No information on how to access Wi-Fi, toilet wasn't working in our room, the conditioner in the shower was empty, there are stains on the walls in the bathroom, the room doesn't cool low enough, the shower's water pressure was lacking and the coffee pot in the room didn't work. This was our first and last time to stay at The Embassy.

The location is great and we love being here for dance competitions because of the convenience They never took out the trash. Stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping came by once before 8am and woke us up. I asked her to come back later, but she never came back. Had requested late check-out when booked, but then got the text Saturday night late check-out was maxed out…from people asking for it at check in for the dance competition.

The suite was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. First time my family enjoyed a trip and commented on the property and in such a positive manner. During happy hour, there’s limitation on type of drinks you can have without the need to purchase which was my first time experiencing this at Embassy such as my trip earlier in the month in Austin which this wasn’t a factor. Also, my husband and I were standing in front of the bar tender and was overlooked and another lady was helped even though the bar tender clearly knew she didn’t help us yet. Kind of felt uneasy from that situation but I didn’t want to make a seem so overlooked it. That was my only concern. Felt racial and this was our first time traveling to this part of the state so unfamiliar of intent from being overlooked.

• Prater (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and liked the location. Top notch. - Very comfortable, clean, staff was great. One remote didn’t work and some of the light switches were hard to operate.
• 262keithd (8/5): Great Conference Facilities - Okay Hotel - This is a pretty new conference center facility and the hosting facilities are very nice, meeting rooms, catering and bar area. Where they missed the mark - inadequate check-in staff created lengthy lines and long waits for check-ins. Waited hours for a room because the app makes you pick a room to check-in. Upon arrival, my room wasn’t ready but multiple others of that room type were but front desk didn’t offer those as an alternative. Small Starbucks was overwhelmed daily by number of attendees and there is effectively no retail within walking distance to provide alternatives. Finally, they booked another conference starting on our last day so everyone was forced to check out an hour before our conference ended.
• Kim (10/5): A perfect stay!! - Everything you could ask for. Spacious room with separate sitting area and kitchenette. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels already in the room. Great breakfast included. An exceptional value for the price. The pillows were comfortable but (I’m very sensitive to odors) they should be deodorized occasionally. My husband didn’t notice a thing though so don’t base your stay on this. I will stay here every time we visit Denton.
• Jan (7/5): After multiple things gone wrong with my room, they made it right. - Proximity to the location I needed to be. I also liked the breakfast buffet. The hotel room was not in the best condition. It was really dark, smelled bad, and the lights switches didn’t work properly. Then, when I went to bed, the a/c return vent on the wall started buzzing really loud and woke me up. It sounded like an alarm. I called and got another room. The front desk manager helped me load my belongings to switch to another room at 10:30pm. The second room was much cleaner, brighter, didn’t smell, however the toilet didn’t work properly. Sometimes I think they give people the crappy rooms when booking through a third party, because it’s happened before at other hotels when I book through booking.com???? Not cool!

• elizabeth (4/5): Meh, will not be staying again. - The indoor pool and outdoor pool and splash pad The water pressure in the shower was almost none existent. The lights in the room were very challenging for young kids, and could be difficult for elderly patrons as well. The lamp next to the bed was broken when I got there, the button to shut off was gone (the light still worked). I brought a firestick to access our home Netflix accounts, and was unable to connect it to wifi-there was no ability to login with a password, it required more that is not possible with the stick. The thermostat was set to 65, but did not ever stay at 65. It was at 68 and the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service during Saturday morning, the seemingly busiest day and during breakfast. Making it a long wait down and back up from breakfast, and loading up the car before checkup.

• Summer (8/5): Mostly great property! - The property is so nice! The facilities, lobby, bar, breakfast area, hallways and rooms are all very nice and clean. It’s incredibly convenient to entertainment and dining options. Perfect for a girls trip or family gathering. The managers reception included some vegetables and that’s all. Especially for New Year’s Eve, we expected much more. Additionally, the bar staff were very short with us and other guests, almost to the point of being rude.

• M1598JDcathys (8/5): Housekeeping could use some pointers - This is a beautiful facility with excellent service. We have stayed at other Ebassy Suites and our first time at this one. The breakfast is really good, not like others with nothing fresh. The breakfast here always have hot real food and some made to order items. There is a reception in the evening but if it was like others, that would be great also. Our problem was with housekeeping. Of the five nights we were here, housekeeping came in once to actually empty our trash and make the beds. The other days, we asked for and got towels and coffee supplies. After that, when we asked for housekeeping, someone came and emptied the trash and eft towels, but cleaned nothing. Once, they made the beds. We will always stay here when we come to Denton because everyone was so accommodating. I hope this was a one time experience at this venue.

The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the shower/sink water pressure was barely usable. I would never stay here again.

• Ashley (6/5): - The overall stay was wonderful as far as the room comfortability and space! The dinner was delicious and service there was amazing. The bartenders were really nice and made delicious drinks. The only downfall was there was cheer camps and football camps for kids there and they took up all the space, made it hard to enjoy the restaurant, bar, and lobby area. Loved that the kids were having fun but didn’t leave much room for other guests to enjoy. The outside pool was closed for maintenance one of the main reasons we booked, and the indoor pool and lawn area was overtaken by 50 plus kids and football coaches. They were having a blast and loved that for them, it just would have been nice if the hotel staff could have let us know this was happening when we booked or gave a discount. When we shared the feedback we received a blank stare will look into that.

• Trevena (8/5): - I loved the facility BUT was very disappointed. We scheduled for my daughter’s birthday and she was so excited about the splash pad and pool (but when we go there it they were closed for renovation and no one told us even when they reached out before hand to tell ua about the construction on 35.) When i reached out to management they thanked me for my concerns smh. The bartender was very rude to myself and another guest which also rubbed me the wrong way.
• John (10/5): - I stayed here when it was new 6 years ago and then again last weekend. The hotel is excellent. The convention facility is superb.
• johnhd16 (10/5): Right on - I’ve stayed here before with my family, so I wasn’t surprised that it was a very nice stay this time too. This hotel was a little more pricey than others in Denton, but well worth it. I’ve stayed in other Hilton properties in Denton and this embassy suites is by far the best and worth the higher price. The rooms are spacious clean, and have conveniences. I had to use the fold out mattress this time and found it quite comfortable and the hotel was quick to give me extra sheets, which was nice when I asked the staff is always pleasant. Every time I visit I really enjoy just sitting in the big lobby area and enjoying the activity and the beautiful water features. The hotel is close to any type of restaurant that you’d like the outdoor pool was closed for remodeling, but I was able to use the indoor pool and it had an open side to the outside so I still felt like up somewhat in the summer heat! I will stay here again with family or even on business, just a good solid Hilton property

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. Moved 2 daughters to Denton. It was 5 minutes from their house. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was beautiful with a fireplace and lush greenery. Can't think of anything that was a glaring negative.

• Douglas (9/5): Overall, the stay was very good. - The breakfast experience was amazing...lots of choices for food. Drink prices in the bar seemed a little expensive. The day of check-in there was only 1 luggage cart anywhere to be "seen".
