night sky, you can see millions of stars and the Milky Way itself. Overall, lovely experience. Definitely a wise choice if you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place to stay instead of yet another city-styled hotel.

• CHEUK YIU (10/5): - 一絕的海景、寧靜的環境、繁星、舒適的溫泉，是絕佳的體驗。員工的服務也是十分一流。房間十分整潔。 唯一不足是陽台清潔度不夠，還有些垃圾在陽台的邊角。 建議駕車過來，不然要到附近購物或去餐廳會比較麻煩。

• Barry (9/5): Slightly odd but good fun overall. - The food was exceptional. The staff were wonderful, the hot tub on the balcony was fun. Laser show after dinner was a bit weird. Good "dark" sky. They didn't confirm pick up from station so we had an anxious wait before they arrived. That's all.

• Kin Wah (6/5): - 酒店員工的服務是超五星的, 晚上能夠在酒店私人沙灘上盡情放煙花亦非常好。 但我的房間在角落,左右景觀都受擋,感覺很不舒服。
• Mabel (9/5): Wonderful service from Kumia-san! - Service at the hotel was impeccable! From organising pick-up and dropping us to various places around Shirahama, the staff tried their best to meet our needs. Kumia-san in particular, was not only conversant in English, but would communicate via whatsapp for needed changes. The hotel is located on the remote part of Shirahama, and not accessible via public transport. It is very private of course!

• ひろのり (10/5): - 今回家族旅行で初めて利用させて頂きました。スタッフの皆さんとても親切で、ロケーションも良く、子どもたちも喜んでいました。部屋の露天風呂もゆっくり家族で時間気にせず温泉を楽しめたので、本当に良かったです。
• MAO (10/5): - 荷物が重たかったのですが、車から降りてすぐにカートでお迎えがあったのがとても助かりました！お部屋からのロケーションはもちろん、開閉式屋根、窓や、レーザー文はホテルのこだわりがたくさん感じられました！！レストランでの店員さんからレーザー文の説明、夜空の案内をしていただき、とてもロマンチックな時間を過ごすことができました♪素敵な一日をありがとうございました！！
• Morgan (9/5): Superb - Good Location, balcony facing sea and with a big spring tube. Staffs are enthusiastic and helpful to recommend the plan to visit fire works show in Shirahama。 Food set is okay, price is a little bit high.
• Scooscood (10/5): Hidden escape with great food - The hotel was quiet and clean. We had a comfortable room with lots of space. The view of the ocean and stars from the private bath on the balcony was very pleasant. We had an excellent meal prepared by the kitchen. My wife is vegetarian and doesn't eat mushrooms, so I contacted the hotel before our arrival to see if they could accommodate her. They took a great deal of care to prepare a varied selection of dishes for her. She really enjoyed the meal. My food was also delicious. The service was excellent too. The staff are attentive, helpful, and communicate well in English.
