• Elvira (10/5): - La posizione è davvero comoda. In pochissimi minuti dalla metro Garbatella si è già in casa, comodamente saliti in ascensore. La pulizia è ineccepibile. Non ho usato la cucina, ma ho visto che è ampia, luminosa comoda anche lei. Sicuramente da ritornarci. Niente da migliorare, va già bene così.

Pulizia impeccabile, complimenti allo staff. Se volete visitare zone di Roma meno battute e allo stesso tempo essere a 3 fermate di metro da Colosseo, è il posto giusto (metro è a 300 metri) Consigliato!

• Maryam (8/5): - The location is good and close to the metro station. The place is clean and convenient There is a Moka Pot, and if there were a kettlle hot drinks could be prepared more easily. There was a pot to boil the water in, but a kettle would be more decent. ALL was good anyways.

• Vicky Ngai (9/5): A Comfortable Stay with Attentive Service and Excellent Location - Thank you to Walter for his exceptionally attentive and thoughtful care throughout the stay. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station and situated in a residential neighborhood, making daily life easy and comfortable. Daily cleaning is provided, and the shared kitchen is very clean and well maintained. The room is small, but perfectly suitable for a solo traveler. If the shower area were a bit larger, it would be ideal, as it is currently quite tight and difficult to turn around. The only real drawback is a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom drainage; resolving this issue would make the stay close to perfect.

• Klára (8/5): Kind, clean and affordable. - Walter, the host was very friendly and attentive. Garbatella, the area is cool, the metro and the center is close and easy to get anywhere. There are shops and cafés in 2 mins away. The room is very clean, comfortable and big. Walls are paper thin. If you are not lucky with your neighbour (we had a screaming 3 year old for two nights :D) then you won't rest so well. Otherwise everything was pleasent and the other nights were quiet.

The location is excellent — right by the metro and close to bus and train connections, so getting around the city was easy and convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The host’s communication was excellent at every stage and they were very helpful throughout our stay.

• Alba (7/5): Good B&B, nothing spectacular - Walter and the cleaning personnel were very kind, well organized and helpful throughout the stay! The B&B was very clean, we appreciated the daily cleaning and the multiple towels and toiletries. The room and B&B lacks some charm and decor. In our room (platano) two single beds were pushed together for a “double bed”. This is not a hat we expected. The tourist tax has to be paid by bank transfer in advance, it was fine but seemed a bit odd a first.

• Stéphane (9/5): Excellent logement pour visiter la ville éternelle - Excellent logement, à 5mns du métro à pied. Avec toutes les commodités autour: restaurant, supermarché, café. Le quartier est très joli, prenez le temps de le visiter loin des touristes. Et la Via Appia Antica est à seulement 20mns à pied. Litterie confortable, instructions très claires, propreté indiscutable, bref cette chambre était parfaite. Avec notamment une cuisine très pratique. Et Walter a toujours été prévenant, un grand merci. La note aurait pu être de 10 si l’insonorisation était meilleure. Prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles. On entend les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans la pièce. Heureusement à partir de 22h, c’était plus calme.

Perfect location too — 5 min to Metro Garbatella, 15 min to Ostiense station, several bus stops and early-opening restaurants just around the corner. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the locals in this lively neighborhood were just as welcoming. Would definitely come back!

• Nataly Michelle (10/5): Nos sentimos como en casa - Casa di Benny es una buena combinación entre la practicidad de un hostel y la calidez de un hogar. Nos quedamos muy contentas con todo. El lugar está muy lindo decorado, tienen todo lo que se necesita y tiene el metro y mucho buses cerca. El balcón está genial y está todo pensado como para que lo puedas disfrutar al máximo. El ascensor es muy pequeño y se escuchan los vecinos del piso de arriba, recomiendo traer tapones de oído para dormir. Lamentablemente no es algo que se pueda mejorar, porque tiene que ver con el edificio. Pero si es algo a tener en cuenta.

• Claudia (10/5): Staff disponibile, posizione comoda in quartiere attivo e con servizi, facile da raggiungere in auto - Ho trovato comoda la possibilità di fare il check-in in autonomia dato che arrivavo solo in tarda serata e il personale è stato disponibile nei confronti delle mie richieste in merito al check-in. Ho trovato piacevole e comoda la zona intorno alla Guest House, con negozi, ristoranti e bar, e abbiamo trovato parcheggio gratuitamente vicino alla struttura. Il personale è disponibile via Whatsapp per informazioni e chiarimenti. Il prezzo era vantaggioso rispetto ad altre strutture nella stessa zona. Niente.

• Orsini (9/5): Un paio di notti Roma - Posizione comoda se si arriva in metro e facile da raggiungere, l'appartamento è pulito o ordinato e il personale proprietari e collaboratori sono attenti disponibile professionali, climatizzato e abbastanza insonorizzato nonostante si affacci proprio su una strada trafficata, la camera è accogliente Mi sembrava di percepire un odore poco gradevole quando rientravo dopo una giornata fuori, forse il caldo estivo accentuava la sensazione, non ne sono sicuro ma penso potesse dipendere dallo strato di materiale isolante/ sintetico del fondo della scarpiera oppure dal materassino della brandina ausiliaria, ma dopo segnalazione al personale è stata risolta prontamente la problematica, il condominio risale ad altri tempi credo anni 60/70 ma la stragrande maggioranza delle cose è stata rinnovato tutta la cucina è nuova e gli infissi
• daniela (10/5): Bello e confortevole! - L'appartamento è accogliente e pulito, ha l'ambiente comune fornito di tutto per cucinare pentole posate forno cucina a gas frigorifero tavoli e sedie ecc. Tutto pulito e in ordine. La stanza è molto carina, io ho soggiornato nella Platano, ben arredata con il bagno, c'è anche il terrazzino . Nel quartiere ci sono supermercati e locali dove mangiare. Veramente ottimo, a me serviva un posto vicino la basilica di San Paolo e con un quarto d'ora a piedi ci arrivi. L'unica cosa che ho notato sono stati i rumori delle altre persone ma la mattina presto. Per il resto tutto ottimo
