- Britta (10/5): Kleinod in der Altstadt von Noto - So ein wunderbares kleines Schmuckstück von Hotel. Wir haben es geliebt. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Terrasse. Es war wirklich groß genug, das Bad auch. Alles besonders und chic. Man merkt, mit welcher Hingabe und mit wie viel gutem Geschmack alles eingerichtet wurde. Antike Teile, strahlende Farben, wunderschöne Klinken, dabei alles auch modern und licht. Die drei Brüder führen das Hotel und ein herrliches Restaurant mit bewundernswertem Engagement. Das reichhaltige Frühstück wurde uns auf die Dachterrasse getragen. Toll!! Gute Betten, ruhige Nächte, man ist sofort in der Altstadt. Im Nachè-Restaurant waren wir an 3 von 5 Abenden. So gutes Essen! Und der Wein!!! Hm. Dazu natürlich Noto. Schöner geht's nicht. Wir wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Von hier aus kommt man gut in alle Richtungen: Modica, Ragusa, Syrakus, Meer, ... Top Empfehlung! Da gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen.
- Caren (9/5): Centrally located with helpful hosts and great rooms. - It was beautifully decorated with some quirky touches. The host met us at the accommodation and he speaks excellent English. The room was spacious and the toiletries were the best of all during our time in Sicily. Breakfast was included and on the second day they had prepared some items for me to eat with dietary requirements which was lovely (they got the chef from Naché to do it) They provided milk alternatives for tea and coffees. We were able to keep items in the fridge. The brothers who run this establishment also run a fabulous restaurant called Naché where we ate on our first night, we were also given discount. The parking was pre booked by Zioli and saved money on the local rate. Although you can’t park outside the accommodation you can bring your bags down the street and when you leave you can bring them to the bottom of the street by the town gates (ZTL zone) and load up just outside the restricted area. We didn’t have water to shower on the first morning due to a local quirk where apparently water only comes during certain times in the morning, we wanted to shower the wrong side of these times at 9am. Also the roof terrace was closed, it was left untidy. We couldn’t use the hot tub which was disappointing.

L’idea di b&b che hanno ci é piaciuta molto, gli spazi in condivisione sono fatti per farti sentire a casa. Abbiamo poi mangiato nel loro ristorante a pochi metri di distanza, ispirati dalla bravura nel gestire gli ospiti non poteva che essere buonissimo anche il cibo ed il servizio. FANTASTICI!

- Doris (10/5): Süßes B&B mit bezaubernder Gastgeberin. Wir kommen wieder - Die Lage des Hotels war super zentral, die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen, die Gastgeberin war bezaubernd. Gute Kommunikation vor Anreise, nette Tipps und super Frühstück, alles vorhanden. Selbst gebackene süße Speisen. Wurst, Käse, Früchte, Joghurt, Eier - alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Sehr sauber. Dachterrasse vorhanden, alles fein. Parkplatz konnte für 15 Euro pro Tag dazugebucht werden, wir haben vorab das Kennzeichen der Unterkunft mitgeteilt, und es ging problemlos - jedoch ist der Parkplatz etwas anderes angeschrieben, es ist jedoch der zweite- gleich neben dem ersten kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz. Mit der Kennzeichenregistrierung geht dann automatisch der Schranken auf, beim hinausfahren mussten wir ein paar mal hin und herfahren damit uns die Kamera für die Ausfahrt erkennen konnte. Vom Parkplatz aus waren es ein paar wenige Minuten bergab zur zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Lokale alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren begeistert. Nichts

Camera angusta, arredamento improbabile… Check-in ‘a scartamento ridotto’: solo le prime ore della mattinata o le ultime del pomeriggio: siamo rimasti quattro ore in attesa prima di aver accesso in struttura.
- Rebecca (10/5): Lovely little hotel - Lovely little place in the heart of Noto. You need to have a car to get to the beach, I'm not sure if there's buses running. Parking is also very difficult, it took us an hour to park the car as both car parks full and no on street parking.

Grande simpatia e disponibilità dei proprietari che, pur in assenza di prenotazione, ci hanno accolto nel loro ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Avremmo gradito dell acqua fresca in camera o a disposizione. Bagno bello ma carente di appoggi. Sala colazione troppo vicina alla camera quindi i rumori mattutini recano un po’ di fastidio.

Propreté de la chambre ( poussière un peu partout et socle de vasque évier pas très frais), porte coulissante de la salle de bain coince contre le mur, très bruyant à ouvrir avec une vitre transparente pas très agréable et discret.

- Isabell (7/5): Loved it but also conflicted because the bathroom situation made it inconvenient at the same time. - The Place is done really well with cute sicilian touches. Interiors are very charming and not modern which we liked actually very much. The bed was comfortable. Ac worked very well and kept both floors at a cool temperature. The location of the apartment is super convenient. It’s very close to the main street, sights and the bus stop. The host was very sweet and helpful and very responsive. They leave water, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit and pasta in the apartment for guests to use, which is very kind. She did apologize for the bathroom. We did enjoy our stay a lot, but maybe next time we wouldn’t choose the Maisonette. The shower is horrible. The drain is in the middle of the corridor and the bathroom doesn’t drain well and the floor in front of the shower gets easily flooded. There is no shower curtain and water keeps spilling out. We were cleaning/ drying the bathroom twice a day. There are no hooks to hang towels, which makes it difficult to dry them.

Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and a shared kitchen and hang out space. The owners/host were excellent and very attentive. Super clean and comfortable! The apartment is not part of the Bed & Breakfast but it worked out by having a kitchen with our own coffee maker and a grocery store nearby.

- Lisia (10/5): Estadia perfeita em Noto! - Localização ótima, ao lado do centro histórico! Os restaurante que pertence aos donos também é ótimo! Quarto amplo e bonita decoração! Estacionamento próximo!
- Emma (9/5): A lovely place to stay in a great location! - Perfect location right at the entrance of Noto. Breakfast was lovely each morning and staff were attentive. A great wine bar at the bottom of the street. The rooftop bar was expensive. Don’t park on the via Fabrizi as our hire car was scuffed, make sure to use the public parking.
- Mary (9/5): Une belle surprise ! - La chambre décorée et salle de bain décorée avec goût. Le petit balcon calme. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux Le fait qu’on ne puisse pas arriver avant 18h, par conséquent on ne peut vraiment profiter de la soirée ( et de la terrasse par exemple ).

D'avoir été avertis une heure avant (malheureusement sans pouvoir le savoir pour cause de problème de réseaux) du changement des heures d'arrivée inscrites sur la réservation booking. Et ainsi d'avoir perdu du temps dans notre programme. Ce changement aurait pu être transmis la veille. Donc attention !

- Hakima (6/5): - We reserved a room in the property but we end up with a little house in another street. The house was in poor condition, dusty, plus it’s a 2 floors house, the bedrooms are upstairs, it has a really dangerous stairs, and toilets downstairs it’s really scary to go down especially when you want to go the restroom in the middle of the night, very inconvenient. Make sure when making the reservation not to fall for this trap.
- Louise (9/5): Petit hôtel parfait ! - Très bel hôtel, confortable et bien placé, avec une possibilité de profiter du rooftop pour boire un verre le soir, un parking à côté de l’hôtel, et des recommandations de la part de l’hôtel. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du salé et du sucré et jus de fruits pressé.

- Louis (5/5): Good place but probably not the good day. - The breakfast is good. The place is nice. We had a bad experience with this accomodation, I explain why : - Firstly, we booked the room and its write that we can arrived between 11-3pm, no one’s before 5pm (we booked it late but we had to ask few times otherwise it would be 6pm, we just wanted leave our luggage in the room). - Secondly, we especially booked this place because of the jacuzzi. The place is really cool on the roof. After asking to use it, they fill it up and they tell to us it’s 10€. Not cool. Few minutes later I met one of the owners and she tells me it’s 10€ per person so 20€. It was not announced on the post that the jacuzzi will cost something. - Also in the room it smells like sewers, a lot (bathroom are in the room). - And the toilet doesn't flush properly. I think it was not our day, our 2 weeks holidays were perfect except this.

- Francis (10/5): Coup de cœur pour un séjour à NOTO - L'accueil très chaleureux de la fratrie des trois frères. Un emplacement idéal pour la visite de NOTO, avec un toit terrasse très agréable pour se reposer et prendre un cocktail avant de ressortir le soir. Des chambres confortables. Un excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits fait maison ou locaux. Les frères gèrent également un excellent restaurant en ville dans lequel nous avons été superbement accueillis. Tout était parfait

- Dave (9/5): Superb stay with very helpful staff in ideal location. - Breakfast was ok. We would have preferred some cereals and yoghurt but maybe that's because we are English. Location was excellent, right in the middle of Noto, close to shops and restaurants. We had an issue with finding the parking, but that is not the fault of the property. Maybe guests should be directed to the parking in the first instance with warnings about reliance on GPS in narrow streets.
- Rossella (7/5): Magnifico - La struttura ha una posizione ottimale. All'entrata del centro storico. Ti permette quindi di goderti le giornate in pieno centro storico senza pensare alla macchina. I proprietari e i dipendenti sono delle persone meravigliose. Ci hanno accolto bene e fatti sentire a casa nostra. La colazione autentica: tutto fatto da loro. Camera con letto comodo. Nulla da dire!

- Milaki95 (8/5): - We had a wonderful experience at this small B&B in Noto, Sicily. From the moment we arrived—on a rainy evening and struggling to find a place for dinner—the staff went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive, especially on that first day when we really needed it. They recommended Nache, a lovely local restaurant with amazing food (they knew the owners), and it was exactly what we needed. They also suggested Norma, another fantastic spot that we thoroughly enjoyed. The B&B has a cozy, welcoming feel. We stayed in the dependance, a small, detached house right across from the main building. It was traditional, full of character, and very cute—perfect for a relaxed and authentic Sicilian experience. Our friends stayed in the suite with three beds, which was more modern and featured a beautiful balcony. Breakfast each morning was simple but perfect: eggs, a delicious pistachio cake, and cappuccinos made fresh to order. It was cozy and personal—just what you want in a place like this. The staff were always available via WhatsApp to help with anything we needed and were consistently polite, friendly, and efficient. Noto itself is a vibrant, lively city with a strong sense of community—everyone seems to know each other, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staying here gave us a real taste of local life, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!
