• Martina (5/5): No muy recomendable - Esta ubicado en el centro de Alfama, barrio antiguo de Lisboa. Era facil llegar caminando al centro y atracciones turísticas. Cerca de varios miradores, Catedral y Castillo São Jorge. La calefacción del apartamento funcionaba bien, salvo en uno de los baños. El apartamento en general se ve bien, pero la limpieza no era lo mejor, uno de los colchones estaba muy manchado y la sabanas y el trapo de cocina con mal olor. Las camas no eran del todo cómodas, una de hecho se había roto y en vez de arreglar la pata que se salió habían puesto un balde. El apartamento no estaba equipado para la cantidad de personas que solicité en la reserva. El Wifi no anduvo nunca y además, contacté con el anfitrión para solicitar mantas y que se revise lo del wifi pero nunca obtuve respuesta. En reglas generales no está mal pero no es una primera opción. No vale lo que te cobran, hay mas alojamientos similares que están mejor.

• Laura (3/5): Lo que pides VS lo que te llega🤬 - La ubicación está bien, no es en el centro centro, pero está cerca caminando y con el tranvía (Carris) puedes subir bien. La limpieza era MUY mala, deja muchísimo que desear… al llegar al alojamiento los suelos estaban sucios, la vitrocerámica sin limpiar, tapizados (sofá y sillas) MUY sucios, mango de la ducha con moho… las fotos hablan por sí solas. Además, la cama principal estaba y lo solucionaron poniendo un cubo… nada estable para la espalda y para mi estando embarazada de 7 meses. Para más inri, no había menaje para cocinar, solo tenedores y cuchillos de mantequilla… ni pelar una manzana pudimos. UNA DECEPCIÓN. No sé porque le llaman Alfama Premium, es de chiste🤣

Lenzuola piene di macchie, pavimenti dei bagni sporchi e tutto l’arredo (sedie, divano, ecc… piene di macchie). Alcune cose rotte (al letto manca una gamba e al suo posto e’ stata messa una bacinella. Forse per gli standard portoghesi è accettabile ma per gli standard italiani… non ci siamo

• Tamás (9/5): Elégedettek voltunk. - Az elhelyezkedés. A két fürdőszoba a szobák elosztása és a tágas nappali nagyon jó volt. A tisztaság hiánya. Összeségében ráférne egy nagytakarítás, kárpit tisztítás vagy csere. Egy két dolog törött, koszos. Alapjában véve négy személyre készült. Kanapé ágy extra kényelmetlen. Ezek javításával sokat emelkedne a színvonal.

• Laura (1/5): - La ubicación La pata de la cama estaba rota y dormimos medio en el suelo, la casa no estaba limpia, había calcetines de los anteriores huéspedes, polvo por todos lados y cigarrillos en los cajones de las mesillas. El lavabo del baño principal no tragaba. Tras comunicarle esto a homing antes de nuestra primera noche y pedir que lo solucionaran, no recibimos ningún tipo de repuesta. Fuimos a la oficina reclamarlo y nos dieron a entender que habíamos sido nosotros los que habíamos roto la pata y no nos proporcionaron ningún tipo de solución. Simplemente nefasta atención, nefasto el apartamento y nefasta la limpieza.

• Cri Campa (10/5): Una bella sorpesa - Lisbona è proprio bella. Alfama è un quartiere molto vivibile, con il fado a portata di orecchio. Sei a un passo dal centro più turistico ma ti senti in paese. I pastei de natale sono strepitosi. La comodità al centro e al mirador di Santa Luzia sono punti di forza dell'appartamento Non tutti i quartieri sono pulitissimi ma complessivamente è una città pulita.

• Awariat (9/5): Next to Tram 28 stop and close to castle - The apartment is perfectly located next to a Tram 28 stop, making it easy to get downtown. It’s also just 5 minutes from São Jorge Castle and Miradouro de Santa Luzia. I loved being in Alfama – a great spot to explore Lisbon!
• Shaun (3/5): I do not recommend this place. It is overpriced for what you get and the agents/owners don’t care to address issues - Broken washing machine Main bedroom mattress is completely worn and when repeatedly asked to be replaced, we were promised that they were buying one and delivering it, which never happened. One of the 3 key reasons for booking this apartment was to have access to a washing machine as we had been traveling for a week by the time we got to Lisbon. It was broken and so we could not do laundry. We were told to go to a public laundromat and do laundry there and we would be reimbursed. This was not viable considering that we only had two full days in Lisbon before heading off to our next destination. The website photos are outdated - the lounge furniture is very different and covered in disgusting stains.

• Markus (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist angemessen für den Preis, den man bezahlt. Leider ist die Administration von Homing eine Katastrophe. Ich habe mich ein paar Tage vor dem Check-in bemüht, Info zu bekommen, wie ich den Schlüssel bei der Unterkunft bekommen kann. Ich wollte ja nicht extra zum Homing Welcome Center fahren, um dort den Schlüssel für das Apartment abzuholen. Trotz Versprechen von der Administration von Homing haben wir bei der Landung in Lissabon noch immer nicht die Info gehabt, wie wir in das Apartment kommen. Zudem hat die Administration von Homing die Kaution von €250, die man vor Check in bezahlen muss, nicht von sich aus zurückbezahlt. Erst als ich zwei Wochen nach dem Check out die Rückzahlung der Kaution urgiert habe, wurde sie zurückbezahlt. Offensichtlich hofft Homing darauf, dass die Kunden vergessen, die Kaution zurückzufordern.

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - The location is 5 stars The apartment is not well preserved. Stains on sofas and chairs, broken handles and broken chairs. There was no soap in the bathroom and no towels and cloths at the kitchen. Additionally, there was miscommunication before our arrival. By phone it was asked the time of our arrival, we arrived two hours later than expected, and the apartment was still dirty from the previous guests. It is fair to expect more from a property that demands a 250€ deposit for an one night stay.

• Paige (2/5): - Cockroaches. I reached out to the company about seeing cockroaches , and was completely ignored. It did not make our stay comfortable or pleasant. The actual unit is located nowhere near the "head office" that you need to go and get the keys from, which wasn't clearly communicated, so we wasted so much of our time "checking in", and when we finally did pick up the keys, the woman wasn't very pleasant. Also, broken shower tiles. Like, severely broken, basically falling off. I would not recommend staying here. Especially if you have children.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ok, but room condition not great. - Great location is something I’d like to state is the key here. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Next to tram line (28) and easy to get around. Bathroom had both tap arms missing, so not easy to turn on/off. Blocked sink on arrival. I contacted for help but they were not able to get some one out until the next day, not great just for one nights stay. Towels arrived later in the afternoon? TV did not show any working channels. Kitchen well equipped and good area
• Jennifer (6/5): - The apartment did not look like the pictures, for example - the couch in the picture is a white sectional but when we arrived, it was a dirty grey couch (not a sectional). The walls were dirty with stains (we took pictures), the counter top in the kitchen was also dirty. The kitchen chairs cushion and the bench were dirty + dusty and stained. There were no hand towels or soap so we had to buy our own. The stay was unpleasant as we were quite uncomfortable in a dirty apartment.

Le gros bémol c’est les petits cafards qui sortent du lave vaisselle....on n’est pas trop dans le prenium....!! Nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial pour se désagrément....!!!
• Marianne (6/5): Great location but needs some “help” - Location is fabulous, near St.Jorge Castle, Metro and cozy spots in Alfama, however one bedroom and kitchen/living room very noisy due to trolley line right outside. Not much sleep on that side (main bedroom). Had to wait 50 min. for key (booked the place less than 24 hrs in advance so no key delivery time could be set up ahead) and apartment was not cleaned (about 4 pm). Did not have to pay cleaning fee but our short visit was cut shorter due to the one hour wait to get apartment cleaned. White sofa was dirty, small bugs in kitchen drawer showed up at night, some minor damage to door frame, one window would not close, coffeemaker but no filters. The plus side is the location, washer in unit, comfortable set up (if above mentioned issues were corrected-nothing can be done about the street noise). This could be a nice apartment but I would not stay here again.

• chris (6/5): Établissement bien situé dans un quartier ancien - Mauvaise surprise car c’etait sale et le menage mal fait malgré la présence a notre arrivée de la femme de ménage !! Pas de balai pas un aspirateur pas de produits ménagers donc achat de quelques produits dont du papier toilette aussi ! Emplacement au top au coeur du quartier ancien avec le tram 28 qui passe sous les fenêtres
• Dave (8/5): Central apartment - The location was great, right in the center of town. The apartment was very nice and perfect for our family. The cell phone provided with the room made taking Ubers around town very easy, which is what I would recommend for four people. The airport pickup didn't happen. The driver didn't show up and we were never notified but we ended up saving money taking an Uber instead. I would recommend skipping the airport pickup and just take an Uber or cab. We were able to check-in early so we had a place to keep our luggage right away. The only complaints were the cleanliness and the noise. The place could have been cleaned better. And since we were in the center of town, it was noisy until very late in the night. Closing the windows did shut out most of the noise but they needed to be open to cool the place off. All told, we really liked the place and would definitely recommend it.
