My son was pulling empty bottles and other items from under the edge of the bed from previous tenants. The bathroom also had a water issue where the shower is not pitched to the drain so soapy water was accumulating under foot. My son fell twice while taking his cold shower

• Studio-Steve (6/5): Little worn. Thin walls. Decent - Little worn but decent. Thin walls!!! They let me check in at 1:30p which was very nice of them. Staff was friendly, lobby was clean. Both days the conference center had events which made parking terrible. People generally cleared out by 9-10pm tho. Pool was tiny and was busy so I didn’t try. Rooms were clean but showed some wear. The walls were probably the worst part of the stay. I could easily hear normal conversations next door. If you have active kids next door then you will hear EVERYTHING. Bathrooms were clean but very small. I loved the neat closet space tho. Tv was good and channel selection ok. No smart tv tho. Ac was great. Like 8 USB A ports in the room. Sheets were clean. I didn’t try breakfast. Check out 12:00.

The gentleman behind the bar needed more training. While he was trying to do a good job had no idea how to make a simple drink. He had to keep pulling his pants off.

• Bill (6/5): Great, but not sure if we will stay again because of the hot water situation. - Staff are great, very accommodating and the location of the hotel is perfect in regards to my father-in-laws home and other places we like to visit in BA. I guess the hotel was having issues with the hot water. The morning we left the water in the shower never got hot. We wound up not taking showers at all. We drove all the way back to Albuquerque then took a shower once we got home. My wife called the front desk and the only option given was that they could give us a key to another room and let us shower in there, but we found out the entire hotel was having issues with hot water before we left, so I don't think showering in another room would have worked. Disappointing that was the only option given.

• williamhY5544UT (2/5): Overbooked and Sent to a Roach Motel - I was sent to this hotel after the Embassy Suites overbooked and didn't honor my reservation. The Garden Inn also overbooked and did not have a room for me. They offered to pay for one night at a roach motel across the street. When I brought up the fact that I would be without lodging from 11am when I had to check out of the Roach Motel and 3pm when the earliest room would be available at the Garden Inn. I was offered nothing but the option to wait in my car in the parking lot or the lobby, while still being charged for the entire stay. The Manager, Charlotte Cox, offered no additional solution other than to extend my stay at the Roach Motel the booked me into. The icing on the cake, when I got to the Roach Motel the front desk lady was mad at me because Charlotte was yelling at her about being "bothered in her pajamas." I would not stay here and feel this property should not be part of the Hilton brand. Moreover, Charlotte is not a good manager who is willing to work with customers to offer reasonable solutions. As I result of me booking with this hotel I ended up sleeping in a rental car outside. Run away from here! This is the reason I'm switching to Marriott after being a long time Diamond Member.
• Moua (8/5): - The location was great! Easy access to highway and you cannot hear any of the traffic nearby. The foyer is nicely decorated and clean. The amenities were also clean. The room and bathroom were a lot smaller than expected and appears to be outdated compared to the lobby. You could hear the plumbing/water running down the pipes in the middle of the night. The beds and pillows were comfy. Cleaning is a little questionable - we found hair on the comforter and stain on the carpet. Overall, we would consider staying here again. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t great either.

However, on the last day of our stay we were in the pool when staff came to tell us other guests had reported damage to their clothing and hair after using the pool. Staff then said that they were closing the pool and they would provide us with Coke to wash our hair out with, apparently the chemicals they add to the pool were off. Whatever the chemicals were ended up changing the color of our swimsuits and led to loss of color in our hair as well. When we attempted to discuss this with staff we never got a response from them again. The staff working the breakfast area were less than pleasant, they were too concerned with discussing what they were doing when they got off.

• Jennifer (9/5): If I come back to the area I’d stay here, just skip the breakfast! - The property was built s well kept, the beds are comfortable, loved the no fog mirror in the bathroom. Skip the $15 bland, bad service breakfast set up. The sausage looked microwaved (no color no flavor), the hashbrowns were a close comparison to eating paper (definitely frozen and just thrown in a warmer), you can get bacon and eggs but I couldn’t find the host to order, cause the cook will tell you she doesn’t take the orders.

I ordered off the menu to get hot/warm breakfast … the eggs and bacon were very good. The potatoes they put on the plate came off the buffet and were not warm/not very good. The fresh fruit was great.

Next day I'm going to take some breakfast and surprise..is not for free...they cost $16.99 plus tax for each person..crazy.. last day when check out..the lady from management..start to knock the door..asking what time you guys going??at 9am..Next time around of 10am..and told me. Hurry. Is time to check out.....(definitely I don't go to booking on this place never ever..
