• Jon (6/5): - Budget friendly, great location and friendly staff The room smelt of mould, when mentioned to staff, never heard back from them. The bed was very uncomfortable, on one side the spring was gone/busted/broken. The lift didn't stop on our floor. We had to stop one level up or down and walk to our floor.

The team was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The service quality was excellent, and I really enjoyed my holiday there. • Justin (5/5): Close to everything and spacious but the staff are very rude - Spacious and clean but could do with a little maintenance. Close to the shopping centre and food market. The staff were extremely rude. They'd scream and shout at me cos my son got sick and they always swore and abused a customer on the phone who was double charged. I had to help him while I was checking in.

• Megan (9/5): Great budget option - Spacious room with great air conditioning and a mini fridge! The room was clean and housekeeping were available daily. We stayed here for two weeks and were very happy with the property. There are lots of negative reviews lately but this property is great value for money as a budget accommodation in Patong. It is in a perfect location to explore the area and access the beach. Towels and linens could do with replacing, but again, for a budget property it was great value.

• Lucie (10/5): It’s perfect! I will always stay here! - Amazing , such friendly staff, has a lovely atmosphere, perfect location really close to the junceylon. It also has Netflix , a comfy bed and a really cute room , it’s really clean , it has a lift , they didn’t take a deposit which is great and reassuring, I recommend this hotel so much , I have stayed multiple times and I will always go back😃😃😃a nice safe balcony also. The bathroom is also great and clean and it has a massive wardrobe for your things , the air conditioning is great. The staff really look after this hotel and they are very very kind people. You feel very safe here especially being a solo traveller. Right across the road is a 7/11 , and a lovely restaurant downstairs with a great price also, I look forward to coming back!

• Prashant (7/5): Good - LOCATION IS GOOD. WINDOWS OPEN ON FRONT ROAD, SO A GOOD VIEW. Beach is nearby in walking distance. Big mall are close to hotel. Entrance road is occupied with bikes, had to stop taxi far from hotel and had to carry heavy luggage by our-self. Staff shows no courtesy in welcoming the guests.

We went at 15:00 check in was at 14:00 and the she gave us a key to a room who was already suitcases of people inside and dirty.. and then she asked us to wait one hour to clean another once we said no cause we came from long trip. She found a clean and gave us straight away.
• Melih (10/5): Perfect - The hotel was generally good, especially having an elevator. The hotel owner(MAMA) and staff were friendly and the rooms were clean a nice hotel for the price. You can also rent a motorbike from the hotel. The location could be better, but this is not a problem. It was still very enjoyable to walk to Bangla Road it takes 10 minutes away from hotel.
• Akash (4/5): Below average hotel, take it if you just want to avoid hostels. - The property is bad! If you want to stay as bachelors and exactly at the city centre with lots of market and happenings, then chose it as you just have to sleep here nothing else. Don’t chose it if you are travelling with family or as a couple. Broken things and non-functional bath tub can turn off your mood. Even the bed mattress was bad! Bed mattress, bathroom

• Katarina (7/5): Okay for a night - Everything looked aesthetically very nice here. Room was extremely clean upon check in, and the AC was powerful. Towels were provided, as well as small soaps but I hope they come away from single use plastic and use a dispenser instead🙏 Bed was horribly uncomfortable. You could feel the springs/bars through the mattress and my partner actually opted to use an air mattress we brought for camping instead. Typical SE Asian water pressure, on the lower side.
