• Hannah (10/5): Great staff and facilities. Rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. - Beautiful rooms, pool and gym were great. Had lunch at the restaurant which was also excellent. Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. The shuttle to the station was also super handy.

Although it was only a five minute walk it was so hot so a free trip to the station in air-conditioned taxi was a bonus. Pool and pool area was lovely and clean too. The pool gets the sun in the morning, until about 1pm then after that it is in the shade (not really a complaint!)

• Simon Putnam (9/5): Thailand is lovely and the staff were great. - The breakfast was very limited to Thai food only during the buffets, the pre selected breakfasts was ok, but again limited and quite random choices, example scrambled egg, two bacon, lettuce, cherry tomato, served with croissant and jam. The location was ok, short walk to the main road, nice restaurant about 300 yards the other way. And the yard with the loud cockerels was not to be forgotten anytime soon. The hotel and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The yard with the cockerels were quite annoying at the start but after a few days the noise becomes part of the experience. Its a shame that the restaurant only opened for breakfasts and the occasional lunch time, and they dont sell alcohol, after a 14 hour flight a cold beer would have gone down well with the lunch.

• Andy (9/5): Excellent gem of a hotel. a little out of the way but excellent rooms and staff. - Staff was great, room was very spacious and quiet, except for the nice birds in the morning which we enjoyed as well. Location was a little difficult as it's down a long narrow busy street without a good sidewalk. The hotel offers a shuttle to the main street and BTS station but if returning after 10pm it's not available so we had to get a taxi if returning late.

Location not the best as it’s far out of town and the road it’s on is not the most accessible. There is an incredibly loud and annoying rooster across the street that crows from 2am and continues through the night.

• Owen (10/5): We wish we could have stayed longer!!! - We really liked our room and the amenities within. Also, the pool and fitness center were well equiped. The breakfast room was very accommodating and located in a nice well- windowed room. We especially liked how friendly all the staff were and how accommodating and helpful they were when we had questions. The access street was a very busy thoroughfare making walking to and from the main street rather difficult.

Durch die nahe gelegene BTS-Station (200-300 m entfernt) kann man aber gute Essensgelegenheit in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Zur BTS-Station gibt es seitens des Hotels einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service

This is my second time and I will be staying here again when I return to Thailand in January. Beds: very comfortable like any top hotel in Europe Gym: functional, clean and well-equipped. Restaurant: reasonable and effective. Can deliver to room fot no extra charge. Pool: very safe and cozy. Gym needs a pull-up bar installed. TV has Netflix, but must pay subscription self. However, easy to use YouTube.

Loved the decor of room, comfort of bed and quite night. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Excellent selection of exercise equipment. Was a wee bit further from skytrain than I liked...but they had it covered with a free shuttle service to and from the train...so this isnt really a negative. Wish I could stay longer

After leaving 1000bht deposit only 600 given back as the lady on reception took 400bht to clean a pillow case that had a small amount of blood from where my partner fell over and cut his head ( I would have cleaned if I'd known) but they held it in a plastic bag for over 24 hours to show me on leaving.

• Peishu (10/5): A perfect paradise for a relaxing vacation! - very quiet for a bustling city the decoration is very comfortable for the eye the staff are super helpful and friendly highly recommended if you want a leisurely trip and want a restful place to stay The location is 20-45 minutes from the city center depending on traffic and if you want to take a taxi or use public transit. The hotel has a shuttle to the nearest metro (which is also the closest cluster of shops - immediately surrounding the hotel is quite empty). Not a major problem but something to consider.

Salle de sport tres bien équipée pour les habitués des salles. Le personnel est au petit soin et c'est tres agréable. Pour ce qui est de la situation géographique, c'est laque ca se corse. Je suis un habitué de Bangkok donc pour moi ca va , je maitrise l'intégralité des transport en communs, si cest votre premiere visite à Bangkok, je ne pense pas que cet établissement vous conviennent. Je recommande quand meme fortement cet etablissement
• Andrew (10/5): More than 4 stars in my opinion. Cozy and quiet place close to BTS. - Everything! The property is so nice. Bed was very comfortable and staff was amazing. I will be visiting again and highly recommend this property. The restaurant has very few choices which is more of an issue because It’s quite a walk to any other food. Thank goodness for grab delivery and they do give free shuttles to the very nearby Bang Chak BTS station.

• Anagabi. (10/5): Beautiful details - The staff is very friendly, everything clean and smells nicely, the room is extremely comfortable and full of beautiful details. The swimming pool area pleased us. Speaking about facilities, there is no 7/11 so close, but there is a local mini market next to the hotel where you can get some groceries. The location is not an awesome one, but the hotel provides the shuttle service to go to the Bang Chak BTS and to come back, from a time in the morning (I don't remember which) to 10pm/11pm not sure. Moreover they took around 24 hours to reply by Line and Whatsapp, in the same way they didn't answer some calls of mine and that's why I haven't order breakfast for example...

It is down a street a bit that you could but wouldn’t want to walk due to it being narrow and motorcycles and cars driving by but they do have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up from the Main Street which is close to the BTS ( Train station) very convenient. We only encountered one staff that spoke English and the dining room did not offer dinner. We pre-paid for breakfast. We had to fill out what we wanted to eat and what time we wanted to eat it each day.

There's a narrow road with no pavement to get from the station to the hotel but if you ring the hotel they send a little shuttle down to collect you which was great.

• Muhammad (8/5): it's not 5 star hotel - tbh the hotel was good but 5 star hotel I would say it's 4 star. also please it's far from everything. all you need is bike or take train. never take taxi because of traffic. you gona waste 1 hour in traffic. over all it's good hotel. also if you want to pay via your credit card they will charge you extra 3%. location wise it's they charged me 3% extra. plus bathroom was always leaking. staff is nice but still they don't know a single work of English.
