• Angeliki (2/5): unconscious man found inside the entrance of the building and before the room's door - convenient location near syntagma and metro I am a young woman and was travelling alone with big luggage. I arrived at 11pm after a long trip, while trying to collect the keys to get inside the room, i noticed that inside the entrance of the building and right outside the room I was given there was an unconscious man sleeping next to alcohol. The man was either passed out because of alcohol or drugs. As I was alone and it was late at night and the street empty I didn't feel safe to enter the building and walk right next to that man to enter the room. The room service didn't do anything to help other than say that this is a known issue and the man is a resident in the building - not explaining why was unconscious drinking at the entrance. I had to wait until someone appeared, thankfully after 30-40' a couple that was staying in another room also arrived at the entrance and the helped me get into the room. Not safe for women travelling alone but also not safe for anyone I would say having a drunk person outside your room all night. I had to go out one out later to get food and the man was still there when I returned two hours later. The photos are not showing the real condition of the room.. The room has poor lighting, is dark and without lots of natural light, the room is big but has no human-centered design as a priority, the room was clearly not designed to feel cozy or easy to use, not enough power sockets or way to turn of the lights near the bed. The furniture and overall cleanliness level I would say correspond to an old 2 star hotel, maybe 1 even. I would not recommend it.

• leonidas (1/5): μόνο κατά ανάγκη. - Το μόνο που άξιζε ήταν η τοποθεσία κοντά στο Σύνταγμα Το ζεστό νερό το βράδυ μετά τις 11:00 και το πρωί στις 08:30 ήταν ανύπαρκτο. Γενικώς και στις 19:00 η ώρα είχε απλά ελαφρώς ζεστό νερό περιμένες 6-7 λεπτά μέχρι να έρθει. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ κρύο γιατί η απόδοση του A/C ήταν πολύ χαμηλή Γενικώς οι φωτογραφίες δεν αντικατοπτρίζουν την πραγματικότητα, από κοντά είναι πάρα πολύ παραμελημένο με έντονη οσμή. Ούτε ένα ,δυο Μικρά εμφιαλωμένα μπουκαλάκια νερό δεν είχε στο ψυγείο . Είχε ένα Επαναχρησιμοποιούμενο γυάλινο μπουκάλι με νερό βρύσης. Από κει φαίνεται ότι ιδιοκτήτες δεν θέλουν να προσφέρουν ούτε 0,10 € οπότε ο καθένας καταλαβαίνει .

• Selma (8/5): - Very spacious, excellent Wi-Fi, wonderful location – right in the center but not noisy, with many restaurants nearby. Espresso coffee machine and kettle. The arrival instructions were very clear, but since the apartment is located in a passage, this should perhaps be emphasized – it is not a typical building entrance. There is almost no daylight in the room as the windows are fogged, and the lights must be kept on at all times. The key box – I had extreme difficulty setting the code because the numbers are barely visible, which can be a major problem when entering and especially when leaving the apartment. Perhaps it would be good to have a small electric stove so that something could be cooked or quickly baked.”

Καποιες μικρες λεπτομεριες μεσα στο δωματιο θα μπορουσαν να διορθωθουν , προσωπικα δε με απασχολησαν γιατι ολη μερα ειμαι εκτος.

• ΣΙΣΚΟΥ (5/5): - Η πολιτική της ετεριάς όσον αφορά την αποστολή κωδικών που δεν ήταν άμεση. Όταν κάποιος ταξιδευει με παιδιά χρειάζεται να ξέρει αμέσως μόλις πληρώσει τις λεπτομέρειες του καταλύματος. Αισθάνθηκα μεγάλη ανασφάλεια μέχρι να μου αποσταλούν οι κωδικοί.
• MARIA (7/5): Right in the heart of Athens! Living room and bedroom , two big rooms. - The location is great. It’s really spacious. Toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is very convenient. I always expect to find at least one pair of slippers. A television in the living-room would be a plus.The windows are very old and couldn’t leave the shutters open when leaving. But I would stay again, it’s not that important. It’s literally 2 minutes walking distance from Syntagma square!

• Jessica (1/5): Inseguro - Nada. Nos tuvimos que ir por nuestra seguridad. Al llegar, la puerta de nuestra habitación estaba forzada y había otra habitación abierta y en mal estado. La entrada del edificio nos resultó insegura. Por viajar sola con un menor, decidimos no alojarnos y marcharnos por seguridad. Mandé las fotografías en el momento y avisé, aún así, han denegado el reembolso.

• Anne (5/5): It was satisfactory but I wouldnt use it again. - location, size of rooms, bathroom, friendly host ground floor with no windows to open apart from in the well of the building. November but flies were around. TV had very few channels and no international news or Greek national channels. Despite size, a claustrophobic feeling. definitely not for a summer rental.

• Agnès (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal : au pied du métro et bus vers l'aéroport, en plein cœur du centre historique, tout peut se faire à pied, Acropole, Monastiraki, Plaka ... Propre et calme, très grand (appartement) Je n'ai pas aimé le harcèlement par messages dès la réservation sur Booking (ok), mais aussi par mail et même WhatsApp !!! Pour avoir la pièce d'identité et proposer un transfert. .J'ai compris plus tard : accès par boîte à clés. Je trouve que cela devrait être mentionné dans la présentation de l'établissement ! Pas de lumière du jour. Si vous ouvrez les rideaux, vous avez vue sur des mini cours intérieures insalubres....cela permet en contrepartie le calme absolu
