Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet ist gross, vermutlich zu gross, daher leidet die Qualität. Bei uns waren die ersten Badetücher voll mit Haare und haben auch nicht gut gerochen.

Everything perfect! - Everything was perfect: friendly ans attentive staff with very good english, the managers were coming to our table in person to introduce themselves and check how was our stay, the rooms were immaculate and the service was amazing. My husband's birthday was coming up, and we were surprised with a delicious birthday cake as we got in the room the first day only a few 5 minutes after we checked-in! They are super fast with any request. Also,breakfast was superb! The location was ideal too, right in front of the promenade and close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus,the view from the restaurant is fantastic,both day and night! We highly recommend it. Perhaps the umbrellas at the swimming pool could be bigger to coverthe chairs from the sun and protect from the heat.

And the location is great, within walking distance of the street with lots of shops like massage, mani and pedicure, Korean eateries, bahn-mi, coffee places. - charlest11 (10/5): Hilton Da Nang Sets a New Standard for Hospitality - We would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding service we have received at Hilton Da Nang, from the General Manager to the front desk and restaurant staff. The difference in service quality compared with our experience at Hilton Shenzhen is truly remarkable. While local culture may play a role, the biggest credit undoubtedly goes to the local senior management team and the wonderful staff they lead. We have also stayed at Conrad Bangkok and genuinely enjoyed the service there, but the hospitality at Hilton Da Nang is on another level altogether. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and we were pleasantly greeted by the General Manager, which immediately made us feel valued as guests. The breakfast restaurant team deserves special recognition. Their warmth and professionalism are exceptional, especially miss Truy - she not only remembered us, but greeted us by name and welcomed us back each morning with a genuine smile. Those small personal touches make all the difference. Da Nang has many excellent hotels, including beautiful beachfront properties with stunning ocean views, but Hilton Da Nang remains our top choice because of the nearby highly rated restaurants, reasonably priced spas and top pickleball facilities, shopping streets, and most importantly, we enjoy our experiences here at Hilton.

- Yerim (9/5): 친절하고 편안한 호텔. 다낭 첫 방문이라면 더욱 추천 - 1. 직원들이 엄청 친절해요. 차에서 내릴때부터 캐리어 바로 받아서 객실 문 앞까지 끌고 가주시고, 체크아웃 후 그랩 탈 때도 캐리어 짐칸에 잘 넣어주세요. 2. 에어컨이 세지 않고 온도조절이 잘 되어 춥지 않고 적당히 시원하게 숙면했어요 3. 매트리스가 매우 편안하고, 이불 두께가 적당하며, 객실간 방음이 잘 됩니다. 4. 위치가 좋고 한시장까지 걸어서 10분이라 계속 왔다갔다 함. 1. 조식이 맛없어요. 1접시도 다 못 먹음. 다음에 방문한다면 조식은 추가 안 하고 차라리 1층 스타벅스에 가려구요 2. 화장실 슬라이드 문이 무겁고 닫기 불편함. 변기칸 문 위가 뚫려있어 소리가 객실 전체에 들림 3. 방 조명이 너무 적고 어두워요.

Чистота в апартаментах, наличие набережной через дорогу от отеля (прогулочного пространства вдоль реки Хан). На верхнем этаже отеля - хороший ресторан с блюдами, рассчитанными на европейского гостя и прекрасным панорамным видом на море, город, реку. Через дорогу от отеля неплохой ресторан, при переходе через мост - торговый центр Winkom Plaza. В пешей доступности - мост Дракона. Наличие подогреваемого бассейна. Отсутствие вида из окон люкса на 8 этаже из-за слишком плотной застройки отелями вокруг. Очень темно в номере, далеко от моря, завтрак мог бы быть лучше для отеля 5 звезд.
